This little cottage was amazing. Location was great, store across the street and less than 2 blocks from the shops.

Easy check in. House was Very clean;) We were all comfortable and could spread out and have our own space. Right downtown so we didn't have to search for parking we could walk. So nice.

It’s conveniently located just blocks from the center of town. Having three bedrooms was ideal and it is very comfortable. We all slept well on the comfy beds. My tip is to turn on the heaters as soon as you arrive to warm up the home in the cool months.

Let me start off with this is our second stay at this property. The location to town ,Dans market and more make it hard to get much better. We have stayed in some of the other great places in town recommend but for family and friends this just works . We also rented the 70's house next door so eleven family and friends has a very fun time.Looking forward to our next stay.

My friends and I came to Leavenworth WA. for the Oktoberfest celebration. We booked this house because it would allow everyone to have their own room and bathroom space. It was an amazingly clean and well-kept house. It was perfect because it was within walking distance of everything. It is super close to a Safeway, and plenty of parking. If I had questions for the owners, they responded quickly. I would definitely book this house again when in Leavenworth!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage had so much character and was perfect for our family. Having the grocery store right across the street was so convenient. Downtown was just a short walk away and we didn’t have to fuss with finding parking on the busy Labor Day weekend. On top of all of that, the property manager and owners made an very touching gesture for my daughter right as we were leaving. It is something she will remember forever. We will definitely be back.

The home met all of our needs and was perfect for our vacation. It was also great to not have to find a place to park if our activities were in town. It was definitely within walking distance and that itself takes a measurd stress off your stay in Leavenworth. I would definitely keep this house in mind if we returned to Leavenworth.

We loved our short stay in Leavenworth. House was convenient to all things downtown. House is very clean and comfortable. Awesome private backyard. Hot tub was clutch after long days hiking and mountain biking. We had an issue with one of the mini split A/C units but the property manager was responsive in sending someone out. Though it could not be fixed at that time we appreciated the response. If you are looking for a place in town, book this house.

Wonderful place to stay in downtown Leavenworth. Close to trails, restaurants, and markets. The backyard is a summertime oasis. Will definitely stay here again!

Overall, it was a great stay for my family. The home was very clean, well stocked with linens and kitchen items, the backyard was amazing, and the location to the main part of town couldn’t have been better. We still hadn’t received the check in info upon arrival to the home, so I had to contact the homeowner for it. They weren’t answering the calls, so I called a few additional times as well as left a message. After about a 10 min delay I was contacted back with that info. All in all it wasn’t that big of an issue, though she did make me feel dumb for not knowing that she had 13 properties in Leavenworth, when she asked me which house I was staying at. The only con I can think of would be about the bed pillows provided. They’re very thin and small. This is such a personal issue that’s likely different person to person that I don’t think anyone should worry about booking the home due to it. Just bring your own if you prefer fluffier pillows. One last thing, we think my wife left a necklace behind, we contacted the hometown about this, but haven’t heard anything back from them. Not the end of the world, but that’s two different communication issues we’ve experienced with this owner now. Something to be aware of. Likely a result of having so many rental homes to take care of. Hard to give everyone 5-star service when you’re spread so thin.

I and my two old college friends spent a long weekend at this cottage. Very clean and well-kept. It was great to have three bathrooms with the three bedrooms. Nice backyard with hot tub although too small for us tall guys. Good for one at a time or two max. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very comfortable. Front porch overlooks grocery store which for us was great since we went there frequently along with the distillery just beyond it. the short walk to central town was phenomenal and we did it very often and just left our car in the driveway most of the time. Also took a lot of hikes around town and hit Wenatchee Apple Blossom Festival as well. I would definitely rent again. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Leavenworth Cottage! The house is adorable- cozy, but big enough for our family, and so close to downtown! It was less than a two minute walk before we were at shops, restaurants and stores. The grocery store across the street was perfect for anything we forgot too. The master bedroom was plenty big and had space for our adult married kids and our infant grandson. The upstairs bedroom was like another master, with the most adorable vanity to get ready at. Although the bed upstairs was pretty uncomfortable and definitely sank in the middle (however, that is literally our only criticism about the entire stay). The small bedroom under the stairs was perfect for our teen daughter. The kids all loved the hot tub and how close we were to town. There was plenty of extra bedding in the large master closet if we needed, the instructions for checking in and out were very clear, and the large entryway was great for giving us space to take off and leave our snowy shoes without tracking wetness throughout the rest of the house. The property manager was extremely easy to communicate with and was great about calling me back almost immediately when I had a question. She was also sure to send me a text to let us know someone was coming to check on a leak with the hot tub. Everyone in our group made a point of saying that they would love to come back and stay again. Thank you so much Camiekae and Kelly for helping our family trip be exactly what we wanted.

Great place to stay to experience downtown Leavenworth, just a couple blocks from downtown, far enough away for quiet peaceful stay but walking distance to everything. Loved our stay. Very cute cottage inside and out.

We had such a great stay at this cozy cabin during the week leading up to Christmas. Camiekae was super helpful answering a few questions leading up to our stay as well as being flexible with both check in and check out. We had a minor issue with the TV and were impressed that it was quickly resolved by her handyman, even during a snow storm. The house was all decked out for Christmas - the kids loved it. The hot tub was great and stayed nice and warm even when temps were in the single digits. Our kids loved the big yard for playing in the snow. The location was perfect to walking to and from town. Loved that we didn't have to deal with fighting for parking given the big crowds downtown this time of year. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable and welcoming. This home had everything we needed and more. Like others have stated the location is perfect for enjoying the town. The home is close enough to walk into town but also quiet and private. The large entry room was very convenient for keeping all of our wet snow clothes and boots away from the living area. The 2 master suite bedrooms are large and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was perfect for our family to enjoy. We hope to stay here again.

Camiekae's place was the perfect home away from home. It had everything we needed for a perfect Thanksgiving weekend. Located next to a grocery store and McDonald's made running back and forth for missed items a breeze. The place was great for our family of 5.

We originally had just one property booked for our whole family and a week before our trip found out that Leavenworth policy had changed on how many guests could stay over night in a home. Great location. Walking distance to store/restaurants. Well stocked with kitchen utensils. Hot tub is small (4 person) but clean. 2 master bedrooms plus an extra small room. Very clean and homey for our family of 4. Easy check in and out.

This was a very cute and clean property. Very clean and well equipped house. Nice hot tub and back yard to enjoy, including a bbq. Only thing worth mentioning the downstairs front bedroom doesn’t have A/C. Would definitely recommend this property and stay here again.
