This house was perfect for us! Large bedrooms, bathroom for everyone and close to the water. Huge deck to relax on in the evenings.

A plus-there is no beach access for people from across the street. You get to enjoy your "Personal" beach. Also, the beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful -amazing Haven’t stopped dreaming about it since we left

My family of 8 adults all stayed comfortably at Jus Piddlin! We originally booked another house back in December but got a call two months before our trip that it was cancelled due to a pipe burst. So this was the house available during our stay. It’s a prime location! Not too busy and a perfect view! I would say the thing this VRBO is missing is details. You have to bring EVERYTHING. No sugar, coffee filters, beach towels, charcoal, etc. No rugs or personal touches which makes sense because this is a company owned and not family owned. The downstairs bathroom has a bit of a bug problem but all beds and sheets were comfortable and clean. The fridge takes a long time to get cold enough to keep your items cold. We were nervous our milk and meat would go bad but after a couple days it got cold. I just think this VRBO could invest in a better fridge, rugs, better bath towels, and outdoor chairs that you can see the view when you sit outside. Overall we had a great time!

Our family two grown children, their spouses. Their children a total of 3 under the age of 7. We had a great stay. Even though we had to contact the owners a couple of times during our stay. They were very responsive both times. Once we requested a new hose to rinse off after coming back from the beach. The one that was originally there had multiple holes in it. They brought one over in a couple of hours. The second call was more serious as the air conditioner stopped working and a whole new unit had to be installed. The owners had a repair person there within a few hours and the new unit was installed by the end of the day. The pictures online make the house appear slightly larger than it actually was but I think that is the case with most Vrbo sites. We did have to provide our own toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish washing soap. It was a bit of a hike to the ocean due to having to climb a sand dune to get to the beach. But all in all we had a wonderful vacation. The back deck was a favorite of the kids.

Location was great, beach an A+. The house layout is good for a large family however a full size refrigerator is in need and there were no towel hooks in one bath, no storage shelf, cabinet, etc.

Last July my husband was in the hospital having had heart valve replacement so while I was sitting in the room with him, I found the same house to rent in May of 2022. I call the grands and they took the time to take off work. We recreated some of the past pictures with todays pics and had the best time. We cooked at the house and went out to eat at the Colbalt which was expensive and not a good selection of fish.

The property was very clean great access to beach. The only thing I would suggest would be they had some beach towels. We are planning on booking this property again next year.

The house was great! I can tell there have been renovations, it really looks good and the deck was great. You have sun and shade. Loved the bed, slept soo good. I would stay there again!

We had a very nice time staying at this property. Very clean, great location, and quiet during this time of year. We had a small issue with the door but the property manager and maintenance communicated with us promptly and got the issue resolved. The Cocoa Cobana beach house was exceptionally clean and tidy upon arrival. The door keypad was extremely easy to use. The online property listing was described very accurately. The property manager was very responsive. When a smoke detector battery needed replacing, maintenance arrived shortly after I notified the property manager. All the appliances as well as the Wi-Fi functioned properly. The bed was comfortable. The A/C functioned well. We had a totally unobstructed view of the ocean and beachfront. The ocean was just a few feet from our front door and deck. The beach house and beach location were ideal and very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and spent a lot of time on the deck as well as the beach. The property surpassed our expectations, and we plan to return, hopefully to the same property.

We all enjoyed sitting on the deck at night looking at the sky and hearing the waves while we visited with family. The kids enjoyed playing in the sand and the water and looking for sea shell. Also, some of us saw a large group of stingrays right near the shore. Enjoyed nearby restaurants and a dolphin cruise.

We enjoyed it so much the first time last year, we decided to come back again for family vacation 2021. The house has been newly renovated. We enjoyed the extra full bath giving the house 3 master suites. The only downside was that there was zero storage in the newly renovated master bath. Hopefully in the off season, they can make some changes there. I had to keep everything for the bathroom on top of the dresser in the bedroom, or hanging on the back on the bathroom door. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to coming again next year.

Not sure why they didn't fix the old deck when the lower part was replaced. It would be great if they could get a gas grill on the top deck like the surrounding houses. The charcoal grill is in the car port and was not in great condition. It would also be great if they could get some serving platters and non-breakable cups/plates (especially given the uneven boards near the outdoor dining table).
