Very nice house with everything you need . Beautiful views of the ocean and beach was not crowded at all. A wooden walkway to to the beach would be nice it was a little bit of a work out carrying your chairs and umbrella through the thick sand. Not as young as we used to be 😊

Loved all of the space with 6 bedrooms. 2 washer/dryer sets & 2 frigs. Very nicely decorated and new condition. We sat a lot on the balcony outside the master for the view. September is a great time to be there with mostly adults out on the beach.

We have been doing out annual trip for 15 years now and we all agree this was the best house we have stayed in. We had 13 ladies and we are very comfortable. Plenty of bedrooms and places to sleep without bunk beds! The 2 refrigerators was so nice to have on top of an ice maker. I think this is the first year we have not had to make multiple ice runs! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We did have to deal with AC repair guys replacing a unit on our first day there, which was a bit of a hassle. I would also say some replacements need to be made on the bedding. Several beds had stains on the sheets and comforters. A walkway from the house over the dune would be a plus too! The sand was so hot thru there you could barely walk on it. Other that that, the stay was great. The staff at Gulf Shores rental were friendly and quick to provide us with anything we needed. I would definitely rent from them again and I would stay at Southern Grace again!

The house has a huge RAT, that was seen multiple times by family members . On our first night he (the rat) enjoyed a loaf of bread, cookies and a few day snacks . He needs to be attending to, trapped or shot but removed from the premises.

We were in town for wedding week for our son and needed lots of space for our 5 grown kids and their significant others. Having 2 full size refrigerators helped as I knew there would be leftovers from all of the events during the week. The kitchen is very well stocked. The storage closet has everything you need for the beach. The views from the porch are gorgeous and the house is far enough away from the high rise condos that beach is not crowded- we were there during a spring break week and enjoyed our time sitting on the beach peacefully relaxing after a year of wedding planning. The home checked all the boxes for us.

We had a fabulous family vacation at Southern Grace. The house was large enough to give everyone a bit of privacy when they needed it. The double refrigerators were amazing! We usually end up keeping drinks in a cooler and running out for ice, but not this time, we had plenty of room. Bonus for the separate ice maker and washer and dryers on each floor. Mice were not an issue for us as some other reviews stated. I reached out to the property management company prior to coming and was told the issue was resolved and it was. Everyone in the group said their beds were comfortable. Could use a curtain or blinds on the door going out to the upstairs porch, not everyone wants to be up at first light on vacation. The kitchen dishes and supplies were perfect for cooking and eating in. We really enjoyed our visit, except for the biting flies, this was our first bad experience with flies and we vacation somewhere along the gulf every fall school break. Highly recommend you check this house out.

We told them the mice were getting our food - we called multiple times during our stay and nothing was done. But the most upsetting, was rat poison was left out where my 1 year old could have gotten it and we were not warned. DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU HAVE LITTLE KIDS

The house is beautiful and well maintained. The location is perfect - between a public beach access and the canel. We had very little foot traffic along our little beach area. We did notice several groups jumping fences on adjoining properties or walking from somewhere down the beach and they set up pretty near us, but they were friendly and we didn't want to shoo them away. The kitchen is full of everything you need to cook. Two washers and dryers allowed us to keep our towels clean. We spent hours on the beach and decks. We decided on the last day to rebook the house, but it was already booked so hopefully we can find a spot just as great as this one. Thanks! It was lovely.

This house is very comfortable and set up to feel like home with a beautiful view of the water, The deck is a perfect place to start and end each day, located close enough to shopping and activities to be convenient but far enough away not to be a bother.

The carpeting is filthy, spots everywhere. Needs to be replaced throughout the condo. Would be better off with no carpet! You have to wash the bath towels that are provided prior to leaving but you are charged a house cleaning fee? Double fridges and ice maker is awesome. Great supply of beach items!
