Beautiful home, suited 6 adults perfectly, everything we needed was there. Close to groceries and not too far from Zion National Park.
Highly recommended. Host responded very quickly to questions.

House was really nice and clean. Would recommend the owner use WD-40 on all door hinges as they were loud and woke people up while napping.

This property was close to both Zion and other parks for hiking and enjoying the outdoors. It was well equipped, comfortable, and spacious. We loved the backyard as well-grilling and having the fire pit was really nice. View out the front was beautiful. Would highly recommend!! Hosts were friendly and responsive when I had a couple questions

Ashleigh's home was exactly what my family (Partner, and 3 teenage children) and I needed for our trip to Zion. The home was modern, large (including a very nice backyard area), close enough to the park and stores/coffee to make our trip quite comfortable - home away from home. Strongly recommend.

Easy to get to in Laverkin. Very clean and in top condition. Worked perfectly with split bedrooms layout. Common area is very small children friendly.

Property was exactly as advertised, nicely located with good access to highways but on a quiet residential street. Well appointed, good communications with Ashleigh. We had no problems at all during our stay. Garage door opener for the car was a nice touch.

Our stay at this property was all positive. It is a spacious home with an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings. Very comfortable area for hanging out, playing games, or doing puzzles. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment for cooking.
It was a great home base for exploring Zion with a very reasonable drive in each day. The weather was very hot and it was a great landing place after hours of exploring early in the day and then retreat to the air-conditioning in the later afternoon and evening.
The host was very friendly and responsive to questions.
We would definitely go back if we are in that area again!

We chose to stay in La Verkin so that we would be close to Zion National Park. The house was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. There is a grocery store just minutes away and a little drive-thru restaurant just outside the neighborhood that has delicious baked goods. We enjoyed our stay, and I would definitely recommend this home for anyone visiting Zion.

The property is very clean and had everything we needed. It's located in a little subdivision a couple blocks from a grocery store and 20 minutes from the Zion entrance. We would stay there again.

Comfortable stay in clean, new, easy to access private home. Nice layout and all details were as listed in description. Quiet side street and parking on paved driveway and access to 2 car garage where we kept our bikes and riding gear. Nice patio with grill but to chilly and rainy to have any opportunity to enjoy it. Will stay here again on a future visit.

Very nice house. Only 2 very minor issues. There were quite a few ants in the house. Its is spring so just needs sprayed. I felt a little watched everytime I went outside and the neighbor came out and watched me. He went in evertime I did. Felt like the owners personal security camera. He never did acknowledge us or say hi....

This was a clean house in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a grocery store, coffee shop and a Maverick (quick stop, 7/11 style store but nicer) a few blocks away. The house contains everything you need for an overnight or extended stay, just bring your food. We briefly conversed with the host who was very responsive.
All in all, we had a great stay and would book this house again without hesitation.

The home was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and situated on a quiet residential street. We enjoyed the big screen TV, the BBQ and the outdoor gas firepit.

In a quiet place facing the mountains. No high traffic driving by. The boys loved sitting by the fire place roasting marshmallows and talking about life! It was a great memorable trip for them as they all had just graduated from High School!

My husband and I stayed here last week with our two kids and also my husband’s parents. It is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient location! We would definitely stay here again.

Nice, but…
House was great. The only problem was the family didn’t like the neighbor across the street directly in front of the house who was sitting in his garage all day watching who was coming and going. It was kind of creepy.

Awesome place with a small problem
My wife, myself and our 2 girls (age 10 and 12) stayed at this house for 4 nights in early May. We really loved the place. It is super clean, new and has everything you need. It is 15 min from Zion, which is awesome. The only small issue was the ants in the kitchen. The owner had some ant traps but it did not help much. I did get ant spray from the owner which did slow them down, but I had to apply it daily. I wish the owner would have sent an exterminator instead of me offering to use ant spray. That would have been the right thing to do especially when you are renting a house. Other then that, everything was great.

Sister Hiking
Great location for hiking with my sisters in Zion and Bryce. Clean and very comfortable. It was a great place to come back after a long day of hiking and laughing into the night with my sisters!

Everyone loved the 1 week stay. Awesome clean house. Great location to visit Zion and with a 2 hour drive, Bryce is worth it. Very clean— like a new house. Strongly recommend to anyone.

Great Location!!
Ashleigh’s place is just wonderful! It is very close to groceries, gas stations, and places to eat! Best of all the place is just 20 minutes from the Zion National Park south entrance! House was great for our family to spend the holidays. Great way to end 2021! Thank you!

Only recommendation is upgrading the living room sofas. Very uncomfortable. Ended up watching the World Series in the bed.

Perfect Home
Ashleigh’s home was perfect for our short stay in Zion. It was clean, spacious, and just what we needed for our family of four. It was nice to be near (25 minutes) Zion for trips back and forth, but far enough removed in the evening. Ashleigh was very communicative and extremely friendly. We would definitely stay at her home again!
