Thoughtfully designed home with lots or room to spread out. Could use a bit of a refresh but would not stop us from renting again. The location is very good with easy walks to the beach and restaurants. David the property manager was very responsive and easy to work with.

This is the first year everyone agreed this is a house we would come back to for our annual beach trip. We are eight adult woman who like to walk the town, eat out, play at the beach and have late night game nights. This house was perfect for us - great location, nice bedrooms for all, beautiful sun light, and enough room for us not to be on top of each other.

The house fit our needs beautifully. There were enough bedrooms to handle all of us and the bunk room was perfect for the little ones. We biked or walked to everything. Having a pool at the house was great! It was a wonderful time.

The house was absolutely beautiful and as pictured. Our host was incredibly responsive to any additional questions we had. Our entire family, a group of about 14 of us, ages 4-70+, had a nice time at the home and enjoyed the pool! Also an easy walk to Rehoboth Avenue with all the shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Very nice stay. Weather could have been better but we really enjoyed our time there. Furniture on porch needs updating - new cushions. Lower level was cool. Pool was a real plus.

The house was exactly as listed and perfect for our family’s needs. Loved the open concept with kitchen/dining area/living room. We could cook/talk and watch the little ones at the same time. Loved the outdoor shower and pool!! David (host) was very quick to respond with any concerns or questions. The house was a perfect distance from the beach and the boardwalk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This home is beautiful inside and out. Comfort level is great. We had 4 grands 6-9 and four adults and there was room to roam (and play) for everyone. Property Manager David was very accommodating and available for any questions. Short drive to the beach and walkable trips to modern playground too. Highly recommend!!

The property was wonderful for our extended family over New Years. Plenty of room and ideal location.

We had a wonderful stay in Rehoboth! We had a group of 8 adults and 6 kids and we fit easily in the house. The house is nicely renovated and had everything we needed. The property is within walking distance to the boardwalk and close to the Rehoboth attractions. We would love to stay again!

Whoever cleans for the property owner did a terrible job. Bathrooms not clean. Otherwise would have given 5 stars. Lovely home.

We all loved the house and the layout. Too cool to use the pool, however it was still running. We had a concern with the living room being two steps down, but it was not an issue. We all enjoyed our stay. We loved the Pines for location, as we walked to everything.

I am sure this house was at one time lovely but the wear and tear and poor maintenance made for a difficult visit for our family. Most importantly, it was not a safe environment for young children. The door leading to the pool had a broken lock which required us to barricade the door so our young children would not wander to the pool. The mold in the powder room was growing up the wall. Baited ant traps were on the floors and kitchen counters. Our family missed a whole day in the pool as we discovered it had no chlorine. Family room TV did not work. Mattress pad had blood stains. Carpets were all stained. Instructions at the house prohibited use of the beautifully pictured loft in the bunk room yet provided no way to remove the ladder. Please note that house is on a main road and early road traffic will disturb guests sleeping in the first floor master. Shades in this room were inoperable so they had to remain down at all times. I am sorry to be writing a poor review on this vacation home but am happy to say we have used VRBO in the past and have always had a great experiences.

Wonderful week! This house met all our needs and had plenty of room. The pool was nice and relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay here. House was clean, modern and we all loved the heated pool. Only thing that was a little bothersome was that the pool heater kept turning off from apparently daily "brown outs" and it took several hours for it to kick back on. Overall, there was a lot of space and the location to downtown rehobeth was great and walkable.

We totally enjoyed the house & pool as well as the screened in patio! Plenty of gathering places for the children and adults. The landscaping could use a little TLC!!

This house is beautiful. We fit 4 families comfortably, 3 of which have young children. The open floor plan was inviting and comfortable. The pool and screened in back porch were a perfect place to hang out while the children took naps. The basement was a great place for the kids to play, the extra space was perfect. The house is a little far from the beach but absolutely doable- we walked 2 toddlers in a stroller every day but with a bike is quite enjoyable. It’s a quick walk to Starbucks, liquor store and convenience store. We loved our stay! David was always available and answered all of our questions promptly. He was informative and kind. It was a great experience. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay here though you could tell that we arrived in the middle of high season. House could use a refresh before next summer of the linens (they used a service, but bedspreads, blankets, etc were also worn out.), carpet and kitchenware especially. (We were often short on forks, knives were dull.) The coffeemaker really needs replacing. (Shout out to Rise Up Coffee just down the street for their amazing coffee smoothie, which is not too sweet.) Unless you are very picky about cleanliness and supplies, I would not let this deter you from staying. The house is great for multi-gen families. The kids loved having the whole downstairs to themselves and enjoyed the plunge-sized pool out back. Ability to walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants in 15 min or less was fantastic.

We’ve been vacationing in Rehoboth for 40 years, this was the best beach week ever! The family wants to stay 2 weeks next year. Exactly as described, no disappointments!

We had an amazing week at this fantastic high end home! David the property manager was easy to communicate with before and during the stay and graciously dealt with all of our last minute requests. The house was the perfect layout for our multi-generational family with plenty of beds and baths on separate leveled. We loved the proximity to the beach and to downtown while still being a relatively quiet area. 10/10 will absolutely stay there again.

We loved the accommodations! Despite some stained carpeting we thought the home had been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized which was extremely impt given COVID. The kitchen was well equipped and the screened porch was fantastic.

Very enjoyable!!! Pool deck cuts your feet, should be resurfaced. Fellow in charge tried to get us out of house before our rental period was up. Over all great time.
