This one bedroom condo location is terrific. Walk to Harbor Town in the evenings, walk to Giuseppe’s Pizza at Sea Pines Center, quick bike ride to Lawton Stables and the Forest Preserve, and an easy car drive to the Beach Club or out the Greenwood Gate for groceries! Nice to rent from an owner instead of a rental company: Small things like decent bath towels, Kleenex, good toilet paper and misc. kitchen supplies if needed. A nice surprise was the large bedroom closet. The mattress is always a personal preference thing so it’s hard to critique because others may be fine it, but that would be the only thing we’d change. The place was clean, well cared for, comfortable and pleasant. Thank you for another great trip to HHI.

Booked for a wedding at Harbourtown which we could walk to. Perfect for a couple looking for a getaway to Hilton Head. Plenty of room and very nicely appointed.

We spent a lovely 4 days here - the unit is very comfortable and well laid out and feels very spacious. The location is great, an easy walk to the lighthouse and the Sea Pines Center. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio overlooking the lagoon. Saw many birds just sitting there, and even the resident alligator one afternoon!

Absolutely loved the property! Everything was clean and looked EXACTLY like the listing. Also, there was plenty of cleaning supplies on hand. The kitchen was well stocked with the basic necessities and I was able to make brunch and tea each morning with no issues having plenty of dishes and utensils to work with. The patio views were beautiful and peaceful in the mornings and evenings. Parking was great and the neighborhood is quiet with great access to nearby shopping and there is a stable with horse riding walking distance from the Condo. Definitely will be back!

My wife and I stayed four days and golfed and visited with friends. The accommodations were perfect for us.

This villa is lovely, well stocked, in a great location with comfy bed, lagoon view, nice furnishings, and extremely clean and ready for our arrival. The owner was very helpful and communicative and the stay there was about as perfect as one could ask. We will return many times in the future!! Thanks to Mitch for a lovely long weekend getaway!!

This property makes it super easy to get anywhere easily. Close to Harbortown and shops and restaurants, plus Sea Pines Center also was walking distance. The unit was perfect for my husband and me, and the owner was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

We had an enjoyable stay. The place was clean, well stocked and exactly as described. The condo is walking distance from Harbour Town which was very nice. There was some misunderstanding about bringing our electric bikes to the property. Sea Pines does not allow the use of them any where on the property. We were told we couldn’t even leave them in sight for anyone to see. They had to be taken off our carrier and put in a garage or brought inside the condo. Thank goodness we were on the first floor.

We visited Hilton Head Island to celebrate our anniversary. We chose this condo, based on the description/pictures and previous reviews. Needless to say, this location did not disappoint. It is a very warm, welcoming and clean condo. The condo had all the ammenities that a couple would need to enjoy their stay. Full kitchen, laundry facilities, spacious bathroom and bedroom. Access to a community pool, tennis courts, etc. There was nothing that was missing. The location was great. A small pond out back, made having coffee or a cocktail even more enjoyable. Being into bird/nature photography, we couldn't ask for much more. We were able to photograph a wide variety of birds; we even had deer walk by while sitting outside. When we did contact Mitch and Brenda, they were very quick to reply. We only contacted them to tell them how much we liked there property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we return to Hilton Head, we would definitely try and stay here again.

It was our first trip to Hilton Head. This condo met all our expectations. Clean, quiet, private and close to water, shops and eateries. The view was outstanding although we didn’t spot the gator or turtle 😩. It also had everything you needed if you were cooking in often. It will not disappoint. Thank you Mitch.

There was only 2 pictures that didn’t fit the listing. It looked like it was walking distance to ocean front and a bar/restaurant area within the complex. Definitely wasn’t not a dealbreaker but never being there before it was deceiving. The pool/tennis court codes should be in the welcome email or at the unit so we didn’t have to bother the owner. These are minor items and overall loved our stay.

The condo was as described with very easy access to pool, tennis, pickleball, and trolley stop that takes you all over Sea Pines. It's also an easy walk to Harbour Town.

This condo is in a great location and was the perfect size for my wife and I. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and Mitch was easy to interact with before and after our stay. Although we saw several alligators throughout Sea Pines during our stay, we did not see one in the pond behind the condo (I looked multiple times every day, hoping to see one). We did see a variety of birds, squirrels, turtles and even a racoon. Would certainly stay at this property again when in the area.

We enjoyed staying in Racquet Club Villas because of the ease of getting to and from Harbour Town. Just a 5 minute walk. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us, and Mitch was great with communication leading up to ad during our stay. We'd definitely come back!
