We loved our stay in PC! Our family made a last minute decision to get out of the heat and found this gem. The location was great, quiet little neighborhood with a pool and patio that opens right up to the golf course. The location is by the tee box so I didn’t have to worry about little kids playing outside and getting hit by stray golf balls. We rented bikes from ColeSport (in the same parking lot as this condo) and rode those all over PC. The condo was very clean and had plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, etc. I do recommend searching for things to do/activities and restaurants before hand because they do not provide a ‘local guide or activity guide’ that some vrbos come with. I luckily am a planner so this worked out, but we wouldn’t have known about the bike rental unless we explored the property. The only complaint was on the 3rd floor, it can get a bit warm/stuffy and the fan provided wasn’t safe with little kids. Recommend to open the windows at night which helps a bit to get airflow. I’m sure in the winter, this wouldn’t be a problem! Thanks again for a terrific stay! Would recommend.

Condo was just as listed. I appreciated that there was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, and bath towels. The location was great. My only complaint is that the pool key did not work at all. We had to ask others to let us in. It seems that we should have had a code instead of a key. Also, the sofas in the family room need to be replaced. They were very uncomfortable. We would have liked a few other seating options in there as well. Overall we were very happy with this condo.

The 5 of us, all over 65, have been skiing Park City for the past 20 years. We have stayed at a number of condos but this one is the best. This will have been our third time staying at This condo and we are planning on returning again next year. Very clean, close to the Mountain, and great hot tub. John, the management company, was easy to reach and we had no problems with check in and out.

This condo was amazing. It had everything we needed and more.

Our whole Family enjoyed the comforts and amenties this property offers! The kitchen was beyond equipped, the beds comfortable, and the layout allowed privacy for everyone to have their own space at the end of the day. There is nothing like sitting in the hot tub with ski hats on laughing with your Adult Kids about the adventures on the slopes! Followed by games in front of the fireplace! The heated floors were a nice touch for our Florida Feet and we appreciated the covered parking. The Hosts were very reponsive to the questions we had and they addressed a minor item very quickly. As a suggestion, I hope in the future they might consider making a "Book" similar to ones we've had at other VRBO's that is a central resource for all things related to the house - operating fireplace, closest grocery, map to show shortcut to the Mountain, restuarant suggestsions, etc.. Two tips for light sleepers like me - the master has small transome windows on top with no blinds so a sleep mask might help and the box fan can mask the early morning noise from snow plows and the mountain. We were very grateful for this special place to call "home" for a few days and we would definitely choose to stay there in the future.

We really enjoyed renting here! A few of the pans were dirty in the cabinet but besides that the condo was great! We loved the location best of all! We would rent here again!!

This is a wonderful place to stay, the condo is close to the slopes, close to the grocery store and restaurants. The heated floors were fantastic, the hot tub was great and the space perfect for the 6 of us. Communication was excellent with the manager.

Don’t think twice about staying here ! It was the perfect location to Main Street and the slopes. We didn’t have to call an Uber at all since the shuttle service was very reliable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place. Would have given 5 stars if TV’s in bedrooms were bigger. Very small. Otherwise great place!!!!

Great location. Nice PAtio overlooking. Golf course. Linens and furnishings Need to be updated. Hosts very responsive.

Overall we were pleased. But here are some suggestions for improvement: the mattress in the second bedroom is not firm enough. The third bedroom upstairs is too hot. It needs a floor air conditioner. The plastic chairs in the back patio need an upgrade to nicer chairs.

Very clean, loved the hot tub

Very clean and was perfect for our stay. The Kitchen was awesome and stocked with everything you need. We were very happy we chose this over a hotel room.

Perfect for 3 couples. We took our car to parking lot that was very close but to far to walk with skis to ski slopes for us. Great spring skiing after sun warmed up slopes.

Property was perfect for 5 guys. One slept on a fold out couch. The heated floors were a nice touch, gas fireplace was excellent. Kitchen was modern. Hot tub was very nice, very private, and easy access to the kitchen. Walk to ski rentals. Market directly across the street. The bus was a short walk from the condo. But, you can ski back to the condo by using the golf course. You only cross a road and you are on the golf course which is about a 10 minute ski to the condo. We will be returning for another week at Park City.

This condo was everything we needed and more! 6 adults shared the 3 bedrooms (they were all bedroom with doors, not a loft like other renters on VRBO pawn off as a "bedroom") and everyone appreciated having their own bathroom. The living area on the first floor comes across narrow in the photos in my opinion, but my entire family was pleasantly surprised with how much living space there was and the size of the kitchen island was fantastic for a condo. In addition the condo is well stocked with everything you'll need to cook a family meal. My mom in particular enjoyed watching the cross country skiers go by in the backyard from the comfort of the couch. It is directly across from the community pool/hot tub, but we utilized the private hot tub within the condo everyday. The town shuttle could not be more than a 90 second walk, if that and my family who used it said it was quick/easy. The condo was about a mile from the restaurants/shops. We skied or walked (very quick walk) home from apres at Park City everyday. Would love to come back next year and would absolutely stay here again, can't beat the location or this fantastic condo!

Overall, a really great place. Plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out. Local restaurants and shopping across the street. Only 1/2 mile from the slopes. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time! The place is great and cosy. Very comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped. Beds/mattresses are super comfy. Awesome location. Easy access (2min walk) to shuttle to PC mountain (5min ride). Easy access to groceries (5min walk). You won’t need a car. Very quiet neighborhood. The private hot tub was a delight after skiing. Made our Park City experience exceptional!!!

Wanted a ski in ski out. This is not truly a ski in ski out, but a short 1/2 mile walk to the lift. Walkable distance to grocery stores and several restaurants. Unit itself was great. Loft bedroom a bit lacking, bed on floor with a low ceiling. Kitchen is well stocked. Private hot tub was nice. Community pool and hot tub right across the street

The condo was a good size and each bedroom having there own bathroom was a plus. The only issue we had was the bathroom off the master bedroom was very warm. It appears the vent below the vanity is wide open and cannot be closed. Other then that, it was a great stay.

We loved, loved this property. Perfect convenient location, easy walk to grocery store and the Park City mountain. Super easy to catch the bus to Main Street. The condo is beautiful, fully stocked, incredibly comfortable beds and wonderful bathrooms. We loved that each room had it's own bathroom, plus a half bath downstairs in the common area. The hot tub was a big plus. Only the kids (18 year olds) took advantage of the heated pool and public hot tubs but they looked very inviting. Also, when we arrived one of the neighboring condos had fire alarms chirping. The property manager John went above and beyond to figure out how to access the property and take care of it for us. We would rent here again, no question. One of the best places we've stayed as a group in Park City.

Loved the kitchen!

Booked very last minute trip to PC for two adults and our two twenty-something kids. The location was perfect (across street/walking distance from large supermarket and Walgreens) as we wound up choosing to make meals the entire week as PC was packed and there were no available restaurant options. Three spacious bedrooms - and the beds were beyond comfortable in each. each bedroom has a dedicated full bathroom, each with radiant heat. Amenities and accessories (towels, sheets, kitchen appliances and tools, cutlery, glassware and dishware) were abundant, clean, and in working order. TV in each bedroom. Hottub was clean and convenient. Car park was covered and spacious. Place was spacious enough for four adults for one week but definitely would have worked if we wished to be there longer. Property managers were promptly responsive to inquiries. Don't hesitate to book here - we will be back again!

We loved our stay here. The house was big, clean, and private. It was great to be able to walk to the mountain to ski and have rental shops also within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.
