Loved this property, suite and view. Loved the three different areas to sunbathe. The quiet lap pool was non chlorinated so getting a swim workout in was great. Gym could use an updated spin cycle like a Nordic Trac or Peleton. Beaches were amazing and wander pools for sunbathing and the BBQ areas were a great touch!

The photos of the property and unit do not do it justice! View is amazing, we watched sunsets every night! It is on the leeward side of the island, so while not as tropical and green as the east side, also not as cloudy, windy and rainy! My only complaints: the property does not have a restaurant or even a beach cafe. the a/c is not very powerful and we slept fitfully every night. The washer and dryer are small and the drier struggles to dry even the smallest loads. One unexpected surprise that was wonderful: two elevators dedicated to the wing of the building the unit is in - we never waited for an elevator or stopped on a floor to pick anyone up!

We had a great trip - we loved this place with the beach view from the lanai. We enjoyed grilling multiple times by the pool and playing in the pool and in the beach. It was a short enough walk that the kids loved going to the beach along with the grandparents in our party. The lagoon was perfect for our 5 and 8 year old to snorkel in, and we even were lucky enough to have them snorkel with the sea turtle. Our host Michael was very helpful and the place was amazing. We all wished we could stay longer...

Very nice, clean property with an amazing view. Everything on-site worked as expected with a lot of little perks in the rental.

The location was outstanding. Access to Lagoon & pool were lovely. We loved our view & the fully furnished kitchen. The Manager was accommodating. The condo was fine, but furniture, beds and walls were a little worse for wear and tired. It could use a major refresh (new coat of paint, replace slip covers & cushions for couches, get rid of dusty silk plants etc.). We were grateful to be there - and can't say enough about the beauty & warmth of Hawaii. :)

Our place was excellent, but with Covid-19 lockdown made our stay very uneventful. We couldn't do anything not even the beach. No hot tub, no beach, no workout center, no restaurants open. Basically no activities what so ever. Feel like we were robbed from having a vacation we had planned for many years.

The suite we stayed in was suite 1205 - it was a very nice suite and was well equipped and spacious. The view from this suite was amazing. The grounds at this property were immaculate and the pools were great. Access to the lagoon was very easy as well. The only thing I think this property is missing is some sort of restaurant - there is a snack-bar type place that sells drinks and limited food items, but it would be nice to have a full restaurant. The resorts on either side (Aulani and Mariott) have choices and there are others that aren't far away, but after a day by the pool it would be nice to have a place right at the property. We would definitely return to this property again!

We had a spectacular week on Oahu celebrating our parents' 50th wedding anniversary. This unit is exactly as it is represented and then some! There was plenty of comfortable space for my family of 5, everything we needed was in the kitchen, beach items were plentiful and the view from this vantage point is breathtaking! Michael and his staff were easy to communicate with and quite gracious. Michelle was abundantly helpful and friendly upon check in and made our arrival that much easier. Michael owns a number of other units here at the Beach Villas, and he helped my family with 2 other rentals. All units were beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful week.

The property is beautiful. Amenities are excellent. The staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful. Especially Angel, our agent to check us in and show us around. The maintenance crews were very responsive for our problems. They even came out late to help us. Thanks Angel, you are great and helpful. Hope to see you next time when we rent again.

Beautiful view but a building in front blocks the sunset. The beds could use an upgrade as they seem a little worn out. The pools are lovely. 2hot tubs were way too hot. The area is beautiful with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Appliances are high end. You have everything you need. Even a dvr. A quiet place. Staff was helpful and welcoming.

Lovely 3 bedroom unit in nice building. Terrific views out over the pools to the Ocean. Quiet property and very relaxing. We were with several friends who stayed in other units in this building (Ocean Tower) and some in the Beach Tower. Our unit was a favorite. I would definitely go back.

This is a wonderful property! Ko Olina is the complete opposite of the Waikiki rat race. In addition, the Beach Villas seem to be quietest of the Ko Olina properties. Our family of 8 stayed here. Thankfully a few were only in town for a few days, the unit is definitely more comfortable with just six people. We took advantage the kitchen, grills, and workout facility nearly everyday. The views are amazing, it was wonderful watching the sunset from the balcony. The property to south of this is currently vacant and at some point in the future will be developed. As of right now (February 2019), there is no construction and the loudest noise are the waves crashing on the rocks outside the lagoons. Michael and Angel were fantastic hosts. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time that we have stayed in 1205, we love the view from this condo. The only complaint I have is the stove/oven, it took FOREVER to heat up, really like 30 mins to make some eggs, the oven takes a while to get to temperature as well but once it does, its fine, it probably needs a maintenance check.

