The property was immaculate and nicely appointed. The location was just a few blocks from downtown, was quiet and had beautiful views in all directions. Great hiking, restaurants and shopping nearby. Would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed staying at this condo. I liked the location although it is a few blocks from the gondola and downtown. When I first arrived the breaker was tripped and the heat wasn’t working. I had to call to after hours person to figure that out. So if you have no heat. Check the breaker first. Otherwise great space and very cozy. Kitchen was well equipped for a rental.

It's walking distance from all the restaurants downtown and to the gondola. It's a short 20 minute walk to the sledding hill for those with kids like us. Great location and the place itself was well taken care of and plenty of space for 4 people. The couch converts into another bed. Our only complaint was that the bathroom is in the middle of everything so you disturb whoever is sleeping in the bunk beds if you have to use the bathroom in the night.

We enjoywd everything about our stay. The location was convenient and the unit was comfortable, clean and spacioua for our family of 4!

This was the perfect place for our family of 3. The check in process was easy, it was super close to the gondola and town and we loved sitting in the window watching the River and the skiers. The shower was probably my favorite part..so relaxing! The only down fall - to no fault of the property owners! - was how loud our upstairs neighbors were. They would stomp around until 11:00 and were constantly waking our 8 month old son up. The walls are pretty thin so something to consider if you don’t like hearing other people. Besides that one minor inconvenience it was perfect and we’d definitely stay here again.

Great spot to walk to everything in Telluride and catch the Gondola or Galloping Goose. Views of the river out back and the mountains were beautiful. Had everything we needed.

Great location close to town. Takes just a few minutes to walk to all the restaurants gondola and shopping. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the activity.

Overall, we had a great stay but very disappointed how the property management company handled the hot tub issue. They let us know a few days before our stay that the hot tub was broken and that they will not give any financial refunds because of the issue no matter what. They blamed that it was the HOAs problem who need to fix it. Given that this is a skiing destination, a hot tub is very essential during your visit. This was one of the top reasons we chose this property. We reached out to the property management and I feel like they handled the situation poorly and said there’s no way of reimbursing any money. We are vrbo owners of several properties and would never handle this situation like they did. We always make our guests happy no matter what it takes. I guess this is the difference between an actual owner of the property and a property management company. Also, we stayed during the weekend so in order to get a hold of anyone, you either wait until they open Monday morning or call an emergency number in which they will charge you if it’s not an emergency. FYI, there is no oven hot pad to use if you cook in the oven. Also, the knives are very dull which make them very dangerous to use. There is no cooking spray or oil to use on the pans. I wish I knew this before we arrived and I could have brought these items. The place was a perfect size for the 3 of us but it can definitely fit a family of 5 or 6. My son loves the bunk bed. And the privacy of each room is a nice addition.

Close to gondola, grocery store, and Main Street. Location perfect! Great for family with 2 kids. Owner responded promptly to all questions.

First time skiing at Telluride. Had a great time. Amazing skiing. Condo was perfect for my wife and I. Great location in town of Telluride with walking proximity to ski lifts and town of Telluride. We’ll be back!!!

Tons of great extras in here like good coffee, coffee creamer, pool towels, nice selection of pans. Super clean and convenient. Worked well for our Grouo.

This property is ideally located in the heart of Telluride. Minutes to the Gondola and the Coonskin chair lift, minutes to downtown, the shops, restaurants and the grocery store. A Wine shop and Thai restaurant are literally right there. Lovely little walkway along the river provides a great walking experience. We loved it!

We really liked the full-kitchen because we were able to eat a hot breakfast in the condo each day. The layout of the condo was great. My husband and I had our own room while our two daughters (7 and 11) had their choice of pull-out sofa, window seat or bunk beds. The bunks were separated from the familly room by a door and the master could be closed off from the bunk area as well, so we all had privacy. The location was great - a short walk to Coonskin lift #7 to get up and over the mountain. The Galloping Goose (free Telluride shuttle) stopped every 10 minutes only a block away. So, even though it was winter, we could get around easily and in warmth. We were there 5 days and never moved our car once. One thing to mention is that the TV in the family room has a built in DVD player. I don't think that is mentioned in the condo description and you can't see it in the photos. It was great for my kids to pop in a video after a day on the slopes. Lastly, I loved that the unit was stocked with coffee, cooking oil, sugar, salt, pepper, toiletries and lots of towels.

Would definitely return! Our condo was just off the beaten path next to the San Miguel river. A very peaceful retreat and a 5 minute walk (if that) to the gondola station. Bear in mind there is a walking path nearby where you can hear people laughing and talking, but the bedroom is removed from any of that business. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well-appointed. We personally never had an issue with parking. Check-in/out was a breeze! As far as CoVid, we are from a state that is a little more opened up than Colorado (Texas), so we did expect limited seating/lower occupancy etc...Having said that, there was plenty of take-out and dining options. The only thing a little off putting was the amount of mask wearing outside (again, we are Texans :-) )but we did not encounter any resistance or "mask police" and of course we certainly were respectful and wore our masks indoors public spaces. We were fortunate to book Georgie's place as this was a last minute change of plans; like so many people are doing right now. It was peak season for the Aspens and our condo was perfect...we would definitely return!

Easy rental, great communication by email and check in was safe as no contact with the manager due to Covid.

Really impressed with this rental and the management company. Great location - easy walking distance to anything in town. Right along the walking path on the river too. Although it was just me and my wife, this would be a perfect place for a small family with kids who can sleep in the built-in bunk-beds. Management company provided great COVID updates and recommendations of where to eat with enclosures/heat-lamps, when the weather got drastically colder. Lastly, this is Telluride. As a 30+ year Colorado resident, we've never been anywhere that's more beautiful in this scenic state. We hope to be back again soon and wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again.
