This property is no longer Ritz level pr anywhere near it. Some of the staff were even RUDE, and it has the ammenities and service level of a DoubleTree. Very very poor.

For the price this was not good at all ! The staff was very nice all around but Room was dirty , not stocked , the food was not great and way over priced , not impressed at all , never going back

Only thing free is water.... bring extra cash. Staff work hard. Wife found a white woman's hair in the bathroom can and floor... i arrived days before her... had to explain that...
