The location was perfect! Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. You can watch the surfers from the balcony. Check in was super easy. Shirley makes sure everything is ready for you and lets you know immediately if there’s anything you need to know! The AC was being serviced but done before we got there but she still gave us a heads up. She replied immediately when we had a question. The unit is spotless! You’d never know it was on the beach!! We would definitely stay again!!

Check in process was easy and quick, everything was very clean, all instructions were clear and concise, and Shirley provided all the amenities one could need. There are flights of stairs involved so not a great place if wheelchair accessibility is needed but was perfect for the girls trip I had. Accessing the pool was easy and very nice, the beach was fun and not hard to get to by walking to the road and going in that way, plus she had some beach hats that were a life saver in the hot sun!

Everything about this vacation was perfection, especially the accommodations. Everything is exactly as the host stated. Thank you Shirley, we loved staying at your place!

Perfect location to restaurants, the beach, pier, pool available. We had a great time and this was the perfect place for us as there was room for us all together or to have our own space. Loved the balcony that overlooked the pool and the ocean. Kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Also, plenty of towels and blankets. Next time that we visit, we will definitely be staying here. Thank You!

This property was great! Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed the partial view of the ocean from the balcony while keeping an eye on those enjoying the pool in late fall. Easy walk to the beach area (climbing over some large rocks may be required at high tide when water comes up to the steps). Next door to decent pizza and donut locations is a nice bonus! Complex needs to fix the exit button from the pool area as requiring the entry key fob to leave the gate is a potential safety issue. St. Augustine has a lot to offer so I would stay here again next time we return to the area!

The condo is great and the location was awesome! Unfortunately had to cut stay short due to emergency but will definitely book again! Shirley was so friendly and easy to deal with. She is an absolute gem!

Location was great even with no direct beach access due to the hurricane last year, access was just a few steps away next to the property. Awesome resturants within walking distance, loved ice cream at Rita's next door. Beach was great, pool was nice, condo was very pretty, comfortable and we felt right at home.

Our stay went above and beyond our expectations. The location was perfection, the condo was beautiful and our host was incredibly communicative. We have already booked for next year, it is THAT wonderful. We are convinced St. Augustine is the best place to “beach it” and this is the best condo in town!

The view was amazing from the balcony. The kids loved that we could walk right to the beach! The location had a lot to offer…restaurants, shopping, etc.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Pier Point South. Shirley was extremely easy to communicate with and work with. When you walked into the condo, it looked, felt, and smelled very clean. It was close to the beach and pool. This place is also within walking distance of 4 restaurants and has a to-go pizza place right next door. I would 100% stay at this place again and highly enjoyed my stay.

This was one of our best vacations. The condo was perfect, very clean and updated, within walking distance to everything. The beach and pool was within walking distance. Restaurants and desserts were within walking distance. The area was very safe and just awesome! It was so great this is going to be one of our yearly go to places! You will not be disappointed staying at this condo within this location! Perfect vacation! Shirley is absolutely great to rent from, the condo was stocked with everything!

I brought my mom here for an early Mother's Day getaway. We loved the location! The condo is right on the beach and also has a pool. Beautiful views from the balcony. Very clean, comfortable beds, nice towels and good water pressure in the showers. We could walk to several nearby restaurants which was great! Highly recommend!

This beach house is great. It was clean and spacious. The location was close to restaurants and other attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and will book this location again if we ever come back to St. Augustine.

We spent three nights at this nice property. Everything was as-stated online. The owner, Shirley, was very sweet and communication throughout our time there was great! This VRBO property is the most well-equipped VRBO we've ever stayed in. That made our stay extra comfortable. The property had a great view overlooking the pool with a good side view of the ocean. The only negative was that the beach sustained lots of damage from Hurricane Nicole in 2022. We understand from the owner that the beach is scheduled for work starting in May. We could stilll access the beach via a neighboring property. It only took about 10-12 minutes to drive into town, so, not too bad from that standpoint. We would recommend this property.

Thought the direct access to the beach was damage by storms it was still very easy to get to the beach. We spent our morning coffee on the balance overlooking the pool and the beach. Wonderful restaurants, donut shop and ice cream all right here.

We had a wonderful week in St. Augustine with this condo as our base. It was clean, comfortable(good beds, too!) and convenient to restaurants and area sights. The view of the pool and beach from the balcony was a plus.

Beautiful condo. Remodel is fantastic. The location is perfect. Next to the pier, overlooks the pool and the ocean. Very close to downtown. Have stayed multiple times over the last 20 years. Love it!!

We enjoyed our stay in this beachside condo. We were in frequent touch with the owner, who offered to return our money if we wanted to cancel due to beach erosion in front of the property. We declined to cancel & we're so glad we stayed. The beach is still readily accessible from the side. The only dissappointment was that the pool was not heated. The condo was perfect for the two of us. Very clean, comfortable beds & well appointed kitchen, & close to restaurants & sightseeing. We would definitely would return!

This property met all of our vacation needs. Comfy beds, extra towels for beach and bathroom, great amount of space to eat and relax. We slept really well and could see the sunrise over the ocean every morning from the deck. It has a wonderful location within walking distance of the beach, many restaurants, and only a 15 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. Communication was excellent as well. I was informed about what was going on with the weather/hurricanes and if the property was still ok to visit. The property was fine but the beach was a bit smaller which made it more of an adventure to walk along. The only things that you should be aware of is that there weren't any bars of soap for the showers. Also make sure to clarify how to use the keypads on the front door. We got in late at night and found 2 keypads which stumped us because the directions of how to use them was not very clear. We finally made it in and loved every minute. I highly recommend this VRBO property for your St. Augustine visit,

The condo is in a great location with easy access to the beach even though our stay was 1 week after Hurricane Ian. The condo has everything you need and exactly where you need it to be. Terrifically whimsical and just adorable. Very comfortable beds and pillows and the kitchen had everything we needed (although we didn't cook because there are great restaurants nearby). Shirley is super accommodating and was great at communicating with us in the weeks prior to our stay. She is a very generous host. We will look forward to staying there again. We were there for a wedding and our son who stayed at the Embassy Suites was envious!
