We loved our stay at Tammy's property in the Ritz Carlton, Key Biscayne. It featured elegant hotel amenities with comfortable condo conveniences. The setting and location are spectacular with the island's breezy relaxed vibe and Miami's dynamic energy and nightlife just a short drive away. Tammy's hosting was outstanding; she exceeded our expectations with her availability and helpful suggestions from restaurants and activities to logistics. We highly recommend this property and Tammy as a host!

We loved our stay at Tammy's place. The amenities in the resort were fantastic, we had a parking spot for our rental car, and access to the pool and beach.

We loved our stay at the Ritz Carlton owner's condo. The owner Tammy was so helpful and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed and provided helpful information on restaurants in the area. The unit comes with a wonderful parking spot which makes it easy to come and go. This unit is located close to everything you need to have a fabulous time. Beach chairs and pool chairs are readily available and all the staff is so quick to get you set up. Key Biscayne did not disappoint! Beaches were cleaned every morning. Thank you Tammy for making our stay so amazing!

The property was spot on as expected & a bonus was the parking in the garage. This is a very beautiful place with top notch service. I loved sitting on the balcony. The pools & grounds very very clean & gorgeous! We explored the island with a golf cart rental as well. The owner gave us many helpful suggestions of restaurants & places to go.

We visit Key Biscayne annually and stay at the Ritz Carlton each time. This rental matched our expectations. Everything was in order and clean. All communication with the owner was timely.

What a great option for a family who is seeking a high quality, resort experience for the best price. The only thing we didn't get was housekeeping every day. But, with four suitcases and two teenagers, it was almost easier not to have someone come in to try and clean among all of our things everyday. We managed garbage by taking it out once during our stay. So easy! Tammy was responsive and easy to work with. The staff at the Ritz is among the best I've ever experienced. Every single person (Every single one!) was kind, thoughtful, cheery and relaxed. We spent a lot of time at the family pool, where moms and dads were in the water and everyone was happy to hang out together. The beach is steps away and the water is so calm, because of the crescent shape of the island. It was perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding (we did both). We even played beach volleyball. The food at the pool is good and you can order from any of the property restaurants. The spa is spectacular as well and you can use their facilities to shower, sauna or relax even if you don't have a treatment booked. Great restaurants are very walkable as well. The only downside was a little trouble with our TV not working and a bedside outlet not working halfway through the trip. I did email Tammy and she replied right away. All in all, very minor inconveniences that didn't affect us too much. I would definitely recommend renting this property any time!

The RC Property is Beautiful. Our main issue was with the cleanliness of the unit, it was dusty in places like vents, drapes and pictures. Black stuff on the shower curtain. Rusty clock radio. Mystery smear on the headboard. We reached out to the owner about cleanliness issues and missing towels. She was pleasant and prompt in her response. We also paid for a mid-stay cleaning and housekeeping didn't address existing issues like dust, they didn't clean the toilet either. The only other issue we had with the unit was the beds are not queen size beds they are full size. If you are a normal size couple, you may find this a little uncomfortable. Again, the owner was very kind, and the resort property is amazing.

Very relaxing 5 night stay! Room was very nice. The beach and pool service is amazing. Both State Parks are within walking distance and beaches are nice. It’s fun to eat out in Miami instead of staying at the resort. UBER rides to Miami were super convenient, quick, and relatively inexpensive. There was no reason for us to rent a car. Overall we had a great time!

This was above our expectations. Tammy was great with all the information we needed. View of Miami and sunset was beautiful. Comfortable beds and nice balcony. We hope to to this ever January. Thanks Tammy!

Very nice property

The Ritz Key Biscayne is a wonderful location. Beautiful property, very clean. Ocean right outside the hotel. The room was exactly as advertised. The Ritz was a little peculiar about giving us ice - our only real complaint, but we were able to go downstairs and the bar gave us ice when needed. Hotel staff overall was great.

Perfect week long stay

Everything was as advertised on VRBO listing. I reached out to Tammy a few days before my arrival date and instructions for check-in were on point. Arrived at the beautiful Ritz and we immediately received excellent service (as expected). The room was clean and pictures from listing were as advertised. Note that beds are executive queen beds, so they are as wide as a double bed. My husband and I are not big people, so something to consider in terms of sleep comfort. This property’s balcony overlooks the front of the building and other residential buildings next to the Ritz. Parking was great and definitely an added bonus. We had a rental car and it was great to be able to come in and out of the garage. My personal concierge texted me throughout our stay to check in on us and also addressed my questions. There are no ice machines available on any floor, so we had to call for room service when we wanted ice. If you choose to not have maid service throughout your stay, a few doors down is a trash/recycle room. Note that there are cleaning supplies in the bathroom and kitchenette. We didn’t realize that, since we never opened any of the drawers in the room. We didn’t need them, but FYI. There was also a broom in the closet. Just another bonus if you needed supplies. Plenty of plates/glasses in the kitchen. We spent most of the time outside of the room and took advantaged of the Ritz amenities. Paddle boarding, kayaking, pool, beach, game room for kids, and gym, which had a fantastic view of the pool and beach. The south Atlantic beaches have been having issues with seaweed in the last few years. Prior to coming to Key Biscayne, we were at Hollywood beach and same scenario, but still enjoyed the beach. Although, we spent more time at the pool during our stay at the Ritz. There was live entertainment in the lobby both Friday/Saturday nights, including a sushi bar. The property is close enough to venture out to nearby restaurants/shops, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and Miami. Some shops/restaurants are within walking/biking distance. Expect to pay resort prices for most of the restaurants. The Ritz does have bike rentals at the main entrance. Our staycation was truly amazing. A great way to end our last week of vacation at the Ritz. This property listing was truly a great find. Great price for what you get. I hope to come back in the near future.

The hotel was great, very clean, great restaurants, amazing food. The parking spot for this unit is very convenient, the unit was very clean and has everything you need for your stay. Our hostess was great, quickly answered any questions we had.

The resort was very festive during the 4th of July holiday and the amenities didn't disappoint. Restaurants offered spectacular meals and I noticed a buffet just for the kids. The accommodations and unit were at the same standard of the hotel and having a dedicated underground parking space made everything so much easier as I was moving my son into a summer Program at UMiami and it was easy in and out. Perfect all around - I felt like I was a resident there..

Tammy's place is clean. Parking spot is perfect. Very convenient. I have a one year old and she kindly provided a pack and play. Check in instructions provided and smooth. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you!
