We loved the beautiful house and the pool! Everything was clean and well stocked. Loved the big private yard and seeing deer every night! Cindy was very welcoming. She communicated well with us and was available if we needed her. We will enjoy going back!

This house and the hosts are amazing. We had all ages, child to adult, staying here and everyone loved it. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor eating & lounging areas were where we spent most of our time. This was supposed to be a beach vacation but we loved the house so much that we only visited the beach a couple times. If there was something I forgot, a quick look and I could locate one in the house; they thought of EVERYTHING! If I had any questions Cindy was so quick to respond to a text. And my kids loved the amount of pool floats/toys and board games that were at the house. We will definitely be returning!!

Had an incredible stay with our big family. Everything we needed for a great reunion & celebration. Beautiful home & fantastic pool/hot tub area. Kids & adults loved it! Only difficulty was master bedroom & additional bedroom on same side of house struggled to keep cool so we had to buy fan in order to sleep. Thanks for a great stay!

Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was more than just a house for rent; it was like staying at a vacation resort. We even had the pleasure of seeing wildlife in the backyard, i.e., deer, raccoons, squirrels, peacocks, and even a cow. So much fun to watch. My husband enjoyed feeding the deer and watching them arrive every night. Such a relaxing vacation. The pool and spa were wonderful. Can't say enough about how welcome we felt. Thank you Cindy and Dan for all your help with any questions we had.

This house was perfect for our group of 10 - plenty of space for everyone and a huge pool area with several tables, chairs and loungers. Homeowner is very responsive and helpful with any questions or needs. Would definitely rent this property again!

This property is awesome. It's located in a quiet neighborhood that has a countryish feel. The house is large and well stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals. There is a second refrigerator/freezer in the garage that was great for putting drinks in when the main frig in the kitchen was full of food. My girlfriend, her dog and I stayed for 4 weeks, working from the house during the week and seeing the sights on the weekends and evenings. My brother, sister-in-law and their 2 kids came down for a week and had a great time playing in the pool and soaking in the hot tub. The house is about 20 minutes from the beach. If you go to the beach go early and drive onto the beach. Unfortunately you have to leave the dog at the house. It's also about 35minutes from a great fish market in Port Orange, right on highway 1. The golden tile and red snapper made it to the dinner table several times. Cindy is a great host. Just a text away and always got back to me quickly with answers to any questions that I had. We had such a good time that we tried to extend our stay for another week. Unfortunately the property was rented for the next week so we had to come home as scheduled.

Well let's just start by saying even Hurricane Ian couldn't ruin our trip! Our week started out so relaxing till we went to the store & they were out of 'water'! Cindy was the ABSOLUTE `Hostess with the Mostess' ! She first asked if we wanted to stay at the house thru the Storm or have the option to leave and get a refund. We decided to stay and ride the storm out in the gorgeous glass house! She then provided us with chargers, flashlights and storm instructions for our safety at the house. We lost all power Wednesday. We still enjoyed our time with games, facials, and massages! We had HAPPY HOUR everyday at 5 at the Dining room table! It was most of the families 1st Hurricane. We were in touch with Cindy thru the entire storm and she checked on us everyday and gave us weather updates for the area. Maybe some day we will get a chance to go back and redo our hurricane vacation! Thank you Cindy for EVERYTHING! ❤️

The photos, description and reviews did not disappoint! This house was perfect for our family for Christmas. Cindy was so easy to work with and was so very gracious in decorating the house for us. There were plenty of spaces for everyone to gather separately or all together! The pool/spa were a huge hit too! Even our dogs enjoyed. The house was overly equipped for anything you might need. Would defintely stay here again. Thanks Cindy!

House was stocked with anything you might need or want. Quiet place to stay, but not far from any thing you might want. The grandkids really enjoyed the pool. We had a great time, will use them again.

The house was very spacious and contained everything listed. The pool was very relaxing, the grill worked wonders for our barbecues, the beds were comfortable and the house contained all utilities we needed, including beach items, which we were grateful to have since we traveled by plane. The house was not far from New Smyrna beach, which was gorgeous and one of the best beaches we saw during our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted by donuts and a nice letter from our hostess. There were little notes all throughout the house letting us know how things worked, which made it easy to get acquainted with the home. The house was very clean and everything looked as if brand new. No complaints at all, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable one week stay.

