Place was the perfect location for our trip! Right in between town and our friends wedding venue. Very comfortable place. Would definitely stay again!

We love this townhome. The furnishings are top notch. It is clean and welcoming with great mountain views. This was our second stay and it did not disappoint.

Enjoyed our 10 day stay in this super comfy townhome! Well stocked kitchen. Easy access to hwy 550 for downtown exploring in addition to the surrounding sites. Appreciated access to the garage for secure parking. Some maintenance items for consideration: - Loose towel bar in downstairs master bathroom - front door handle sticks, may need some WD-40 - one ceiling light out in kitchen - ironing board cover needs replacing Comfort requests: - cushions for patio furniture - standard, brighter lights in all rooms - drawer and closet space for clothing in both master BR ** might want to consider moving sound bar away from common wall so the sound vibration doesn’t bother the neighbor. Our 2 movies were complete and TV off before 10 pm

We loved the layout of this condo. It was very roomy and convenient to have the master on a separate level than the other bedrooms. Every morning we enjoyed watching the train go by and looking at the beautiful mountains. It’s very close to everything you would want to do in Durango. We highly recommend the Hot Springs that are right up the road. The condo was in perfect condition. Everything was clean and they had many special touches. Would love to stay here again.

The home was clean, well-stocked, and the right distance from town (~3 miles). Our family of five (3 adults, 2 kids) had plenty of room, with 2 queen beds plus bunk beds in the 3 bedrooms; plus 2 1/2 baths. Two suggestions for improvement: improve the lighting in the house (generally dim; lots of ceiling lights, but low wattage??); and the complex’s play area was rickety (the girls played there once; we then took them to some of the city parks to play)

Really nice property. Clean, easy check in, property management was very communicative and always checking on us. The property was in super good condition. Has a garage, which we appreciated a lot.

Came for work at Ft. Lewis College and wish we had more time to play and explore the area. The townhome was great! A garage door opener would make the place perfect!

Beautiful townhouse with pretty views! The townhouse fit our needs for our family of 5. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes and pots and pans. Nice table for the whole family to eat at. We loved waving at the train in the morning and afternoon. Thank you for a great stay.

This property was even better than anticipated! Super clean, extremely well appointed, awesome view. The train rolls along (including whistle) directly behind it a couple of times in morning and late afternoon but not too early or too late so we found it to be a welcomed part of our stay. The neighborhood is tucked in away from traffic on the north end of town, making it very quiet. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent property and was as advertised. Very clean and well equipped. It was especially nice to have a garage. The master was on the ground level all other bedrooms and living spaces were on the second level. The only downside was the hot water - I found the recirculating pump was unplugged - initially plugging in the pump seemed to solve the problem, but the pump turned out to be defective and stopped the hot water in the middle of our showers. After experimenting, the only way to get satisfactory hot water was to let the water run for 10 to 15 minutes - wasted a lot of water, but didn't freeze while taking a shower. The master bath had a great walk-in shower - also a large tub which we didn't use. This unit was very convenient to down town - we had a great vacation stay. We would return to this unit.

Beautiful home, beautiful furniture, and high quality everything! Kitchen very well equipped! Good location, too! Two deer came to see us and practically walked right up to my husband this morning! You can watch the trains go by and wave. Only problem was master shower water didn’t get hot enough for a long time, even after turning up hot water tank! We’d definitely stay here again!! I was impressed and pleased with every aspect of my stay in this townhome. Communication was excellent and I had all the information I needed upon arrival to gain access to the townhome. My wife and I were genuinely impressed by the level of cleanliness within the unit and found ourselves commenting about the level of comfort and quality of furnishings. When looking at the pictures you will see the railroad tracks right outside the unit. One of my favorite pastimes was sitting out on the patio each morning and afternoon as the trains from the Durango-Silverton railroad made their daily journey out and back. The first train does not pass until well after 8 a.m. and they were all back in the evening by no later than 7 p.m. so it was never a disruptive element during our stay, All in all everyone in my household agreed that this was a place we would happily visit again.
