If you are looking for something cute and updated on the inside and outside, this cabin is not the one for you. If you are looking for something very clean and are ok with uncomfortable beds and non-existent WiFi, this cabin will work. Vacasa does a fantastic job with what they have to work with. Owners need to spend a little time and money on their investment. Could be a fantastic cabin!

The cabin is spacious and has an amazing view! We really enjoyed our stay.

The pictures on the website do not reflect the current furniture but it was still very comfortable and welcoming.

It had 3 king size beds plus cots.

Cabin was clean and nice plenty of room for family of 6. Only complaint is the ice maker and water did not work on the refrigerator. The road and driveway is really in bad shape but not a complaint due to this was told in description of the cabin. I would certainly return for another vacation.

The cabin is very spacious, great for a big family. This is a nice cabin for the price. The jacuzzi was amazing after doing so many activities one day!

Absolutely awesome property! So nice and spacious. Was very clean. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool table, and just sitting in the screened in porch relaxing, and walking outside in the leaves. Great location by Helen and Cleveland. Would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay with our family. Our son-in-law was here for two weeks from Germany. The cabin could've used more utensils and glasses but overall worked out great.

Cabin was nice and roomy, large walk in closets, big Kitchen, had a fire place. Loved the hot tub and billiard table.

The home was beautiful but it needs some care .it needs a mop and the light under the microwave is blown,the rug in the master bath was soaking wet ! I had to hang it to dry .You can’t read the buttons on the coffee maker but thank god there was two .some of the screen on the porch needs repair. I hope this helps you ! Also someone has thrown a bag of trash in the woods behind the screened porch which is despicable.How lazy can you get! The hot tub needs some chlorine.

This was exactly what we wanted. In close proximity to Helen. Spacious. Clean. Had all the essentials we needed. It was a great weekend stay! Any concerns we had were addressed immediately. Hot tub was great!

It was a short stay for us but it was nice quiet and relaxing. Close to Helen which we drove in for Labor Day. The cabin was beautiful. The bed a little too firm. Overall is nice

Hot tub worked, there’s a pool table, the home was clean. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend place to stay at!

Property was dirt and not like the picture. Picture must have been old. Trash on from porch, dirt in corners, bugs. Screen on porch torn and zero Mountain View.

The house was perfect. Lots of room, clean, and excellent location. It was peaceful and close to a lot of great hikes and Helen. I recommend this place to anyone.

We loved how closed it was to Helen but at the same time very peaceful. It is a beautiful cabin that really needs a lot of TLC. Games and pool were missing parts. Otherwise, it could really stand to its name Magnificent.

When we arrived, we were unable to get in. The code was bad. Called for assistance. They where unable to help us. Told us she would send a ticket for help. After 30 minutes no call back. I called again. She reviewed our reservation and no note was attached. She went through the codes, but she could not help. She did however send someo e to help. I took 1 1/2 hours before we could get in. The posting shows a great view. Only saw trees. I was disappointed in the view. No view. This is a very rustic. The street has a very steep hill at the entrance. The inside was clean. The lamps need dusting. Beautiful wood inside. Furniture has been there awhile. The kitchen chairs have indents in the coushin. It is an older cabin. The floors need work. It might be perfect for some one else. It just was not what we expecting.

Very unclean. Trash left around the house. Broken couch. Hot tub would not stay on. Very disappointed. I would not recommend.

The drive up is terrifying for a Floridan accustomed to straight flat roads. The listing really should be more clear. The dishwasher was broken. Doing dishes by hand is no fun on vacation. The home is beautiful, although it could use a thorough cleaning.

On the plus side, we were able to bring our dogs and the proximity to downtown Helen was really nice (~10 minutes). On the downside, the house was in a pretty bad state of disrepair. Its hard to say if there was a recent tenant who caused the damage or if is a maintenance issue, but we had a number of problems. I really suspect its a combination of both. The hot tub didn't work. One of the sofa backs was broken. The upstairs toilet didn't flush (broken chain). The dishwasher was broken. The master bedroom doorframe was very loose. One of the kitchen chairs was on the verge of falling apart. The door knob for the back porch hardly works. The shared bath drain stop doesn't work, so you can only shower. Pretty much everything in the house feels like its on the verge of falling apart. We actually decided to leave a day early (stayed two night instead of three) due to all of the issues. To Vacasa's credit, they did refund us for the night we opted out of.

property was very clean, we had trouble with the hot tub. hot tub was a top priority with our trip. staying in and enjoying relaxing weekend. we reported it as soon as we arrived, I guest I was texting a machine because they were always checking with local staff. we contacted them again several times Friday and Sat. just decided to come home a day early.

