The owners were very communicative. This had to be one of my best experiences with VRBO. We look forward to staying here again. Great views from the fourth floor plenty of room for family.

This is a super nice property as well as an excellent location. The rooms were all spacious and the 3 and a half bathrooms were such a help. Everything was clean and tidy. I would definitely stay here again.

The home is very clean and spacious. The furniture was comfortable and communication with the owners was great! The only issue we ran into was the neighbor across the street (who shares the access rd) parks his truck outside his garage in a position making it tough to get in and of the garage (which is the only private parking available).

We loved staying at this rental. It was so conviently located and had so much room for our three families with everyone having their own bathroom. The place was clean and the communication was great!

Wonderful place to stay! The owners were wonderful to work with and answered any of our questions quickly. The house has a great layout for families with multiple kids. The house was spotless when we arrived and there were plenty of brooms and cleaning supplies to help keep the house tidy. A great location, a short walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, de Lazy Lizard and Harrison’s. Easy access to the Coastal Highway to get to other attractions. The garage space was a perfect for our one vehicle and beach items. It is also a bonus for those who don’t want the hassle of finding free parking or pay for parking. We will definitely book this house again when visiting OCMD.

- Communication with owner was great. They were courteous and they made it easy to contact them if I needed to.
-The property was clean and spacious, great for any vacation with family and friends.
-Parking in the garage came in handy since finding parking around this area was difficult during a busy holiday weekend.
-The property was close to so many restaurants and literally a minute away from the boardwalk and the beach. Such a great spot with alot to do.

This was one of the nicest homes that I have rented for our family vacation. The home was beautiful, clean and spacious for my 2 daughters and 6 of my grandchildren. The house was only a block from the beach near 1st street. I will definitely rent this house when I go to Ocean City again.

Great for large families!
The property was clean, roomy and had every thing we needed in the kitchen to be able to make meals.
It was convenient to the Boardwalk and easy walking access to the beach!
We would definitely stay there again!
My suggestion for future renters: bring bath mats as the tile floor can become slippery after showering.

Nice location. 1 1/2 blocks to the boardwalk. Easy in and out with the car which ever direction you wanted to go. Loved having our own private garage to park in. Communication with the owner was simple. Everything was pretty much as it reads in the listing. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, clean and welcoming.
We had a great stay. Location is close and able to walk whenever you want to. Was nice having 3 bathrooms with 4 girls. Just keep in mind there are a lot of steps if you have knee issues. None of us had issues.

Haven for Beachtime Memories
Beautiful home away from home. Comfortable, roomy and perfect for families, this house was hard to want to leave. Conveniently located to pier, boardwalk, restaurants and easy access to main routes of travel. Owners were quick to respond to any questions. Neighbors were friendly; area relatively quiet. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Took my grandson here for his bday because he was born in the 4th of July. They set all the fireworks off by accident at 11 am. The police on the beach were very rude. The beach is so dirty with garbage and everyone smoking weed. This place has gone down hill big time. Will never stay there again.