We had a wonderful stay in our Ko Olina Beach Villa. Our unit, OT 1205, had a full view of the ocean and the two pools on the property. The view could have hardly been any better. We choose Ko Olina so that we could stay away from the crowds and noise in Waikiki. Our greeter and the staff were very friendly. The layout of our villa was perfect for our family. I would have given 5 stars if the furniture was more updated. We highly recommend a stay at the Beach Villas.

Angelica was a great help as she had greeted us well and was able to assist us with all our needs for the place. The veiw and the facility as a whole was great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Great ammenities and great location. Peaceful vaction place. Thanks a lot Angelica and crew.

We had a fantastic time at the property. It is a beautiful location. The condo is excellent as are the beach and pool.

Such an amazing, once in a lifetime experience at this beautiful home away from home. Not overly commercialized, or packed with families. Everything we needed was on hand, saving us tons of money to eat in as often as we wanted. Nearby Paradise Cove provided great entertainment without a long car ride. The staff, specifically Ronson, made this an unforgettable trip and created such a caring/inviting atmosphere. We will be back to Ko Olina in 2020 and can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

We were very impressed with the property and with the service. Upon checking in there were 3 items that needed attention. Within 10 minutes maintenance was there fixing it. The view was out of this world, the location was perfect and the facility was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at this fabulous vacation villa. We read all the reviews prior to renting and everything pretty much rang true. The parking spots are indeed, very narrow but it is what it is. The Ko'Olina area is great and the small restaurant/shopping area is a nice 10 minute walk. The beach was VERY close and we really enjoyed the pools and spas and the outside cabana bar located on the property. There are also many BBQs around the pool area for residents to use. We also enjoyed walking to the nearby Disney resort and buying DoleWhip ice cream and drinks. This villa had a FANTASTIC view with a large, clean, well furnished balcony. I loved the fact that it was well stocked with beach gear, beach towels and kitchen necessities. Our greeter/assistant Angel was very attentive and responded quickly whenever we had a question/problem. The only negative thing I can say is that the living room furnishings were somewhat dated and a couple of the bathroom sinks were slow to drain. Once reported, we were offered immediate service but we did not wish to have repairmen in the villa. I'm sure by now this issue will have been fixed. Also, it was wonderful to have a washer/dryer in the unit but the dryer was awful. It was incapable of drying a small load on the first try and had to be restarted many, many times. I would however, HIGHLY recommend renting this unit. It easily sleeps 6 people, any more than that would have to sleep on the flat couches in the living room as my son did (and he was fine). Be sure to eat at MonkeyPod and have one of their famous Mai Tais and DO NOT miss finding the Leonard's Malasada truck...they are the best "donut" you will ever have. This location and villa did not disappoint!

Our expectations were met and exceeded at every turn. What an amazing place

This was by far our favorite part of the island. The unit was well appointed and nicely decorated. We used all the snorkel gear and boogies boards daily in the villas lagoon. Plenty of towels. A big and little ice chest. Beach/lagoon about a 3 min walk, go past 2 pools and the cabana bar through the gate across the sand and you are at the water. There is a quiet pool and a large family pool that is really cool for kids. Next door is the Disney resort. Shopping center is close with a small grocery store that sells liquor and a good coffee shop with bad lines. The lagoon appears man made. That was good for us with a 10yr old kid. It was very calm water and you could actually see fish while snorkeling right there. Nice family atmosphere while still being a quiet place to stay. The grounds were wonderfully maintained. The resort staff was genuinely friendly. The beds were comfortable. The sheets were good. The pillows were good. There was no bothersome road noise. Unit was quiet. 2 soaking tubs and a large walk-in shower. Exceptionally clean when we arrived. The only item I wished this unit had was a wagon to haul the boogie boards and snorkels and fins and towels down to the water. But that is not their fault my kid wanted everything to come with us to the beach. The view is stunning.

We are a family of five. The property layout is perfect for us. A master, a queen and two twins. The property/grounds are beautiful. Muiltiple Pools, beautiful beach with a walking path and an assigned parking spot. The tile area, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and nicely appointed. The quality of the appliances and fixtures were excellent. The only slightly negative thing I can say is: The carpet in the bedrooms and some of the furniture are starting to look a little worn. These were however minor compared to the overall experience, but should be addressed. The extras like beach chairs, fins and snorkels were a very nice touch. We would highly recommend this apartment.
