Walk to base of park city Great place with parking... Will definitely be coming back

Place was nice and well equipped. Never figured out the ski in ski out??? Been to that area 20 years! Could use up dating but still very comfortable. Love having covered parking.

The location is amazing. We took the bus to the slopes with our 6 and 8 year old but if you don't have kids it's an easy walk. We ended up walking back every day instead of waiting for the bus. The kitchen is stocked well. We found it lacking in toiletries so bring your own for sure. Also the beds/furniture and TV need updating - we ended up having the kids watch Netflix on our computer because the TV wasn't working well. Really awesome there were two sleds - my kids used those behind the condo and loved it. Overall, it was great - just could use some refreshes!

The host was very helpful throughout the process and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was also a very close walk to the Park City lifts

Great location at the bottom of Park City. Underground parking was very convenient, as we received alot of snow during our stay during the time between Christmas and New Years. Owner was very responsive to questions and quick to help resolve any issues. Excellent location!

My husband and I loved our stay at this property. The nice thing about this space is it's proximity to the action and the amazing outdoor feel. The complex is crafted in a way where you barely notice that you have any shared walls. The yard opens to the open field where there is beautiful landscaping and wildlife. We watched bunnies through the window and enjoyed the scenery here. The kitchen is beautiful. We needed a blender for my medically supervised HMR diet, and they had it. They had about anything we could think we needed and then some. The house is very clean and tidy, moreso than you might expect from the profile photos. The parking was convenient. I was able to take business calls and zoom calls with the wifi, no problem. If I were a skier, I would come back for the ski in and ski out property, but it’s equally enjoyable in the summer, especially for mountain bikers. We saw several enjoying the surrounding trails. I would come again!

We were a family of five and walked to the slopes with our skies, meaning we could have done this week in Park City without a car. We enjoyed the hot tub and the Sauna even if it was a bit crowded at times. There were sufficient utensils for cooking and the cleanliness was ok. An extra chair would have been. I’ve so that all five could seat more comfortably around the table. The property manager could have been more charming, but was responsive and hence checkin was smooth. The view onto the Aspens from the kitchen and the sun shining through the window on us for breakfast were an unexpected bonus. We would rent this property again.

My friends and I really enjoyed our time here. Cozy little place with all the pots, pans, spices, etc you would ever need to cook your own meals. Great for hanging out after a day of skiing. Howard was also a fantastic host who was very responsive and helped me quickly work out an issue with the parking pass situation. I would stay here again. That being said we had a few minor issues with some of the listed amenities, but they are things that are could be easily fixed. Specifically the microwave was broken, the cable reception was bad to the point it was unusable, and whoever the previous tenant was made such a mess in the oven that created tons of smoke when used which had clearly not been attended to by the cleaning service. It’s also not quite a ski off, still need to walk (or maybe ya need more snow!)

The condo is very conveniently located. It is stocked with all necessary amenities. Our family had a very good time. Thank you, Howard!

First and most importantly, Howard is an absolute joy to work with! The location is great - a 10 min walk to either of 2 lifts and right on the free bus route that will take you into town and to the store etc. The condo itself has great sleeping arrangements for a family with kids, or if you aren't going to spend a lot of time there - there is enough room for meals, the only downside is the LR area is small for a crowd of 6 to be hanging out in. Hot tub/pool area is great and about 50 yards down the street

The place was comfortable and perfect for our ski trip. Convenient, short walk to the base of Park City. There are shuttle stops nearby which we didn’t use often because we usually walked to/from the mountain. The whole place was clean and kitchen was perfect for cooking meals before and after hitting the slopes. Plenty of dishes and pots/pans, we just picked up our food and some essentials (butter/olive oil) from the grocery store that was a shuttle ride or Uber away. The space was perfect for 4 people. TV had Netflix which was a nice surprise. Hot tub and pool were a very short walk away and the hot tub had plenty of space each time we went. Overall a great stay and would stay here again!

