Great location with beautiful view of the golf course.

The property could well accommodate a large family. We were delighted to have our own bathroom. Modern easy to use appliances and comfortable furnishings. Owning several timeshares over the past fifty years I noticed some wear that comes from normal use. Overall it was a privilege to have had our vacation stay while on Hilton Head.

Condo was very clean with lots of space for our group of 7. Trident was very responsive to our only (very minor) issue. The coffee pot was broken-within hours of a Sunday phone call a new one was on the front porch! We rented bikes and had a blast cruising around Palmetto Dunes and to the beach, which was just a short ride away. Beach was beautiful-packed sand was great for games, running, and biking. Did one excursion-the Dolphin and Nature boat excursion through the local museum. We all loved seeing dolphins close-up and learning fun facts about the marshes and tides.

We had a lovely time staying here. Corner lot-so we had perfect views from all decks of the Robert Trent Jones course. The pool is a one minute walk, and the beach is a 5 minute bike ride. The condo was clean, appropriately furnished, and just the right size for our group of 7. The only issue that I had was that I ordered my grocery delivery the week before arrival and the actual address is different than what you see when you book, so my groceries went to a sea pines location. I don't blame this in the owner or property manager, just a word of advice :-)

This wasn't the property we were intended to get but it all worked out in the end. We had a lovely vacation.

We orig rented a 3 berm 3 bath unit, VRBO as we got close to our rental date changed the unit, fortunately I spoke with the project manager who straighten everything out., had a great time great property.

Nice place, everything as described. Very clean and well stocked. Good internet for two people working.

Our family of 7 spent the month of March in this lovely condo in Hilton Head. Great location, with corner lot on Robert Trent Jones golf course. Condo was very comfortable and we look forward to staying there again.

We were looking for something close to Atlanta and this has been easiest beach trip we’ve had in awhile. Great space for 2 adults and 5 kids, very comfortable, nice furnishings, low key neighborhood made bike riding easy with kids, quick bike ride to beach and not too crowded. We definitely are sold on making this our regular beach trip location.

The property manager was very helpful with our questions prior to arrival and during our stay.

The condo was really nice. From the condo sitting on a golf course, beach nearby, away from the large hotels so even during busy season, it was quiet.

We had a great stay. The condo was in great shape and the kitchen was stocked with anything you could need. It was a quick bike ride or walk to beach access at the Dunes House.

Very comfortable villa! Loved the golf course views. Upstairs bedrooms with private baths were perfect for our group (2 infants & 2 toddlers). Very close to pool & beach. We love coming to HHI in the summer.

Our family of 5 was very comfortable. Small but well appointed kitchen. Beautiful views of the golf course but beware of errant shots landing on the porch. We enjoyed walking to the beach and to play pickleball. Would have been nice to have some literature about the island as well as checkout instructions. Overall a great time. Would stay again.

We booked our stay at the last minute and were so lucky to find this beautiful unit. It was spacious, clean and well stocked. We used the new grill several times and loved sitting on the deck with the beautiful golf course views as we had our cocktails! My daughter still had some E-Learning to do so the printer came in handily and we never had an issue with the WiFi. We would certainly return and stay here again as we love Hilton Head Island..it is our happy place!

While the above 5 star ratings that we gave this property are true, the furniture and downstairs king bed were uncomfortable! The living room couch & chairs so bothered our backs that we had my brother make custom boards to slide under the cushions to firm them up and give some support. Unfortunately, the same couldn't be said for the bed. While I went upstairs to a comfortable bed, my wife couldn't because of the stairs. The tv choices were the best of any rental that we have had to date; on HHI or in other tourist areas. Internet service is high speed and dependable. A new Weber gas grill was provided and should meet most renter needs. The HVAC system is outstanding and can handle any comfort request. Overall, a great rental for most but since we are "Snowbirds" the uncomfortable furniture and bed precludes our return.

This property is well stocked with kitchen essentials, paper products, linens, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs were also available. Plenty of seating for six adults. It is a short walk to tennis and the store. The only thing that we were disappointed in were the thin bath towels.

Close to beach. Excellent access to amenities and bike trails. Well appointed kitchen and TVs.

Awesome experience all around starting with Martha the property mgr, to the cleanliness and stocking of the property. Would definitely come back without hesitation. Martha, thx for making it all perfect!

Spacious, clean, close to the beach - it was a great stay!

Martha was amazing. She came to check on us several times to be sure we were good with the hurricane and that we had adequate supplies. The property was awesome and 5 kids and 4 adults had plenty of room. The short walk to the beach was refreshing and delightful. The kids biked all over Palmetto Dunes and had a great time. Thank you Martha for being so accommodating and a great host!!! We had a great stay and will definitely be back.

Great Place, pictures tell the story!

We stayed for a week with our adult kids and 2 grandkids. There was plenty of room and everything we could have needed was provided. Martha was easy to communicate with for any questions we had. This was our first stay in Palmetto Dunes and we will return.

This was our first time to Hilton Head Island and we loved every minute of it. The condo was big enough to accommodate 2 families - especially with the bathrooms. Since the condo is an end unit there are numerous windows and doors providing natural light and views of the golf course. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and the whole place was refreshingly clean. The 10 minute walk to the beach was nicely shaded with a few options to choose from for beach access. We brought items for the beach but discovered there were additional beach supplies stored in a container on the front porch. Bonus! The only issue we had was that the washing machine stopped working but Martha was on top of getting it repaired. If we ever return to Hilton Head Island, I hope to stay at this condo.

We enjoyed the property very much. Didn't know when we booked it but it is located at the end of the villas, which we liked very much. Short walk or even shorter bike ride to the beach. Unlike us, make sure to use 21 Haul Away in your GPS rather than Water Oak Drive. It was in our confirmation emails but didn't notice till after the fact. Martha was very helpful with our needs. And we recommend a dinner at The Sea Shack. Opens at 5 for dinner. Be there by 4;30 and you may still be in line. Or go at 7 or later. But worth the wait.

Third year in a row renting this unit. Everything was great as usual. Condo was clean and had everything you’d need. Short walk to the beach and the Dunes restaurant. Can walk to the clubhouse if you’re playing the Robert Trent Jones course as well. Would definitely rent again.

Very comfortable and well equipped. About a 12 minute walk to the beach which we did everyday carrying our gear. An easy walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Property is located very nicely. Many windows to look out of and watch the golfers go by and wave. Martha is very sweet and respectful and hospitable. Always open to concerns that we had and got it taken care of immediately. She has a gift of wanting you to have a great experience on this property. My family really enjoyed it. Also my children enjoyed it. What a place to relax. Please consider staying here. This place is bigger than what the photos shows. Highly recommend this to anyone who is looking forward to staying in Hilton Head.

The condo was perfect. We didn’t cook much, but everything was provided. 6 ladies stayed. We all had our own bed except 2 shared the king. Easy walk to the beach, golf course, tennis courts and general store. We have stayed in this villa for 3 years.

This is a fantastic unit. End unit, overlooking the golf course. So nice and quiet. Very spacious 3 bedrooms. Full bath for each, which is very convenient for families. Plus a 1/2 bath. 1 bedroom down, 2 up. We were 3 couples (golfers) perfect for us. Nice living area with plenty of seating. Lots of "elbow room" for everyone. This is one of the most well-equipped units we've ever stayed in. Every kitchen utensil you might need. Great laundry room/pantry. Very clean unit. Short bike ride to the beach path. Great communication, very quick to respond. Would highly recommend this property!
