Very nice room, staff was very friendly and courteous. The rooms are very clean and beds very comfortable.
Offers full breakfast but if that doesnt work there are plenty of options nears by.

The only problem I had was my deposit, it’s been a week & still no deposit back that’s absolutely ridiculous. I will never stay here again!!!

This is a great place to stay. The staff made us feel welcome, and every employee we interacted with was A+. The room was excellent, the TV worked, the water was hot for the shower, and the hot tub felt amazing. We will definitely choose this as our place to stay whenever we're in the area. Thank you

Nice place. Bed comfy, room comfy. Good breakfast! Restaurants and shopping near by.
Cons:
deadbolt broken, stains on bathroom towels, loose handle on the inside of shower, stains on sheets on the bed near the ac unit. Shower soaps empty. (Room 309)

The room assigned to us has black ants in the bathroom; also there was no hot water

Not happy with how small the room was and then they had a party in the building so the room next to us had people in it that were yelling and laughing till 3 am! So disrespectful and when we told the front desk all they said was sorry. When we tried taking a shower we had no hot water

Tons of ants outside. Room was not as clean as I wanted it to be blood spots on comforter it was covered but they should have thrown that away.

We had an amazing time, the beds are super comfy, bathroom is ready with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We received a refreshing service because we stayed for 4 nights.
I would like to thank George the manager as he helped us figure out the AC unit in the room, he shared some valuable info about Menifee and the best places to visit.
Cynthia at the front desk was very Professional booking our stay.
David and Jonathan welcomed us and helped us tremendously.
LeviGod (hope I have her name correct) was smiling all the time and she would say hello to us every time we crossed by her while cleaning rooms nearby.

Very expensive for Menifee and they charge for parking, pets per day, room was small with a sofa bed you couldn’t sleep on.

Worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed in. Couldn’t get the room cleaned. They said they are still on a Covid protocol of cleaning. Really!?! Shower drain clogged and never got fixed. Ants in the bathroom. Then charged me $14 a day for parking in addition to what I paid in Expedia. The parking lot is small and not gated or guarded so not sure what I was paying for? Had them remove the fee which they did after asking twice.

We had reserved a king room but upon arrival we were told they were oversold and we had been changed to a double queen. How does that happen?

There were ants in our room, and to resolve the issue the staff sprayed our room with a can of raid. There was also an issue with the tip disappearing which to our knowledge was never resolved. We do not know who took the tip.

The room was nice..but the television was not working called the front desk and the maintenance came did something but still not working all the way until check out still the television was not working the hotel said that they would call me in about an hour and still no one has called me. Just seems like all that matter was the money portion of everything. They said that they would move us to a different room but that didn't happen either..
