wonderful house for our family! we loved the close location to zion national park while being in a neighborhood and near amenities. during our stay, we also made the drives to bryce canyon and grand canyon national parks and made it back each night. great mountain view with a great backyard

This house was just as advertised! Very homey and great to come back to after a day of hiking. The views are great and the back patio is very nice. Would definitely come back if we return to the area.

This was the second time we have stayed at this property, Tyler is wonderful to work with, very quick to respond to inquiries and making sure you stay is everything you hoped. The covered patio was perfect to have all the family together for a Barbeque. And sitting around the fire pit making s'mores, laughing, visiting and making memories was the perfect end to our day. We will definitely stay at this facility again!

Everything in the house was as listed. The house was clean, the check in process was easy, and Tyler checked in with me and I responded but not sure he got them as I was not responding on vrbo app. It was such a lovely place to come back to after a long hike at Zion. The only suggestions I would make is to have a table on both sides of the bed in the front bedroom and let guests know that reservations would be recommended when dining out. All five of us would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to rent near Zion

Extended family enjoyed our stay at this clean updated property with an easy 25 minute drive to Zion. We cooked used the laundry and enjoyed the backyard and gas grill. House was clean spacious and newer with plenty of linens and kitchen amenities. Grocery store close by. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises

Cozy and comfortable house with quick and easy access to to town for eating out and other needs. Especially liked the the private back yard to enjoy quiet and solitude with coffee in the morning and evening relaxation.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was simply perfect for visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. We all had ample space for the four of us, great communication with the owner, and the process of checking in and out was super easy. Would certainly stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. All kitchen necessities for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner provided. Zion National Park did not disappoint. Thank you Tyler for another great VRBO memory.

This house was the perfect spot for our trip to Zion National Park. The 20 to 25 minute drive to the park is so easy and beautiful. Tyler was awesome. We came in late the night of our arrival and had an issue and he handled it immediately. So responsive. Also loved having a washer and dryer so we could pack less clothes.
The local grocery store close by is awesome and there were a few things in the house from previous guests which was really nice. The River Rock Roasting company on the corner down below the house has great coffee and pastries. We ate at their restaurant one night which is about 10 minutes from the house and the food was amazing.

My friends and I enjoyed relaxing around the firepit after hiking in Zion. The home has a quiet location and private back yard about 25 minutes from Zion entrance. The house was clean and well-maintained. Tyler, the owner was attentive to our stay, but not intrusive.

This home has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The 20-30 minute drive to Zion was so easy. We needed the temperature in the home turned down a bit and the manager was right on it. The backyard is a beautiful oasis. Nice grocery store in town.

The property was very clean. Communication with Tyler our host was prompt and he was very responsive, quick to respond to any questions we had. The location is perfect if visiting Zion national park, St. George or Cedar City. The neighborhood was very quiet, did not think we had any neighbors. We will stay in this home again without hesitation.

Excellent place and location for visiting Zion National Park. We enjoyed use of the grill, the back patio and the neighborhood was nice to take a quick walk. We really enjoyed our stay there.

This house is great and decorated very nicely. Had plenty dishes etc. Especially appreciated was having coffee filters etc available! The house was clean and in a good area. I’d definitely recommend it and would stay here again. The outside area was beautiful!

Perfect house to visit Zion, Bryce and North Rim Grand Canyon. House was very clean, had nice kitchen and bathroom. Backyard was nice in morning for breakfast and at night, even though kind of warm we used the gas fire pit. Grocery store close by and enjoyed River Rock Coffee.

Zion trip
The property was great. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with about anything you would need. The location was very convenient to get to Zion. Only a 25 minute drive. Definitely would stay again.

Great spacious home and excellent location
We stayed here for two nights on our western trip. It was a perfect spot to go after we stopped at Bryce Canyon and as a home base to visit Zion. The home felt clean and was well-equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Thank you for a great stay!

Utah Hiking Trip
This house was perfect, only 20 miles to Zion National Park and made our trip much more economical. There is a little coffee place a few blocks away that was also 5 star!!

A great house
We had a great stay at this property. Everything was clean, and comfortable. The kids all had room to spread out after a day at the national parks. Short drive to Zion national park. Lovely backyard with propane firepit. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

It was a very nice house. Quite comfy for the 6 of us. Nice kitchen and living room for hanging out and watching TV. Nice backyard for hanging out in the evening. The kids enjoyed roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. Comfy beds. Nice high shower head which is something I always pay attention to. Market extremely close.

This is a great location to visit several sites in the area! We visited Snow , Zion, Bryce, Kolab Canyons. For non-hikers such as ourselves, Snow Canyon, Kolab Terrace Road to Lava Point, Kolab Canyon, Grafton Ghost town, and Red Hills Desert Garden next to Pioneer Park were about 30-35 minutes from the house.
The home's location allows for easy access to all the highways to the various sites. There is a great grocery store (Davis Food and Drug) off of N State Street. The house was wonderful and supplied with lots of extras such as some cooking oils, laundry detergent, condiments and some spices. Finally, Tyler was wonderful to work with before and after renting! I would highly recommend renting this property! Thanks again, Tyler.
