Condo was as advertised. Enjoyed our stay. Would use again.

This was one of the cleanest VRBO properties I’ve ever stayed in. The unit is nicely decorated, the kitchen has everything needed and was VERY organized! Communication with the owner was prompt and detailed. I would DEFINITELY stay here again and highly recommend it to others!!

This place was great. Really nice and clean and a fantastic view. Right on the beach and a great pool. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Great hosts. Very concerned we were happy and had everything we needed.

This is our 2nd time staying in this condo and we love it. The view is amazing, furniture is comfortable and decor is so pleasing! The beds are wonderful and so much space for our items. The kitchen is well stocked and lots of pantry space. And they provide beach chairs! We will definitely be back!

We very much enjoyed our two weeks at this condo on the beach at Palmetto Dunes. Everything was as advertised with no unpleasant surprises. The view of the ocean and beach was beautiful. The pools and grounds were maintained perfectly. We really like the beaches on Hilton head with their firm sand for easy walking and bicycle riding We would highly recommend this property to anyone with or without children

We had such a nice getaway this week! The unit was beautifully updated and the host family was easily accessible! They seem to have thought of everything…even night lights in all the critical places! Our weather was cool during several of the days and the deck overlooking the ocean and pool had areas of both warm sun and shade for most of the day which was perfect for us! We would definitely stay here again! The location was also close to biking, tennis, shopping and dining as well as beautiful shady neighborhoods!

Owner was very thorough with check in info and very quick to respond with my questions before and during our stay! Condo was modern, clean and comfortable! Resort was beautiful and very well kept! Pool was clean! Beach was outstanding! Definitely would stay at Villamare in 1504 again!

This condo is perfect — spacious, clean, wonderful location. And the beach views are even more amazing than the photos show!! The owner is so prompt with responding to any question. Can’t say enough great things!

Overall great experience! The major negative is that the AC would only go down to 70, and there are no ceiling fans, so I would recommend somehow giving guests the ability to drop the bedtime temp to at least 68, or preferably even 66. I contacted the owner who said the AC unit would freeze up if he went lower, but this should not be the case! We did find a single tabletop fan late in the week, I would recommend having one more, especially if AC will not be lowered! Other issue related to sleep is that the bedroom doors are pretty with glazed glass panels, but they do allow in light, so would recommend adding a darkening cover for nighttime. Lastly, the funniest thing is that in the elevator is says ice machines just outside the elevator, leaving out the most important part-only on the third floor!

This condo is the best among others we‘ve stayed at Villamare so far. Very well remodeled, decorated and equipped. The kitchen has everything one may need. Overall, truly an awesome place!!

Very nicely appointed and maintained condo in a very secure location. Great view of the pool, beach and ocean from either of the two balconies. A great spot for a weekend getaway or a week’s stay at the beach.

My husband, daughter, and me spent 4 days at this beautiful villa. It has been wonderfully updated and was probably one of the cleanest units we have ever stayed in. The furniture is very comfortable and the placement left lots of room to move around. The ocean views are awesome. The weather couldn't have been better and our booking, check in and check out was flawless. Stephen and Sharon have thought of everything and made this listing a most desirable one. Our only issue was the elevators not working this morning when we checked out. Thankfully our daughter was there to help with carrying several loads down the flights of stairs. Easy rental. Villa just as pictured very clean. Nice view of property pool and ocean. Owner sent information ahead of time which I really appreciated. Beds are a little hard and high and 3 chairs are swivel rockers. Not the greatest for 80 year olds

We absolutely loved this condo in beautiful Villamare! We have been to Hilton Head Island countless times but this was our first time in an oceanfront resort! We splurged for our annual 'girls week' at the beach and it was all we could have every wished for! Such a beautiful condo, extremely clean (top priority), nicely decorated, with an amazing view and the best location! The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We loved having breakfast outside on the balcony in the morning and watching the sunset from the balcony every night and gaze at the moon and stars afterwards. Received check-in instruction well ahead of our stay. There is an information binder in the condo with detailed explanation of how everything works and will answer any questions that you might happen to stumble upon. The owners have gone above and beyond to make sure that their guests have the ultimate worry-free vacation. We did have a few run-ins with the sensitive smoke detector but figured out the perfect preventative strategy waving the kitchen towel! We really want to keep this condo one 'off everyone's radar' to be able to reserve it again for many years to come. We had a fantastic time and are looking forward to our next stay here.

Such a great place. The views, the grounds, the proximity to things. The place was pristine and well appointed. Master bed maybe a titch hard for our preference but you can’t please ‘em all. Enjoyed every second of the stay!

We had a lovely stay. The condo was very clean and has a well-stocked kitchen. The location is convenient to shops and restaurants. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent. Would definitely rent this one again!

The condo is just as presented in the listing. It was well equipped and clean. Check in was really smooth and quick and the owner was very responsive to any questions. We spent a lot of time on the patios enjoying the beach views. The location is beautiful!!! The Villamare complex was well cared for and having 2 pools available was a vacation-saver during cool days with a pool loving kid. Being right in the center of Palmetto Dunes puts you within walking distance of everything. We loved it so much!

I went equipped with cleaning supplies and even clean sheets. I did not use any of them. The condo was spotless. Even the baseboards were clean. (Yes I am one of those people.) In additional to being clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed to cook a few meals. The location could not be beat. Sunrise and sunset just a couple minute walk away. We also took advantage of the bike rental discount and were surprised when the company said they would pick up our bikes from the condo on Sat. No need to return.We would ( and probably will) rent this unit again.

This was our first trip to Hilton Head. It was my wife and me and we are 38 & 44 with no kids. I booked this condo based on other reviews and pictures online. The condo was just as described in the listing. The owner was very communicative and they did a great job of having some information already available to help with checking in and what to expect with the condo. The photos in the listing were very representative of the place. We were so excited when we stepped into the condo. You could tell the owner did not spare expenses when they renovated the place. The kitchen was gorgeous and the living area was perfect. The furniture was very comfortable and the placed was stocked with all the cookware/utensils/etc. that you would need. The owner warned us about the sensitive smoke alarm which we discovered when we placed the toaster too close :) Tip: just keep the toaster on the right side of the oven beside the wall and it will be fine. We really enjoyed being in the Palmetto Dunes area it was centrally located to so many things. Villamare is an excellent property and the unit we stayed in was perfect. We loved how close to the beach it was, just a short walk by the pool and you're onto the beach. The view from the condo was beautiful and we loved sitting out on the balcony as much as possible to just enjoy the view. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone thinking to rent it.

This 2 bedroom villa is the perfect beach trip for six. Both spacious bedrooms have their own bathroom and balcony with a view of the beach and pool. It was impeccably clean and the perfect location in Palmetto Dunes!
