My best friend and I were looking for a place to stay for a spa weekend when we came across this gem. I was incredibly impressed with how beautiful, clean, and private this space was. The mountain view from the window was incredible, and I loved the charming rustic cabin aesthetic. The owner was an excellent communicator, from directions to checking in, and I’m so grateful for the wonderful stay we had. I will certainly be staying here again, and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Asheville.

Great location! Just about everything we wanted to do was a short 15-20 minute drive.Very friendly hosts, quick to respond, too. Becky had a basket of snacks and cold water waiting for us upon arrival. I would recommend an SUV or higher up car if renting, the driveway in is a bit steep.

Property was as advertised. Close to amenities, but feels like you are away from everything at the same time. Becky met me upon my arrival and gave me a quick rundown on the place. It has everything you need. The reason for my trip was to look for property to build a retirement home. Becky’s husband Ted, who is a builder and built their home, took the time to have a conversation with me about areas of town to be looking at. I have lived and worked in NC in the past and am very familiar with western NC. Ted gave me some good advice on places to look. The Swenson’s were great hosts and very attentive to any needs that you may require. I am planning another trip there in Feb/Mar and will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay at Becky's treehouse. This was a wonderful place to relax and take in the beauty of the Asheville area.

To summarize, our stay was nothing less than perfect. The location of this property is the ideal distance away from Asheville, but not too far. We enjoyed the feeling of being in nature, but was close enough to downtown Asheville to have the best of both worlds. Our accommodations were perfect for 2 people and had everything that was promised. We could tell that the unit was recently cleaned. Becky, the property manager was extremely accommodating and pleasant to chat with. Due to the length of our stay, we appreciated that she would check in with us regarding our accommodations and see if there was anything additional that was needed. We will definitely be back to stay at this location and have already recommended a few friends and family to stay at this location as well!

We needed to visit Asheville for a wedding and also wanted to make a little trip of it. Becky and Ken’s loft was everything we hoped for, and perfect for a couple to relax in and take in the sites. We even had breakfast one day with our hosts who were gracious and very accommodating. We highly recommend this little escape with gorgeous views and everything you need to relax, take in the area, and enjoy the mountains.

Wonderful stay wish it was longer!

My husband and I needed rest and rejuvenation big time, and Becky and Ken’s place allowed us lots of privacy and quiet. They checked in with us when we first arrived and sent a short text each morning to see if we needed anything which was much appreciated. We loved the little extras like French Press for coffee, snacks and the cold bottled water which awaited our arrival, and the bed and towels were all fluffy and fresh. What a pleasure it was to spend 4 nights at their lovely mountain home. We would return in a heartbeat.

Great mountain location, like a small cabin. Had everything we needed. And great views. Becky was very helpful. The only difficulties was driving up steep roads in our little car. But that's how you get those great views! I hope we can return again soon.

Property was beautiful with panoramic views of mountains. Our host, Becky greated us in driveway, escorted us to our rental, showed us around. Made us feel very welcome. Great communication. Even cooked breakfast in her home for us and another couple staying there. Our rental was absolutely the best part of our trip to Asheville. Plan to book another stay.

It was like staying in a grown-up treehouse, whimsical and fun. The space is beautifully crafted and decorated. Becky and Ken were terrific, answering questions and providing information about the area. We hated to leave and hope to return.

The owners are extremely kind. All the hundreds of 5 star reviews are completely accurate. You cannot go wrong with this booking. It is really close to Asheville and Chimney Rock, which is a plus. It's located in a pretty rich mountainous neighborhood (Teslas everywhere) so it is very safe.

The artsy mountain loft is a perfect little mountain retreat! This is such a comfortable place with beautiful views and thoughtful touches like coffee and snacks. Becky is the epitome of a gracious host making sure her guests have everything they might need during their stay. I wish we could have spent more time here and definitely plan on returning!

What a great place to get away. Beautiful views and very friendly owners. Unfortunately, we had busy iteanrry and didn't get to take full advantage of the experience and wonderful hospitality. You can feel the care and love hey put in their place. This was a real treat and cant wait to go back.

Our cabin was in the woods, but we were 5 minutes from civilization. So much fun. Becky bad Ken were very welcoming.

Ken and Becky were fantastic hosts. They both greeted us upon our arrival to make sure everything was perfect for us. They were always available for any questions we had. And we enjoyed all the chats we had together. We stayed in the loft, and it far exceeded our expectations. It is super clean, roomy, and has just incredible views. It is one of the best places that we have ever stayed at. We were blessed to stay at their home and blessed to have met them.

This was a wonderful, beautiful fun place to stay for a few days. Becky and Ken were very friendly and welcoming. It was very clean and decorated so nicely. We enjoyed the beauty of the Asheville area. Our one small drawback was the listing said a bbq grill but there was not one for the loft. They graciously offered we could use theirs but we didn’t want to inconvenience them. We would surely stay here again

This paradise amongst the trees was perfect! It was peaceful with a beautiful view. We enjoyed listening to the birds singing every morning with our cup of coffee on the deck. Becky and Ken were so friendly and hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay here again if in the area.
