My family and I stayed at Patty's for 5 weeks. Patty was a great host, safe location, and we had almost everything we needed. What I mean by this is that by the 3rd week the washer stopped working - the spin cycle had issues (Patty had previously indicated that certain wash cycles were having trouble with the spin cycle). One of the reasons I chose Patty's place was for the washer/dryer, it was unfortunate that it stopped working. If the washer is one of the reasons you select Patty's place, please ask if the washing machine is in working order. If it were not for this issue, I would have given Patty's place a 5.

A great, completely furnished place that is absolutely immaculate. You could come here with just the clothes on your back and you would have everything that you need. (Though I wouldn't recommend it). The host communicates promptly and completely. Next time I come back to Sacramento I hope this property is available

We came and stayed at Patty’s for the GoldenSky Music Fest. The location was great, within walking distance to different restaurants and bars. The neighbors were fun and full of information about the area.
Patty is seriously one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. She communicated great and even mailed back to us an earring that was left behind. I will definitely stay at Patty’s place again.

Patty is amazing, very easy to communicate with and very helpful. The location did not disappoint in any way, we wven had to make last minute changes and that was a breeze. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful, safe and comfortable home. It was jyst like being at home❤️

Comfortable, well appointed home in a lovely, tree lined neighborhood. Well located in mid-town and very walkable. It was a great location for us when we visit our daughter and family. Patty, our host, was wonderful!

Felt like home
We were in town for our son’s wedding and felt comfortable immediately upon entering the house. Patty is a wonderful host and the home is well furnished. She thinks of everything. We look forward to staying here again when we return to Sacramento.

Great stay. Safe neighborhood. Took a couple days to warm up, we went from 82 Florida temperature to Sacramento in December.

Wonderful Sacramento Sanctuary
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the stately redwood in the front yard, to the cozy living and dining rooms, to the nice beds, to the well-equipped kitchen, to our interactions with Patty, this place was a joy. Such a nice, quiet neighborhood.
Perfect for our needs (day trips to the surrounding area). We will definitely stay here again should we return to Sacramento!

Clean and well equipped bungalow in the heart of residential midtown with great restaurants within walking distance and tree lined streets. Pat was a gracious hostess.

Perfect Location - walk to everything, plenty of room for dinner guests
Lovely home. Plenty of dishes, seating, and BBQ supplies to invite friends and family for a meal. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants less than a mile from the house.

You can't do better than here.
Close to everything in a charming neighborhood. Hostess Pat was gracious and attentive. Communication was excellent. Home was clean and efficient. Easy check in and out.

Great, cozy, bungalow
I stayed for a week to be near my daughter while she had her first baby.. The house was very clean, everything a person could need to comfortably stay was provided. Patty even left snacks and a bottle of wine! The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. I never saw any questionable people.i will definitely stay here again to visit my new grandbaby! Communication with Patty was great, and I hope to meet her next time.

This house is in the perfect location and is perfectly appointed. Anything you could possibly end up needing you will discover has probably been considered and provided by the AMAZING host, Patty! She's sweet and sassy, will leave you alone if that's what you want but is also more than happy to get to know you! Highly recommended!

Great Midtown Home and Location
This home was very comfortable, clean and in a great neighborhood. It's only a block from a Rite Aid for water and basic supplied and in convenient Midtown. The owner couldn't be more attentive and helped me retrieve my glasses that same day, after I left them behind. The term I used when talking to a co-worker about the house was "Super Cute!" I'll be back.

Clean, charming, spacious, completely stocked
My sister and I were on our annual sisters’ trip and couldn’t have found a better location or more comfortable home! Lots of shade trees, including an old redwood right beside the front porch, kept the house cool.
The owner was very responsive and provided everything we needed, as well as things we never knew we needed but were glad to have!
Many good restaurants and shopping nearby.
Any time I need a place to stay in Sacramento I will stay here!

Lovely place in midtown
A well stocked, lovely home in midtown. We walked to the convention center down tree lined streets. Not a far drive to old town where we enjoyed the California Train Museum.
The house was clean and well stocked with necessities. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to cook our meals. It was so much better than a hotel room with a little one. Patty was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We hope to stay again the next time we are down in Sacramento.

Absolutely Fabulous!
"Absolutely fabulous!" is what my mother kept repeating over and over for the first 20 minutes after we arrived. "Charming" is an understatement. The home is super cute, super convenient, and super clean! The neighborhood is quiet and just a few blocks away from the "hip" downtown area. There is a Rite-Aid a block away. Anything you could need is accounted for.
Last but not least, the owner Patty is so nice and helpful and accommodating. We did not meet in person, but she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted. The entire experience was lovely and I will definitely book this gem in the future.

Living the Dream in California
My mom and I stayed at this lovely home on a recent visit to my daughter, in Sacramento. Nothing could have met our needs any better. The home is beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable, and everything a visitor could possibly need was available. The owner, Patty, is very hospitable and always just a text message away. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Charming Bungalow
Our brief 3-night stay was very pleasant. This charming 1929 California Craftsman style bungalow absolutely met all our needs. The owner, Patty, is so thoughtful and welcoming and met us upon our arrival. Even though the location is within a bustling city, it was very quiet. This will definitely be at the top of our list for accommodation choices the next time we visit Sacramento.

A true home away
My Wife and I had a special Family event to attend in Sacramento and the accommodations of this home were perfect. The warmth of a well appointed B&B along with the convenience of having everything you are used to having at home. The neighborhood was quiet and clean, as well as being close to many attractions. It was a great place to call home for a few days.

Cute home in perfect location
This is a very cute older home, and decorated according to the time. Very comfortable for the two of us. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you will need. Patty is a very lovely hostess! We were in staying in Sacramento for a convention at the convention center. Perfect walking distance. About a 20 minutes from door to door. Loved the tree lined streets, ours was lined with eucalyptus and cedars. The smell of jasmine on our daily walks was wonderful. We both loved all the older homes in the area, some were cute gingerbread homes. We went one evening to Rick's dessert dinner, so cute and the sweets were good too. :) I would defiantly stay here again.

Charming house in cute neighborhood
I stayed at Patty's house for a long weekend to visit family in May. She has everything you need and has included little extras such as food treats as well as essentials such as shampoo etc. She's available quickly to answer all your questions. Neighborhood is nice. Easy access to shops. You can walk down to Rite-Aid a few blocks away.
