House was great and communication was as well. I would definitely recommend this property.

Traveled with 16 people for a bachelor party. This house could not have been better. Great location about 15/20 minutes from downtown but also far enough away to feel like you were in the Texas country. House seemed much bigger than the pictures do it justice. Huge yard for yard games great pool/hot tub and patio area with grill. Nice basketball court in the driveway. Big garage with two extra fridges. Open floor plan was great for one member that was in a wheelchair. Good sized kitchen and living room with seating for everyone. the property manager had ramps for the one step into the house as well as step into the back patio for a member in a wheelchair. Plenty of space with the multiple bedrooms and multiple bathrooms and plenty of beds. Could not recommend this house more for big groups coming to Austin, Texas! House was clean had plenty of utensils. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were great (although if you’re in a wheelchair, you may want to reach out to make sure the bathroom fits your needs). Host was awesome throughout the whole process very accommodating via text and allowed us early check-in and late check out which helped our group immensely. Thanks for allowing us to stay here. We had a great time!

We had a great stay here over a long weekend! Everything was as described and the backyard was spectacular. It was a quick and easy drive to downtown Austin! Would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful cozy home. Our family stayed here for thanksgiving. It was close to the airport and the city. Only thing we kind of did not like was that every time we wanted to use the hot tub, we had to let them know to turn it on a hour before. However, once told, they did it immediately. The other thing we did not like was the pots and pans for cooking in the kitchen were very old and scratched up. Hope they update this for future residents. Overall, we liked the cozy feel of this home.

Excellent house for hosting large groups - whether it's all adults or with kids as well. We had a friend's bachelor party here and it was perfect for it. Plenty of things to do at the house itself (the pool, cornhole, basketball, pool table, poker table, etc) - but quick to get into Austin as well. The great things with this house lies in the details - lots of beds, extensive patio area (covered and uncovered), multiple refrigerators, counter space, comfortable beds, grill - just to name a few. Grocery store is a two minute drive down the road and wal-mart and costco are 10 minutes away which was great. I'd gladly host another large group here and everyone was comfortable and happy with the place.

We have stayed in a lot of ATX homes over the years and this was definitely one of the best decorated, cleanliest and best organized. The house was beautifully decorated with a modern twist on "the lake house". All the rooms had plenty of space and there are a LOT of beds. Everything matched, all silverware and glasses and plates, towels, sheets, bedding etc., giving the house an upscaled feel. They have backup items useful to large groups (like 2 extra refrigerator with freezers in garage and 3 coffee pots, extra blankets, pillows..). Everything is labeled which I loved and NO OWNER things in house which made the house feel cleaner. Basic things like spices, towels, & cleaning supplies were well stocked. All and all, this was one of the better houses we have stayed in at that price point. The management team was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. We spent 80% of our time outside as the yard is massive with tons of chairs and games. I can not imagine what you would need that they didn't have except for an extra large dinning table. That was better for us because in place of that is a pool table, which our group cared more about, but this good to know going in so you can plan for it. There is a lot of space outside so that is where we ate mostly, as our group was large. Absolutely fabulous place, and we would definitely stay there again.

Amazing house, incredibly nice and clean. So many outdoor activities for friends and family.

We had an amazing stay at this property! I would highly recommend. Very clean and spacious for a large group of 20, we had the best time!
