This was our 2nd time staying in Punta Mita and we loved every minute of it! The condo was stunning, the food our cook Edda made was outstanding, topped off by the wonderful beach clubs and proximity to town. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return visit!

This is our 3rd visit to this amazing unit. The unit was just remodeled and is beautiful. The views of the ocean and sunrises are wonderful and peaceful . We have looked around the area and this is by far the best unit you could stay in . The concierge was quite helpful and Adda the cook was a great cook and quite accommodating to our needs. The unit comes with a golf cart and access the lovely beach clubs which not all accommodations include these amenities . Mary Catherine is by far the best host we have ever experienced. She is always responsive to any questions you might have .

We had a fabulous time at this large condo with a gorgeous ocean view, well appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Our cook made us tasty breakfast every day and left fresh guacamole, chips and fruit plate in the afternoon. Great access to the various beach clubs in the Punta Mita development. We found it a quick walk through the gates to fun restaurants in town and also enjoyed an afternoon visit to Sayulita.

We had 4 teens and ourselves and were able to relax and enjoy all the beach clubs and great restaurants from our location. We did have issues with the 6 seater golf cart. It was very difficult to steer and needed to be serviced.

Easy rental — concierge was in touch several weeks in advance, pick up in Puerto Vallarta was smooth, and unit was immaculate when we arrived. Etta (our house cleaner, caretaker and cook) was terrific!

We were blown away at how great the property and Punta Mita were. The property had just been renovated and the furnishings were gorgeous. The condo is large, bright, clean and a perfect location within Punta Mita to walk to town, or take the golf cart to the beach clubs. We will definitely we returning!

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The property was fantastic as was the cook and cleaner.

This property has a new manager Susana and she was excellent! We had a seamless experience even with a last-minute outbound flight cancellation. Susana took care of every detail and made sure that we had a fantastic finish to our second visit to Punta de Mita.

My family and I stayed at this property for 6 nights. It was gorgeous, well equipped and a perfect location. The Casa property management team was extremely helpful and the golf cart was very convenient. We would highly recommend this home.

Our stay was amazing! Aida was very sweet, did a fantastic job and prepared delicious food. Any concerns or questions were promptly addressed, we had some great dinners in town and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We had a memorable vacation and plan to be back.

Amazing home, what a great find inside the gates of Punta Mita. Access to all of the beach clubs was great, Pacifico (near Four Seasons) and Sea Breeze (at St Regis) were our favorites (Kupuri was closed for renovations), both had unbelievable service and food. We could have skipped Sufi, but it was fine. And the golf cart to get to anywhere you want to go! Edda the chef and housekeeper was awesome, her food is SO good and she kept the home especially clean. Susana, our concierge, was perfect at arranging everything we needed, and adjusted on the fly. Absolutely will be back to stay at this beautiful unit with unbelievable views, amenities, and service!!

This property was even more beautiful than we expected and the view was spectacular. This 5th floor penthouse slept 8 very comfortably. Mary Catherine, the owner, answered all questions promptly and her concierge was very helpful booking reservations for us for dinners out, grocery delivery, and activities. Edda, the housekeeper was so friendly and sweet and she is a tremendous cook! We loved the convenience of having breakfast and lunch prepared. The use of the golf carts and access to the beach clubs furthered the luxury resort feel the area is known for. Our personal favorite was the Sufi Beach Club. The gate to town is right down the path from the unit by the Hacienda de Mita Beach Club and provided easy access to the many wonderful restaurants the village has to offer as well as great excursion and activities companies. We appreciate Mark and Mary Catherine sharing their vacation property and would definitely recommend Casa Del Mar (PH5-2) at Hacienda de Mita! We would love to return to this property again someday! Regarding Covid protocols: While we were there July 25-Aug 1, 2021 the area was experiencing a second wave of Covid-19 and things were tightening back up as far as wearing masks and screening for symptoms. At the beach clubs they were strictly enforcing their mask rules and how many people were allowed in the pools at one time. Temps were taken for entry to restaurants and beach clubs. All employees everywhere wore masks all of the time. The Four Seasons and St Regis Resorts normally allow nonguests to use their restaurants, but had just closed to non guests again as we arrived. Return to the US Covid testing was booked for us by the property owner’s concierge service and performed in the privacy of the condo by the local hospital for a fee. We felt very safe and had no concerns.

