The room is dirty and there bugs coming out the drawers . They provide another room but there are still bugs coming out in the drawers. We end up not staying.

A horrible experience felt nasty didn’t have a Microway look like the bed was not washed properly. The bathroom was dirty. I’m sorry, but I would never stay there again I give it a zero minus.

Robert was nice, lobby & bathroom clean.

Arrived at 5p.m. & rooms were not ready for check in. Reservation was for 2 full size beds, but only got one full size bed. No TV hook up...

Roach infested, dirty, dated .. this is also an extended stay place that had large dogs which they are trying to get rid of. Would not recommend to anyone.

I booked this hotel through booking.com . When we arrived onsite the doors were all locked !! No one answers the phone. Still to this day I haven't been able to reach someone. My card was charged and they refused to help me or give me my money back, even though i was unabke to check in. We are there to clean up this city after this storm and we're trying to rest our heads for the night .
