Spacious with everything we needed, nice touch with the breakfast bits including tea and coffee.

It’s running a little tired but nothing major. Outside needs a little care but honestly we had no issues or complaints at all.

The flat was very nice and large. Comfortably able to fit our family of 5. Location was excellent. All necessary services were close by. The host was excellent, friendly and responsive.

The upstairs neighbor was a bit loud.

What a fantastic apartment close to Earls Court Road and lots of restaurants and underground

There was nothing to dislike

The apartment is HUGE with a separate, full kitchen and dining area. It's a ground floor apartment but with plenty of windows and light. Very clean and well maintained. The heating was completely adjustable; this was important because we were there when London was experiencing a cold wave. Free Netflix was a nice addition. There were plenty of wall plug converters, so no need to bring your own. Hot water was excellent for showers. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, including a bag of ice in the freezer, and a nice assortment of breakfast items provided by the host. The location, in the lovely Lexham Gardens neighbourhood was terrific just 5 mins walk to Earls Court station with both Piccadilly and District lines available; a Saintsbury local a few minutes away; and a full size Saintsbury about 10 minutes walk away. The high street in Kensington was very close. We never felt unsafe walking in this area at night. Host Vincenzo was very helpful and communicated via WhatsApp in a timely manner! We'll stay here again.

The property was the same as in the pictures. Very homely and lovely. Vicenzo and Claudia were very professional and helpful. Stayed with my sisters and they couldn't stop gushing about the house. I 100% recommend this apartment and will definitely stay there.

Easy checkin process and clear and responsive host instructions

We have just stayed in this apartment as a family of four for 3 weeks having previously lived in London and returned for holidays many times. Vincenzo is a wonderful host, the property had everything we needed and is in a safe and central area. It represented great value for money as far as London accommodation is concerned and having lived in a mansion flat in the past we were delighted with how very spacious it was in London terms. Access was easy and convenient and Vincenzo’s communication as a host is superb. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to future guests.
