The house is beautiful, just as pictured. Very clean and has everything you need. Easy into town takes 7 min. Tina was very responsive. Kitchen has everything you need- which is good bc you will want to spend time at the house!

What a Lovely property this was! I came with my husband and my parents who are visiting from the East Coast and the location was absolutely perfect. Very close to downtown, incredibly clean, and the views were breathtaking! We loved having our morning coffee on the balcony every morning. Five stars! And excellent communication with the host as well. We will definitely be coming back!

Incredible location close to the best bars and restaurants in town. Stocked kitchen to cook a delicious meal for the 4 of us. Comfortable beds and very clean, would rent again.

All the five star reviews are so deserved! What a special place. The view is breathtaking and changes throughout the day, evening, rain, shine, full moon. As a hobby photographer, watching the light on the water and hillsides was mesmerizing. Eagles can be seen soaring nearby, many other birds darting through the trees. Lovely sounds in the morning and evening. Great location -- easy to walk into town, or drive down either side to Moran or Turtleback for hiking. It is a quiet residential area, peaceful and perfect for getting away, winding down. The home was so clean, modern, and yet cozy. Tina has thought of everything and shared many helpful tips for places to see and food to try. If you get sucked into the view from the sofa on a rainy day, there are plenty of games, and movies galore. The electricity went out one night on the island and, of course, there was a labeled bin in the entry that said: "flashlights". : ) So many thoughtful details like that. Great kitchen, everything you could need, coffee every which way. And cooking to the amazing view, what a bonus! Would return in a heartbeat... Thank you for sharing your beautiful home, Tina!

Clean house, well located and close to Eastsound with a great view. Well appointed, including kids toys which were appreciated. The sounds of the ferries CD was a hit.

This may be the best VRBO experience we have ever had! Upon arrival, the view from the floor to ceiling windows was spectacular! Everything was as advertised and more, and we wanted for nothing. Our host was always prompt with her communications and told us everything we needed to think about to enhance our stay. I would definitely request to stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The view is incredible and it was better priced than the condo down in town. The driveway isn’t the most fun for any vehicle that has a lower ride height, but it’s a few days, and isn’t going to do any permanent damage. More of a heads up than a complaint. Property manager is phenomenal.

This house was gorgeous, and the view was spectacular. It was so light, and airy and CLEAN. What an absolute pleasure it was to stay here. Everything you could possibly need was provided. We would gladly stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It’s close enough to Eastsound so you can walk into town which was nice. It was very clean and well kept. The host was great at communicating with any of our needs as well. Our 6 year also really enjoyed the games and puzzles that were available! We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Orcas!

We love the Orcas but, didn't enjoy our stay this time. While the house was modern, clean with a somewhat blocked beautiful view of the ocean..it's not exactly dog friendly. There's gravel all around the house with no greenery in the backyard as pictured for dogs to use the bathroom. When you have a lowrider dog that's used to grass..gravel was not going to work. Owners suggestion was.."take her out the front door and use the grass on the other side of the neighbors crappy fence." That area was covered in weeds, stickers, pinecones and ticks! My poor little dog got bit and paw hurt from the stickers. We ended up cutting our vacation short by 3 days. We tried to work out maybe a small discount for our inconvenience of having to take our dog into town to potty but, owner's suggestion was to pack up and leave by the next day. Luckily, we got part of our money back. Besides our dog issue..we woke up every morning to the neighbor's saw. That made for an unpleasant time that we couldn't enjoy our mornings on the patio. Our large XL SUV was also a challenge to back out of the very narrow steep gravel driveway. All and all.. it's a modern home and clean but, we will stay elsewhere on our next visit.

We booked The Lookout last minute for our Spring Break get away. Couldn't have been a better stay. Lovely property, quiet and tucked away but very close to the shops and restaurants in Eastsound. Would love to visit again during the summer months!

This house is beautiful and the view can't be beat! It was just the 2 of us and our dog, so we were on the main floor with the kitchen, but downstairs (which also has an amazing view) would be perfect for friends or kids. It's a 2 minute drive into town. We were very comfortable and the hosts thought of everything! Stay here, you won't be sorry!

Really happy with the house and the views out across the water were fantastic. House is laid out in a way that it would be great for a family or a pair of couples as you have your own spaces when needed. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were really comfortable. Our dog really enjoyed hanging out on the top deck and sniffing the sea breezes 😀

The place is just outside Eastsound, has a wonderful view of the sound, and is clean and well-stocked. We’ve been staying in places on Orcas for years and this is now one of our favorites.

We loved our stay here! It was wonderfully close to town, and the view was spectacular! I loved the huge windows and watching the sunrises! They also had a great selection of dvds for those rainy days to warm up inside after a long hike!

To start, the place is immaculate and we are fussy fussy gals. Our host thought of everything. The view is spectacular- hard to stay in the very comfortable bed when you can sip your coffee staring out over the water and pines. We never cook on holiday but we actually did one night as the kitchen (with the view) is perfectly stocked. Don’t hesitate. We did not need the 2nd bedroom downstairs but it was a perfect place to spread out during our 5 night stay. Space in main bedroom with comfortable king bed is limited. Note: do not miss the beautiful 3.9 mile hike around Mountain Lake or the view From atop Mount Constitution.

The view was amazing and we were very happy with the accommodations. From the bath towels to the kitchen utensils we had everything we needed and more. Sunshine was a bonus!!

The house was new, tastefully decorated, and very well stocked with everything needed. The view from the deck and windows was fabulous, and the neighborhood quiet. It was easy to get to places all over the island. If you can walk up a hill you can walk into Eastsound to enjoy the restaurants and shops. We are three older women and enjoyed our stay very much.

This was one of the best vacation rental stays I've ever had, and that's saying a lot. First of all, the view is exactly as amazing as you imagine (or better). Just sitting at the dining table looking out at the water and trees is worth the price. And then on top of that you have a place stocked with everything you could possibly need that is also as clean and polished as a hotel while still being comfortable and homey. To give some examples of some little touches that made this an "above and beyond" experience: - Fully-equipped kitchen including a really nice dutch oven, food processor, etc. Has everything you would need to do pretty much any kind of cooking. - Hotel-quality linens on the beds - Extra towel racks in the bathroom so you never run out of room squeezing wet swimsuits in with wet towels. We went paddleboarding on Cascade Lake and this was much appreciated afterwards. - Vacation items like hammocks and binoculars that you would probably not think to bring or expect. Likewise the bathrooms are stocked thoughtfully (example: dark-colored washcloths for removing makeup). - Quiet neighborhood with only the sound of the wind in the trees at night, but just up the hill from Eastsound so it's easy to pop into town - Ceiling fans and hot water that is hot immediately (rather than 4 minutes after you turn the shower on)--for some reason, rarities in this region in my experience!