Views are spectacular from all rooms, especially the living area and master overlooking Banderas Bay. The location is perfect with easy access to town and all beach clubs (we spent most of our time at Kupuri). Our cook/housekeeper was fantastic and we wanted to take her home! Only area needing improvement was property management which was slow to respond to some lingering issues. Overall, we would absolutely stay there again!

Our entire group loved our trip to Punta Mita. This home is so beautiful, clean, well stocked and so convenient to all that Punta Mita has to offer. We enjoyed the beautiful beach clubs and our own pool in front of the house!! The golf carts make getting around so fun and easy. Being able to walk to town and restaurants was a big plus and very fun. The Concierge helped us book transportation from and to the airport, book a car to Sayulita, make dinner reservations, stock the refrigerator with what we wanted and get our COVID tests done at the house. Edda the cook and housekeeper is a wonderful human being! Her food was delicious and the house was kept extremely clean. We loved her! Great communication with the owners and the Concierge. Thank you for a trip we will not forget!

Perfection!

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to go on the trip but my family enjoyed the property immensely. The things they loved the most: the view, Edda (housekeeper/cook) the location and proximity to restaurants and beaches. The concierge was very helpful as well. We were able to rent a full size crib and a rocking chair for the baby. It was very convenient that someone cooked and cleaned. They said it was a great vacation overall.

Our every need and want was met during our stay. Complete relaxation in a beautiful setting with access to several beach clubs. We certainly intend to return!

The best thing is the beautiful view of this condo and the large terrace that integrates into the living room dining area with sliding doors that open completely. The kitchen is very well equipped with high end appliances even a nesspresso machine! the internet works great and they have smart tvs. The masterbedroom has the most beautiful window overlooking the bay. And Edda was a great addition to the unit. She made us great food and kept the place very neat... we had 2 golf carts at our disposition and we were able to go the four seasons hotel bar a couple of nights which is the best place to see the sunset! And they had live music also. All the premises of the punta mita are very well kept!

My husband and I along with our friends enjoyed a wonderful week in PH 5-2. I can't say enough good about our stay! The view, the cook, the beachclubs, the beach, just perfect!!! Thank you for sharing this gorgeous condo, I hope to come back soon!

We hust enjoyed 9 nights in this beautiful condo. After exploring the property a bit we determined it is the best location in the entire complex. It's a corner unit so there are no other buildings blocking your view from any room. You have access to great beach clubs, the best looking golf cart, and so many other perks. You will love this place!

The location is fabulous. Great views, spacious accommodations, convenient to amenities yet private and quiet. Beautiful property that exceeds expectations. Excellent for children and adults.

This condo is gorgeous, with gorgeous ocean views. The cook Claudia is fantastic, and the concierge Mariela very helpful. Access to two fabulous beach clubs with their golf carts. This is our second stay and we intend to bring back the whole family again. We love this unit, and we love punta mita!

We could easily live there! It's beautiful! The people are lovely! The grounds are gorgeous, very well kept. The town is super cute. Olin grocery store is great! Boca is wonderful! We love Casa Theresa. And if you're a dog lover, there are plenty of dog's roaming around to feed. It's almost like they knew we love dog's! January is the perfect time to go, the weather was perfect! Enjoy your time!

Punta Mita is a great development and this condo is in excellent condition and well located. Everything we wanted with an incredible view.

Beautiful, great property. As advertised. Had to do some work and the wifi was excellent. Loved San Pancho, Lo de Marcos and golf at Litibu. Had the course to ourselves. Wonder restaurants nearby. Especially liked the new Blue Shrimp restaurant. Believe it is now called La Pescadora. No issues except a couple of the beach clubs were closed temporarily for renovations. Not a big problem. Mariela was available and very helpful. Would definitely go back
