Great place to stay while in central London. Room is not too big but enough for 2. Staff was warm and helpful and breakfast was superb. Definitely will stay here again. Also if you are staying here, a dinner at the restaurant below is a must.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Not far from the underground station. The interior of the pub, where I had breakfast is very nice and pleasant.

- you should have stronger WiFi signal in the room with better bandwidth - pretty loud music comes from pub between 8 and 11 pm, but it sounds as a very cheerful atmosphere - please add some eggs and vegetables for the breakfast

clean and safe with all modern fire alarm systems in place and a nice quality of fit out and decoration

the rooms are modern, big, and super comfortable, everything seem to be new on the rooms and pretty clean. The staff is super nice, great hospitality, and the breakfast have plenty of options. the bus stop is just 2minutes away and the metro station is 6minutes walking

the only think that I will change is that the place doesn’t have a front desk.

Room is cozy and clean, quite small, but suitable for a short stay. Seems newly renovated. Location is good, city center is easily reached with public transport (~30min). Breakfast standard, good coffee

Great location! 10-15 minute walking distance to Paddington / Baker Street / Saint John's Wood or Edward Road tube station (circle line will get you to the most tourist attractions). The room was nicely furnished, super comfy bed!

It was a little tricky to check-in and find the right entry way ( the building has 4 doors). The check-in was at the bar which was a little unusual and it seemed like the personnel was a little unsure (couldn't find the key, didn't know if our booking was prepaid...) The elevator had some problems during the day, not to mention it stops working later at night which makes it a little annoying if you've been walking a lot during the day.

The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. The access was independent from the pub which was nice but also they served me a curry and beer to my room when I came back tired which was lovely. Great service. Efficient and friendly without being over fussy.

No teaspoon, full length mirror or bedside light.

Food was great and room was nice and modern.

Bed wasn't the bed.

I liked the idea of living upstairs in the pub. Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet and warm, but not very spacious. Breakfast was ok, but I expected more choices and more vegetables / fresh fruits. We had two toasts with ham or/and cheese, and in addition to that, milk and flakes, yogurt, and pastries. Coffee could be better quality. Unfortunately, we had no time for dinner there. Transport connection is good, easy to get to/from the city center by bus or metro.

There are mostly kebab places and mid-eastern restaurants / shops in the area, not much choice for breakfast or dinner, or bars.

The staff didn't realise I had paid via booking.com on arrival so wanted to check my receipts and questioned it despite then seeing the receipts. The lift was situated directly outside of my room with a notice stating it would not run after 11pm however it was still being used well after 12.00am - keeping me up. There were guests talking and shouting until 1am along the corridor and again at 5am I was awoken to people talking on phones outside of my door. load music was played and there was shouting and singing all morning. I left my room at 6:20am as I could no bear to be there.
