The house was in the perfect location to walk to the Boardwalk and the beach. It was only a 4 minute drive to the more "secluded" beach as well. Kay was friendly and helpful and very responsive! The house even had 2 parking passes so you didnt have to pay for street parking or lot parking near the beaches -- such an added bonus! The house was clean and had everything you needed. We will consider staying here again if we return to Rehoboth!

Great location to many beaches in the area, Rehoboth beach, Gordon’s pond beach and short drive to Lewes beaches and fishing! House is comfy and clean with lots of space. Can’t beat the outdoor shower after day at the beach. If you’re there on a Tuesday don’t miss the farmers market at the nearby park.

This was our 2nd time staying in this fantastic home and we are already talking about coming back next year. Great location, house is spacious and we are extremely comfortable while there. Everyrhing you need in a great location.

The house was the perfect size for 2 parents and 3 teenage boys. It's in a leafy neighborhood close to the beach. We also discovered a quaint cluster of restaurants and shops nearby along Baltimore Ave between 2nd and 1st Streets. The owner makes everything convenient for guests, e.g., easy to access keys, 2 Rehoboth parking permits in addition to two parking spots in the driveway, service that deals with trash and recycling, and cleaners who take care of cleaning at the end of the stay. We hope to go back next year!

The house was spacious, well equipped, and nestled in a great neighborhood!

Property was perfect for a beach getaway. The owner was most attentive to detail when we first arrived with a few questions. There were lots of fabulous flat-screen t.v.'s all over the house. House was nice and cool when we arrived home from the beach and very quiet at night, so no noise from the neighbors. Price is most reasonable for lodging.

Close to everything Rehoboth .

We had four adults and two teenagers for the week. Three bedrooms with a Queen & twin in each. Two bathrooms one with an entrance from two of the bedrooms. Three gathering spaces, nice big table. Walkable to everywhere, 15-20 minutes to Funland. Two parking permits included. Room for two cars. Quiet street. All in all a very nice and convenient place. Nicely maintained & clean.

The house was much nicer in person than shown in the picture. It was recently updated it seems, new beds and windows. The location was great for us (family with two kids) - halfway between two playgrounds (Grove where the farmer's market is as well Gerar by the boardwalk) and walking distance to the beach (1 mile-ish I'd say). It is also right near some of the more local restaurants (Stingray, Dogfish Cafe, Egg).

Everything - from our host, to the house, to the location - was great!

This property is well maintained, has about anything you would need and is convenient to just about anywhere you want to go in Rehoboth. It has a beautiful backyard. Great place AAA+

The pictures do not do this place justice, house is quite spacious yard is great, great location to beach, strip and boardwalk. Outdoor shower is clutch! Will totally book here again. Host is great, and even checked in midweek to make sure we didn't need anything else!

This cottage provided all the necessary amenities for a weekly rental for 5 adults. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood approximately two blocks from town and 4 blocks from the beach. It was neat, clean with good Wi-Fi and other standard amenities. We had a nice time at Rehoboth Beach, DE!

Spent an enjoyable week with 5 friends in this very comfortable Rehoboth cottage which is close to beach and downtown shopping. Large enclosed back porch with huge dining table was perfect for game nights. Owner very responsive.. Would definitely consider renting here again.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 5th anniversary. Though I've grown up visiting Rehoboth and the Delmarva area, this was our first stay in a rental (rather than a hotel) in hopes of extra safety during COVID. The house met our expectations and then some! First and foremost - the photos do not do the home justice. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and all of the furniture is quite comfortable - especially the mattresses. Best of all, its location is fabulous - within a half mile of anything you could want, from the beach to stores and restaurants. The owner was great with communication - and though check-in and out was contactless, she sent emails on our day of arrival and departure to ensure we had everything needed. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

We had a great stay at the house. It’s clean, and such a classic beach house. The pictures don’t really do the house justice. It’s got the nice Florida room, a great front porch and spacious bedrooms, not to mention TVs in every one. Kaye was easy to communicate with. Overall, a great house.

The house we rented in The Pines was exactly what we had hoped for . It was very accommodating for my family of 5 plus an infant . We loved the house , the back yard and outdoor shower .We were able to walk everywhere ..to the beach , to downtown Rehoboth , to church and to get groceries. The shaded tree lined sidewalks were a plus . The parking passes also came in handy when we felt like driving into town . The neighborhood in The Pines is super cute , and very quiet . It is great for walking , running and strolling an infant . The property owner responded immediately and helped us when we called to say we forgot an important item upon our departure. We were so lucky to be able to rent this beach house and we definitely plan on renting it again in the future.

Four block walk to the beach and easy walk to town and shopping. More than enough room for 4 adults with one infant. Well-stocked kitchen. Just bring your food if you want to cook, or walk to restaurants.

The house was very nice, had lots of space for our family of 7. It was clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It was such a great location, we walked everywhere. Nice to leave the car and not have to worry about parking. Owner was quick to respond to our questions. A lovely vacation spot. We will be back next year!

Spacious 3 bedroom house with large enclosed patio that gets lots of sun and feels outdoors, and (when doors to the inside house are open) is also air conditioned.

a last minute decision to visit Rehoboth one more time this season led to our renting this quaint, clean, house in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to beach and town. Our hostess was extremely accommodating to our needs. A plus: it included an outside shower with hot and cold running water. and privacy.

Was just as pictured; perfect location (short walk to beach/fun, but still on a quiet street). Owner was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely return!
