The stuff and missing information

First surprise we,ve got when we got to the accomodation,after the long trip my wife went straigt into the shower,after she tried to dry her hair but there was no hair dryer in the cupboards or anywhere,although is mentioned in the facilities of the location. After a long search we coul only find the empty box in which the hair dryer should have been.Next day we went to the front desk and they gave us one,although the English DIY/administrator guy,asked in a weird manner ;.''...so why do you guys actually think there was a box but no hair dryer at the accomodation?!" I played like I don't get his astonishing hint of us actually stealing it and instead me and my spouse we carried on with a polite chat on other subject. Although the''hair dryer'' incident was a bit off putting to say the least, it was the unexpected general renovations in the flat next door to us that totally destroyed our stay.Every day from 1pm to 10-11.30pm at night the whole flat was shaking from the drilling and hammering down the walls next door!! After six days of very cringy and awkard negotiatiatind with Happy Rentals and only by threathening them that I am going to complain at the Argentierre council and also that I am going to bring the police from Chamonix,did they managed to move us in another flat in Argentierre.Though inferior accomodation at least we had peace.As for the partial refund we had to carry another long and embarassing set of negotiations and after two moths or so they refunded us 242euros which represent less than a quarter of our paid rent!

Excellent chalet apartment in an excellent location. Some road noise as close to the road but very quiet at night time. Balcony view of the mountains which is shaded from the sun in the afternoon. Would definately book again.

No fresh coffee pot so will need to bring your own.

Location was perfect, facilities exactly what we needed even a raclette machine was on site, the view was amazing and lifts and train station were just minutes away

Perfect location, big rooms, lot of kitchen equipment and board games were in the room. Very nice view on Aiguille du Chardonnet. Ski lift in 5 minutes by foot.

Apartments were not warm when we arrived. It was not obvious how to turn on water heater. We didnt find shower soap and shampoo. With everything turned on (owen, heater, kettle...) electricity wirings were not able to handle this load...preventing automate turned off few times.

I loved the place, the trip was awesome and the Chalet was very good. Thanks
