My family of 6 stayed in this condo for 7 nights. Pros: On the beach, stunning views, beds were very comfortable and the overall condo is roomy. Nice TV setup in each of the rooms. Washer and Dryer in the condo. Many beach chairs and toys to use. Cons: We were a bit disappointed to find that the actual condo was a bit run down and not quite like the pictures showed. Very strange layout. Many of the faucets are leaking and or broken in the bathrooms. Broken tiles in the showers, main entry door not very secure, moldy/dirty vents, older appliances. We expected the condition to be much better based on the price we paid.

The condo was exactly what we expected, open living area for gathering, lounging and visiting. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and updated. Beach area easily accommodates all guests at the resort. Pools were clean and not overcrowded. Our family had a great holiday!

The place was exactly what we were wanting! The host was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again if we return!

This property was everything we were expecting and hoping for. The amenities were awesome. The owner was accommodating and made sure there were no issues with the home. He was even there to give us a quick tour. We will definitely look him up the next time we visit PCB. Thanks again for helping to make a memorable family vacation.

Owner was very easy to work with. Quick to reply. Condo was ok. Likes- Chair rental included Power recliners No fighting over parking No long waits for elevator Dislikes- Not enough bath towels NO Dish(Kitchen) towels Room smelled musty (not sure if it had not been used for awhile) 2 bedrooms in main unit never cooled down enough. Even when keeping curtains closed. Living room, kitchen and dining areas were always comfortable temp. Vents for HVAC need to be cleaned some were moldy that did not help smell. Overall it worked for us. Kitchen could use some dish towels. Curtains are dated but kept rooms dark when sleeping and helped with temp control when sun and temp was at its peak .

Check in was a little confusing partly because I did not thoroughly read the emails and my confusion with the electronic communications concerning the transaction. Family members who are more into tech helped sort that out. We had stayed at Long Beach a few years ago and although it is one of the older condominium communities we like it because of location, size of the units and more relaxed atmosphere than some resorts nearby that are always trimming bushes, blowing sidewalks, cutting grass and make you fell like you are in a armed compound. The unit was very nice. My only negatives were some of the ways the tile in a bathroom was installed and a what seemed to me to be a crude valance made out of crown molding. The draperies could use some updating but overall we were pleased. My wife wished there had been a lounge chair on the large balcony along with the 2 rockers and 2 other chairs. We have stayed at other resorts where no one could put tents in front of the rented chairs and umbrellas. We wish that was the policy there because people would set up in front of us and block the view of the water. We had some of our own chairs and an umbrella and started to go down early and set them up in front of our rented chairs. The people who had rented before us had left late, took the armbands and parking passes and we were told trashed the place. The lady cleaning had to work for hours to clean up after them. She was still working when we arrived and continued for at least an hour after we arrived. The unit was thoroughly cleaned when she left. All parking is in a ground level lot so if you need a parking deck you need to go somewhere else. The advantage it is closer to the buildings than some decks that are across the road. We stayed one place and had to go from the deck, into the weather, through a building and then cross the road. Another one required you to go down an escalator, up or down on an elevator or walk down stairs to get to the elevators that went to the units. That was not the case here. The beach is not as crowded as at some condos. There were eight of us in the extended family and we would all be happy to stay in this unit again!

Had a great vacation, the condo had 3 large bedrooms all with gulf views. We spent a lot of our condo time on the balcony. The location right on the beach was perfect. We could hear the waves every night when going to bed. Close to restaurants. A 5 minute walk to a really fun restaurant right on the beach. Which was really good considering traffic during spring break. John the owner was excellent to work with. Would go here again when ever back in Panama Beach.

First I want to say that John, the owner, was great to work with and quick to respond to questions. I had many questions because this was my mom's bucket list trip, she is terminal with stage 4 lung cancer and wanted to see and smell the ocean one last time. She is wheelchair bound and this condo was absolutely perfect! The condo is so spacious and 2 of the 3 bathrooms have a built in seat in the shower. We were there in the beginning of March, so it was not crowded. The other people in the tower were so nice, it appeared many of the other condos are permanent residences. It was quiet and peaceful. The location of the resort is great, being basically across the street from Walmart and you can easily walk to restaurants, including Pineapple Willy's. The couches were very comfortable and so are the beds. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and utensils. There was also a full sized washer and dryer. This is a great condo for big families or few just a few people who want space. My mom said it was exactly what she pictured in her mind for her last beach trip. Thank you!

Unfortunately we went down the saturday before Michael hit the gulf coast. We had to evacuate on Tuesday which cut visit stay short. BUT the time we were there the condo was perfect! The owner was great especially considering the situation. My refund was expedited with all the craziness going on because he knew we had to relocate. I was sad to leave such an amazing place. Even before going all contact with owner was prompt response on all inquiries. Will def book again!!!

This Condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Wonderful view. We had plenty of room for 6 of us plus a 1 1/2 year old. Love the recliner couches! This complex is smaller than adjacent ones so the the beach is not as crowded as neighboring condo complexes which was nice. The pools are fine, a bit small but adequate. We don't spend much time at the pool so it didn't matter to us. It was very nice to have the beach chairs included in the rental. Enjoyed our week!

We had a great stay at this condo! Lots of room and comfortable living room. Great view of the beach...made good use of the beach chairs included. Also, the owner was quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. We would love to stay here again!!

The property was perfect for our stay. It was beautifully furnished. The ability to see the ocean from all bedrooms, the kitchen and living room was wonderful. Mr. Castillo was available any time we had a question. The white sand beach and clear water of the ocean can't be beaten. My grandchildren played volleyball often on the beach and loved the pool amenities. There is also any kind of entertainment for adults, kids, and family at this beach. Pier Park was huge for shopping. We will definitely be back. One of my grandkids said we should make this a once a year trip.

Directly on the beach. The condo is a 3 bedroom end unit on the 10th floor on Front Beach in the heart of everything. Plenty of parking. Fantastic layout with two balconies and very comfortable furniture. Fast elevators got us up and down without delay. Nice pools and easy, flat access to a great beach. Highly recommend.

Very spacious for 10 people, and excellent view of the beach. We had an awesome time! About 10-15 mins to pier park, which that was a plus. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a condo for vacation.

My husband and I just had a couple of days to get away and this large condo was only a little more total cost than much smaller units because it is managed by the owner and did not have the management fees. It provides a great floor plan for several adult couples. The owner was very responsive to any questions/concerns. The view from the balcony is awesome and we experienced some gorgeous sunsets. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. One of the toilets kept re-filling which kept me awake the first night until I turned the water off. It was clean in general but I am a clean freak and saw areas which could have been cleaned better. The owner is cooperative and easy to work with and because the condo was available, he let us check in early and check out late. Thank you!

Wonderful surprise for the wife's birthday. She loved the condo, the area, and the view. I've won best husband of the year award (in her opinion).

My family loved this condo! It is right on the the beach. Every room has a perfect view of the Gulf and access to the balcony. The master bedroom has its on private balcony. The owner was always available and accommodating. I will certainly book this condo again real soon!!!

This is a lovely, clean condo centrally located. The 3 bedrooms are all large, the bathrooms are updated and conveniently laid out. All 3 bedrooms have dressers- which is very difficult to find in PCB. The kitchen is larger than many and well stocked with essentials. Leather sofas w/ 4 recliners are awesome. And the view from the 10th floor is fabulous- we loved the rocking chairs! We had a couple of small maintenance issues that were taken care of promptly and the owner replied immediately. Thanks John for a great week at the beach!

Our stay at this condo was wonderfu. I took my whole family an grandkids. With the 3 spacious bedrooms an bath.We had are own space. This condo was beautiful. I loved the location,the view an the wonderful balcony. I hope to be able to bring my parents someday.

The place is wonderful. Not to drop names but my daddy was a self made millionaire and we have a beautiful place on long Island. I was sick of the weather at home and decide to try Florida for a week and I made the best choice I could have by choosing this condo it was top of the line. It was in wonderful condition all of the furnishings were great and I really loved taking pictures out of the bedroom windows I will have a lifetime of fun sharing them. I will be back soon

We came to Panama City Beach for the amazing beaches and have stayed here over the years at El Castillo. It has always been clean, well taken care of, and if we needed anything at all we just called John the owner and it was taken care of. We love Golden Corral in Panama City and visiting the world's most beautiful beaches. Thanks John, see you next year! The James Family

I found this condo to be filthy, unsafe, and in bad need of repairs. It was basically trashed. I corresponded with the manager, met with the repair man, and received correspondence from the owner. None of the issues were resolved! The glass from patio door was out of the frame and could not be secured; a mattress was broken; the linens were soured in the washer; cigar butts were in a bowl on patio and liquor was in the cabinets; vomit was on the wall and the bathrooms had not been cleaned. These are only a few of my complaints. I was told they fired the repair man and his wife the cleaning lady but that did nothing to help me. I also have not received the damage deposit.

From the upscale furnishings to the perfect location this was a wonderful experience. Having two REAL masters with their own balcony with views of the ocean gave my family the privacy they needed...even down to the kitchenette in the 2nd master...it was great! The main balcony had enough chairs for the whole family to sit comfortably and watch the beautiful sunsets and Dolphins...couldn't ask for more! Thanks John!

Condo has ideal location, close to most everything. In fact you could park your car and not move it until you leave. Super Walmart,Movie theater, Pineapple Willy's,Pompanos,Shipwreck T-Shirts, Ripley's etc. all very close by. John is a great person to deal with absolutely no problems. Will definetly do it again.
