My wife and I spent 6 weeks in this Menifee(Sun City) house. It is a very nice home. Older but kept up. Well stocked kitchen. Very quiet neighbourhood. Owners very friendly & accommodating. Lots of nearby reasonable priced golf courses. Wineries, shopping & restaurants. Not to many tourist or Snowbirds here so Tee times are easy to get. We will rent this home again.

a perfect stay had everything you could wish for and more a very quiet safe neighborhood kitchen well-stocked everything worked great it was perfect for my 3 and 1/2 months stay would highly recommend to anyone who is needing a long-term place to stay or short-term either way perfect

Beautiful and clean, we even found some spices and foodstuff that came in very handy although we only used a few items. Lots of lemons on the lemon tree in backyard furnished with bbq grill and table/chairs. Owners very gracious. Great location near relatives and friends.

My husband and I rented this vacation home and enjoyed every minute of it. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. If we needed anything or had questions the owners and manager were their to help. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly.The location was excellent,so easy to get to golf courses,wineries ,shopping ect. We were an hour or less away from the ocean , mountains or desert. We hope to get back again soon! R&P

This house is just like the pictures shows or better (very clean, cosy, and quiet). My wife and I stayed there two months and really enjoyed staying there. This house has almost everything you need and is close to everything (supermarkets, shopping centers, golf courses, wineries, casinos, etc). Owner and house manager are very friendly and care about the people who stay at the house. Also, neighbors are very nice. We would definitely stay there again.

The house over all was pretty clean. My complaint would be the master bathroom shower's floor. It was pretty dirty. I cleaned it up and go it back to white. I don't think a lot of dusting was done on lamps, artificial plants and some of the furniture. My husband ended up fixing the blind in the bedroom, which had one slat laying under the bed. For us the garage was too small to hold my husband's truck. My husband's biggest complaint was there wasn't a comfortable chair to sit in. We both are use to a Lazyboy or lounge chairs that you can lay back in and put your feet up. We went out and purchased two outside foldup lounge chairs and put them in the living room. My husband tried to clean the window outside in the kitchen. That was pretty black too. The location of the house was wonderful. Everything was pretty convenient to get too. We did enjoy our stay.

This house felt like home immediately! It was very comfortable and the perfect spot to stay while getting acquainted with our four month old grandchild, who lived ten minutes away, without imposing on the new family. Subzero temperatures back home made the stay even more enjoyable!

This was my second visit, The house is clean and well furnished with a small patio out back. It's a quiet neighborhood with the center Of Sun City just a couple of minutes away. Sun City, a quiet, senior community, is small with two supermarkets and a lot of small shops but one mile down the road is Menifee proper with a larger shopping center and Temecula is just ten minutes or so on the freeway. It is a very pleasant area with two casinos within around fifteen minutes, golf courses, and plenty of other activities. Everything that you need is provided in the house and the owners are very helpful.

This was our second stay in this home. It is very comfortable and clean in a nice quiet community. There are many places in the area to visit and there are several golf courses close by and playable at a reasonable cost. Wine country is 30 minutes away and the ocean about 45 minutes. Lots of shopping close by including Winco with good food prices and quality. Overall a very good experience again, .

This is the second time we've rented this property, and would recommend it to any of our friends. The house is exectly as shown in the photos, is clean and well maintained. We found the owners very friendly and helpful, and very responsive to any requests we had. There is a welcome binder that has all the information you need including a comprehensive list of activities and restaurants in the area. We loved the quiet location. Being quite close to the 215 expressway, we found it to be a bonus in getting to area attractions, and the traffice noise is almost non-existent. Sun city is close to many golf courses, and wine tours is another favourite of ours. There are many major shopping options within a 30 minute drive and Palm Springs is just over an hour away. If you like Mexican food we highly recommend Los Vaqueros in Hemet. Thanks, Carol and Tom for sharing your home!

This was a nice and spacious house which was bigger that the pictures showed so we were pleasantly surprised. The owner was nice to work with. We toured the nearby wine country and that was a wonderful activity.