Thank you, Howard (owner) for accommodating our requests and being an excellent responder! Although the overall condition of the property was generally clean, the rugs and throws needed vacuuming and laundering. Kitchen was well stocked and space was more than adequate for our family of 5! Beautiful setting! As previously described, the condo was a bit dated. Best of all was the walking distance to Park City Mountain and the free shuttle stop nearby!!

Howard is a great host. Location very easy for both PC and DV. Cozy little condo.

I highly recommend this place. The 4 of us enjoyed our stay. We walked to the slopes each day. We also used the hot tube and pool. The unit is well stocked and we cooked several meals.

We found the condo comfortable and met our expectations. The kitchen had a few more utensils and equipment compared to other rentals. Overall the condo is a little dated but everything worked well. We did have a problem initially getting access to the condo on check in day. It took the owner a couple of hours to sort out. A little bit inconvenient for us especially having travelled 30hrs from overseas, but owner was very helpful and apologetic. I would recommend this condo for those who are looking for a comfortable place to rest after a day of hard skiing, but its not a luxurious outfit.

We loved our stay in Park City. Very convenient location & had everything we needed. The owner, Howard, was responsive to our needs. The building complex & condo are dated, but had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Would definitely rent again!

Condo is walking distance to the lifts at Park City, an easy drive to Deer Valley, Canyons, and town. Comfortable accommodations for myself, husband, and two teens. Owner was easy to work with and responsive.

Howard has a lovely condo located ideally on Three Kings Drive, near the bus stop and walking distance to the ski lifts. The kitchen is nicely equipped, one of the best we've had in all of our years coming up to Park City for ski week! It was wonderful coming back to a crockpot dinner after a day of skiing. A very nicely furnished condo. Perfect for our party of 4 adults.

Terrific condo, roomy comfortable and a short walk to the ski lifts. Howard was good to deal with. Will definitely try to book it again when I come back to Park City.

Had a great time staying at Howard's place during the Sundance Film Festival. We stayed for a week, and the place is great, and Howard is a very attentive and helpful owner. Even better amenities than we imagined, would definitely stay here again x

great location to get on the hill! we were early ski season so the lift above us was not open yet, but the parking lot was maybe .25 miles from condo ..... easy short drive to down town.... we had a car so we went everywhere snowmobiling and to the olympic venue... condo was clean and comfortable and right on our budget.OOh!! and the hot tub facility was great super clean and huge ... we went almost every day kitchen was stocked with all the right pots and pans we ate in three or four nights... all in all a great vacation!

Myself and 5 friends stayed here for the opening weekend of Sundance. Plenty of space for all of us, excellent location and exceptional service from the owner Howard. Would stay here again!

A few friends and I stayed here during Sundance. Great Location if you want easy access to slopes and a quiet stay away from the hustle/bustle of Main St. Great hottub/pool. Grilling outside was great. Underground parking is nice. Smooth transaction with owner prior to arrival and dealing with owner rep upon arrival was very easy. Pretty setting and view out back of condo windows. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at the Three Kings condo. The owner is responsive and easy to work with. The location is excellent if you want easy access to PCMR. The hottub/pool facility is nice and a short walk from the unit. The underground parking is convenient. All amenities were provided. Great private back porch and view from inside the condo is terrific w/a nature setting. I would stay here again and would recommend it if you would like easy access to the mountain and to get away from the busy and often crowded Main St. zone. I highly recommend the condo and the owner.

We rented this condo over the holidays, and cannot say enough good things. The condo's location is perfect. Only a short 2-minute walk from the base of Park City Mountain. The condo has access to and is located close by the Three Kings pool and hot tub, which are perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The condo itself is spacious, has all the expected amenities, and will comfortably fit everyone in your group. The owners even have movies and their own suggested recommendations about what to do and where to dine, etc. In short, I would highly recommend staying here.
