Love the location. Right on the beach with the balcony was perfect. Condo needs a little work. Stained sofas, balcony door doesn’t lock, master bathroom door doesn’t lock & toilet chain kept breaking, master bedroom fan is off balance bad, shower head in master bathroom is horrible so we had to use the other showers. The overall condo was pretty clean but it needs a deep clean done. The indoor pool was cold & gloomy bc there’s no hot tub & once the sun went down on the outdoor pool it was too cold with the wind to use. Overall the stay was fine but I’ll go somewhere else next time.

This was our fifth visit to the area and our second stay at Admiral’s Quarters. We love the location of this building. The beach is wonderful and not overcrowded. Close to all activities and restaurants.
The unit had everything we needed and was spacious. The only issue was the cleanliness which I assume has to do with the cleaning company responsible for this particular unit. The floors did not appear to have been mopped in quite some time. The showers were not as clean as they could have been. There were several pots and pans that we had to scrub food from before we could use them.
The sheets and towels were all clean but there were stains on the comforters. A little more effort with cleaning would greatly improve the quality of this rental. Other than that, it is a nice condo with plenty of room for our family of six.

It had it all! Large balcony, large bedrooms and large open kitchen and living room. Nicely stocked kitchen for those that like to cook and/or eat in while on vacation. Will definitely keep this one in mind when visiting Orange Beach again.

Gorgeous view from the balcony, the beach was a very short walk from the back of the building and the property was very well kept up. Super clean, comfortable beds, plenty of dishes and kitchen was well stocked with utensils and whatnot. The condo felt spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The condo is as advertised! Very clean and spacious. We didn’t have a single issue while we were there. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and everything we hoped it would be. We were there celebrating my son’s 23rd birthday and he loved it!
It was a quick walk to the beach and the pool area was great. The building itself was very pretty.
It’s also a short 30 min drive to the Navy base in Pensacola. My son wanted to go the aviation museum and to see the Blue Angels do their practice before their air show season begins.
We really loved this condo and we’re hoping to come here every year for his birthday!

Property is spacious and clean. John and Pam are great hosts and very quick to communicate. We enjoyed our 3 days stay. View was spectacular. kitchen may need some upgrades. Parking was a challenge to find and park. Since we had just 1 car, we parked at non-reserved parking spot. The weather was so perfect and we enjoyed all meals at balcony with the ocean view. Beach is few steps out of the building. Beach was clean and not crowded.

The property was exactly as described and very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was large and easy to cook for the family. The view was magnificent! The indoor pool was perfectly heated on the windy, chilly evenings. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

My family and I enjoyed our time together at this property. There were 6 of us and this condo was spacious enough for us all. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked and the condo was clean and well maintained. The owner was easy to reach with any and all questions. Highly recommend!! Great location!!

Loved staying here, great location and the condo was very roomy and clean. Only complaint - need new sofas and chairs for living room and new cushions for outside chairs, they were all pretty badly stained and worn. Almost a 5 star.

The floor layout was good for our group size of 6. Condo has great dinning space and balcony view is incredible. A few issues: Neither icemakers worked, Wi-Fi was not password-protected. TV’s are dated and living room TV is starting to go out. Stayed on property the past 4 years but first time in this condo. The private parking space was a challenge to find and utilize as it was blocked by chairs and other equipment. Texted the owner about the ice maker, received a quick response that repairman was scheduled. Issue wasn’t resolved before we left but I sure it will be soon. Very minor issues, we did enjoyed our stay overall.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo with our family of 4 during our kids Spring Break. Home was very spacious, comfortable and even better than expected from the pictures. All around great vibe! Beautiful view from the large balcony with cozy lounge chairs and a large table to play cards/ games with our kids and having coffee and cocktails with my hubby. It was a great location and the condo development was very clean and offered wonderful amenities too. We really enjoyed our first vacation to Orange Beach and look forward to coming back!

Loved how 2 bedrooms had king beds and 2 twin beds in the other one, plus having 3 bathrooms was very nice! Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen/dining/living room was big enough to accommodate all our guests with room for more! The walk to the beach was so short and easy, probably my favorite part. Would definitely go back!

Family vacation
We have been going to admirals quarters for many year. We love the location! The only complaint we have is the pool was so cloudy. You couldn’t see beyond the very first step. We didn’t feel comfortable letting the kids swim in the pool.

Great place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay! We thought the location was great and loved that the property itself wasn't huge. We've stayed places before that were so large and crowded that it made it almost impossible to catch an elevator and were really trying to avoid that here.
The condo itself is well-maintained and spacious. We had 8 adults and we all fit very nicely. We all were very happy with all the basics - air conditioner worked great, toilets didn't make any weird sounds, balcony was a great size, and the appliances in the kitchen/laundry room all worked well. The water pressure was maybe not the greatest I've experienced, but I'm not sure there's much that can be done for that on the owner's part.
We all agreed we would definitely stay here again!

Great location, great room!
Overall, this was one of the best properties we have stayed at in Orange Beach. The owners were very communicable, the place was spotless and had been upgraded to a very modern look. There were some downsides, just like every property. The specified parking spot for the condo was extremely small and could barely fit a sedan into it and the water pressure was very low. Other than that, it was a great trip!

We have been coming to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area since the early 80's and have stayed at many condos streching from West Beach to Perdido and by far, this was the nicest place we have stayed. Everything was as presented and did not disappoint.

Stay was good, not our first time vacationing in Orange Beach. Condo is a good size and layout was great, but needs some new furnishings. Easy to see the building is old and needs many repairs.