My family had a wonderful time visiting New Smyrna Beach this summer. We found this listing on VRBO and I was thrilled to find this nice big home with private pool. We had lots of little ones with us (ages 1-8) and luckily the pool is fenced off separately from the outdoor patio for safety. We had such a fun time for an entire week, and we were able to visit the beach with just a short drive. We were all happy to swim in the nice pool with the kids because it was a safer option for us, but the beach was very fun too, and not too crowded. There are plenty of eateries and ice cream shops close-by, and if you need the grocery store or gas for the car, it’s all very close too. The home is in a great location, and you can’t go wrong with this rental. They have everything you can imagine as far as amenities. They even supply beach towels a plenty. All you’ll really need to bring is your toothbrush and toothpaste, LOL! Cindy was our contact person and she is awesome! She is very quick to answer your messages if needed, and she was very nice to explain everything to us when we arrived. There’s a blue binder there with instructions too, so that helps a lot. All-in-all, it was wonderful, and we will definitely hope to stay here again.

We just recently stayed at this property in New Smyrna. Cindy and the housekeeping staff were awesome. They assisted us with checking in a little earlier then expected when I communicated to her we had a redeye flight. THANKS!!! Enjoyed staying at this property, it was clean, spacious and in a great location. Enjoyed the pool with my family. New Smyrna Beach is only 15 min away and Daytona 25-30 min. Property owner was very attentive and easy to get in touch with.

This was a much needed family get together after various family members had met up at a hot and strenuous week at Disney! The place was beautiful and restful. Just what we needed.

We used the kitchen and grill to cook almost all of our meals for the whole week. There was nothing we needed that the kitchen didn’t have. The beach was a short drive away so we went there a few times. Had beach photos taken, (which turned out beautifully in such a gorgeous setting. ) Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants a short drive away. (Yellow Dog Eats was a family favorite. Order basically anything.) We drove to Harry Potter world one morning, spent the day at the park, and were back home (exhausted) by dinner, ready for a swim! The house is set up to comfortably host a large family. We had plenty of bathroom options, sleeping space, tables to eat at, and couches sit on. It was very bright and clean. I could actually smell how clean it was the moment I stepped in the door. There were quite a few pool toys and some other fun things to play with, like a small bicycle, in the garage. We used a large pancake griddle several times. There are two ovens and two refrigerators. The washer and (2) dryers were convenient. We loved seeing tiny little lizards everywhere! Cindy was helpful with any questions we had and very hospitable. There was deer feed in the garage and she let us know that if we spread some in the yard at dusk and were very still and quiet, they would come close to eat. They did, and it was magical for both the kids and grownups to watch! Thank you for helping us have such a smooth, comfortable, and memorable vacation!♥️

This property was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation! We vacationed in New Smyrna Beach for years growing up, so this was a trip we were all looking forward to. Our family has grown since those years, and we had ages ranging from 3 years to 60 years. The house was large, and fit all of us so comfortably; we were never in each other's way. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely stocked, and the amenities were amazing! The covered outdoor pool was our favorite part, especially with young kids. It was easy to watch them and let them have fun safely. As far as location goes, it was only a quick 10-15 minute drive to downtown New Smyrna and the beach, which was perfect as we planned to spend lots of time down there! We had a couple questions while we were there, and Cindy was very quick to answer our texts/phone calls, and very accommodating when we needed her. Overall, I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a spacious place to stay for your next family vacation!

From the moment of pulling onto the property after10 hrs of driving, we were not disappointed in the least. Cindy had the lights on and everything was perfectly ready for our entire family the moment we arrived. The high ceilings were perfectly matched with the lighting. Plently of room for everyone in our family. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their time. The pool was the highlight of the experience. It was the perfect tempature for us coming from IL to enjoy the weather. The hotub was another bonus to enjoy after the long ride. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The garage refridgerator was very helpfull as well. All the beds were comfortable for everyone. The outdoor bathroom next to the pool was great so no mess inside the house. Waking up in the morning and going out to the pool for breakfast and seeing the deer in the backyard was great. Cindy was great to work with and answered any questions and any hour of the day. Met her husband the day we were leaving and seem to be just as nice and freindly, and felt welcomed to be there. Getting the entire family together from 3 seperate states was the best part.
