Bedrooms are all large, hot tub was perfect and plenty of bathrooms for 12 girls to get ready in. We found the kitchen supplies to be limited, but made what they had available work. Plenty of space for entire family, clean modern close to downtown and universities

We arrived at the condo we had reserved and there was construction in progress on the patio so we were upgraded to this very beautiful house in a great part of town. We absolutely loved it. Thank you so much for being so accommodating.

I rented this property because it was very close to my sons house, however it was close to everything and a short, affordable Uber to everything. Playlist Properties were more than accommodating, even let us enter a little early. The house was perfect for a group of 12. We never felt crowded. There was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the hot tub, game room,and roof top deck. We are already planning a trip back and would definitely rent this property again.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed with my husband's side of the family (12 of us ranging from age 21 to 89)in this spacious beautiful home for a long weekend after Christmas. We had plenty of room for gathering, as well as privacy and never felt crowded. We enjoyed the mild weather and view of downtown from the rooftop, as well as the spacious kitchen and famiy room to gather. It was too warm for the fireplace, but I turned it on and it was very nice. My husband and several of the 20 something cousins really loved the hot tub. My husband commented that it was very nice and spacious. We loved the convenience of the location to downtown and we easily found Uber/Lyft rides. The beds were soooo cozy and comfortable. The decor is very chic with touches of color in an overall neutral theme. The staff at Playlist were very helpful and welcoming. We payed for an early check-in and that was helpful because we all had early flights and didn't want to be stuck with our luggage for 5 hours! Check in was a breeze and I was able to text a photo of the access keycode information to everyone else that had ubered directly to the house, so they could go on inside. It was well worth the extra $100 to have those extra 4-5 hours on the day of arrival. I highly recommend this property and Playlist Properties. I will be using them again someday!