Enjoyed our stay 1/2 of the time. The property was nice however the pictures are misleading. It seemed like it was once loved but not so much now. No rocking chairs, the comforters were not nice like the photos, Hot tub wasn't working and was stinky. Dirty windows, no screens, Couches (not the ones shown) & not very cozy. One nice outdoor table with four chairs with a few random bar chairs. Loved the grill. Pool table was fun and we enjoyed the loft but you can tell the property hasn't had a lot of love.

The property was very spacious and generally clean. Very quiet location and conveniently located. The house was well-stocked with kitchen and bath items. A couple of things kept the overall rating lower. The hot tub only worked for 1 night. I called and texted about it every day and while someone did come out to fix it, they were unsuccessful. This was very disappointing since it was really the only amenity I cared about. The rocking chairs which are pictured on the listing were not there. I was told that they were subject to "wear and tear". Also, the code I was given to enter did not work at check-in. I did not enjoy having to call and text the property manager so much since I was really looking forward to relaxing vacation.

We unanimously agreed that this cabin was an easy 8 outta 10. The bad about this cabin was the board leading into the hall. We tripped over it several times throughout out stay and I ended up breaking my cheap flip flop lol. The water pressure in the master bedroom is a little too strong. It felt like shooting needles while I showered. The good about this cabin: it had tons of cookware, dishes, cutlery, tumblers, blenders etc. We LOVED the amount of towels given along with separate towels for the hot tub. The hot tube water temp was PERFECT. All of the televisions worked. This would be a cabin I'd rent again🙂

First impression-outside and front door dirty and need pressure washing. Several screens on porch were torn and grill was not functional enough to use. Master bath shower knob came off in my hand. Shower water pressure was so hard in upstairs bath we had to tie a towel around the shower head to even tolerate and afterward we found puddles of water that had leaked into the bedroom below, so upstairs shower was unusable. Water stains on the bedroom ceiling indicate this had happened before. Have stayed in much better properties for this price.

Got plenty of needed rest and relaxation!

Hot tub was low on water when we arrived buy property manager was responsive and had someone out to address it the next morning. Be aware that the road up to the house is extremely narrow and I found it nerve wracking driving on it - just one car can pass and there is no shoulder (drops off steeply below). Recommend 4 wheel drive for better handling and visibility. Also main roads was out just beyond the street that the house is on so we had to drive 25 minutes to Helen to get to trails just minutes away otherwise (Unicoi. Wish we had known that as we might have chosen a different location. Not sure how long the toad has been out or how much longer it will be out. Sonething to consider.

The mirrors in the bathroom weren’t cleaned, but I overlooked that. The place overall was very nice, well equipped for us to have every meal there. The grill didn’t get hot enough but we made it work. The hot tub also did not heat above like 85° And it was really cold so it wasn’t really warm enough to use, which was a bummer because that was the thing we looked forward to most about the property. Other than that, we had a great stay and would come again if those things were fixed. Would recommend bringing your own pillows cause ours were as flat as a pancake.

My family loved our stay. It was a very comfortable and relaxing cabin. Could use some updating but everything was great. It was a pretty drive to Helen. Our dogs loved it!

From the moment we walked it was just wonderful. The house was clean and fully stocked. Hot tub and fireplace were both great especially on the cold evenings. It's really close to Helen. We had a blast at the the Creekside Winery. The area is quite with such a great view. The only thing we would suggest is giving the pool table and the grill a little love. They both were fine and we had so much fun playing pool but you can tell they are in need of a little TLC. My husband and I both said we will definitely be back to this cabin. It truly was such a great weekend. We didn't want to leave.
