Was very impressed with property. Excellent view. I was not bothered by water slide noise next door. My one concern was the temp of condo. At 68 degrees I had jacket or long sleeves on most of the time.

Condo is nicely appointed in a great location of Orange Beach - right across the street from many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Walk a short 8-10 minutes (max) along the beach and you will be at a beachfront restaurant and bar, Coastal. We prefer the smaller condo buildings with lesser units and this was exactly that. Unit could use some updates (lighting was a little dark) but overall a great fit for my husband and myself. Randall was very easy to communicate with.

This condo was close to all the tourist things, but tucked enough from Gulf Shores that it wasn’t as crowded. Randall was great to work with. He was very willing and fast to respond to any comments/concerns. The views were stunning, I’m seriously going to miss waking up to my morning coffee while watching the dolphins swim off the shoreline. The beds were also so comfortable!!!! It was the first time I came home and didn’t say that I was happy to be in my own bed. We had a blast, thank you!

Very cute condo. Perfect location by lots of stores and beach

Loved how close we were to the beach. Plus with the large windows facing the water, it felt like we were right there even while inside. Comfortable, clean, and close to everything. Will definitely stay here again.

This property had all we needed and expected from the description and photos. It was in a great location and easy access to the beach. We enjoyed the view most of all! I highly recommend coffee on the balcony each morning!

Great location, Very clean. Nice furniture. Beautiful view. Well furnished kitchen. Comfortable beds. Convenient parking. Would recommend thorough instructions on accessing TV. Normally watch little or no TV, but Satudays in college football territory... Definitely would stay here again.

The location is great. Short walking distance to beach and across the street from grocery, Starbucks etc. But the condo needs some attention. Lacks instruction sheet on how to operate TV (confusing) and shower (weirdly, hard to figure that out). One TV did not turn on; the other, could not figure out how to access cable (apparently it was available). Seemed like no one is "minding the store."

Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Check in was a snap. Location was very convenient. Just didn’t expect so many people in October!

Great place.

We love the area and the condo at The Breakers. This was our third time to stay in one of Randall’s condos and hope to make it an annual trip. There were no issues so it was not necessary to contact anyone.

Very comfy and convenient. Closeness to get your "stuff" to the beach was perfect. Close to groceries, restaurants, and attractions. Not one of those giant condo buildings with the crowded elevators and parking. Would definitely recommend.

The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is the perfect size for a small group, it has great views and amenities and super quick beach access. Would stay here again!

This property was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the views were spectacular. Management was prompt at answering my questions. My family had a great vacation. We would definitely recommend this property.

We were pleased with the location and beach area was not crowded. Living area was large and spacious. We did have to call the owner regarding the guest bedroom TV. He was very nice on the phone, which I appreciated. Room rate was reasonable. However, no hair dryer, sink in guest bath and kitchen had missing parts, sand in the bathtub on arrival, the oven needs a deep cleaning, TV cable was pulled out of the wall in guest room, which why the TV never worked. The condo just needs a little TLC.

We stayed here last year and loved it so much we had to come back! Beautiful beach view off our balcony and restaurants and souvenir shops right across the street!! Best place on the gulf!! A++++

This is the first time we've stayed in the exact condo unit we stayed in the year before.The location and condo are great, as is the host!

First time for us staying at the beach and we had an amazing time! Definitely worth it! And we are already planning for next year!

This property was comfortable to stay in with a perfect location and view.

This property had beautiful views and was in an excellent location. It was very easy to access restaurants and shopping. The beach was great and never felt too crowded. The higher tables and chairs on the balcony were a huge plus, so the railing did not obstruct the Gulf view. Parking was easy and never full. The kitchen had everything we needed. No issues checking in because Randall sent detailed instructions. The only reason I did not rate this property 5 stars is because there are some cleaning/maintenance issues that need to be taken care of. The shower curtain liner had mildew all over it, lightbulbs needed to be replaced, and we found dried-up food stuck in the rug under the dining table. Overall I would recommend it for the location, view, easy beach access, and kitchen. We would rent again. We loved Orange Beach!

The condo was fantastic plenty of room, comfortable and very clean. The view is amazing. We had no issues. Out trip was great! I would recommend this place.

The location of this condo is absolutely perfect. It’s within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores, and even Starbucks. I wish there was more toilet paper, napkins, and detergent left for us to use. One of each was not enough. My kids and I developed a pretty bad cough after staying, so make sure to check the vents for possible mold growth.

Great location, property as described. Loved staying here because we have stayed at bigger places before and this one was so easy to get on the elevator and also parking! Easy walk to the beach! Thanks Randall!

Roomy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in a small complex. Other than the swimming pool there are no amenities, however the condo is centrally located and beach services has rental chairs/ umbrellas beach front. Because of the small number of units, the pool was often empty or had a couple of people in it. Very pleasant stay
