This house was great for our family (and dog) for a week away. It's hard to find a dog-friendly place at Stinson, and this is a gem.

7 Joaquin Patio is a perfect venue for a coastal getaway. The beach front setting is awesome, with stunning views of the ocean as well as an informal garden teeming with hummingbirds and butterflies! The house is steps from the beach and just a short walk to town. The cozy, well appointed living area is perfect for a family gathering or a group of friends. There's plenty of comfortable seating for visiting, lounging, dining or simply enjoying the view!

This is a super cool 1920s property that has a spiral staircase going down to the backyard and then the path to the beach - right from your backyard! The living room opens up with these huge barn-size doors so you just hear the surf all day long and feel the sea breeze and watch the every-changing colors of the sea. It is so peaceful. The pillows and duvets were luxuriously comfortable - to the point where you just want to stay curled up in bed...except that the beach awaits. The kitchen is large with a brand new huge oven (several turkeys can fit in there if you're thinking Thanksgiving!). The fireplace in the living room heats up the house very fast on cool foggy mornings (but there's also central heat). And there is this crazy bush in the yard that had literally 50 butterflies swooping in and out. I think there's a bit of magic in this house. :--) We had the best time.

I have rented perhaps ten different homes at Stinson Beach and this property is the most well-managed and beautiful. I liked the decor especially: so artistic and interesting. The place felt like home rather than a rental. We all loved being able to see and hear the ocean. A find for sure that I would highly recommend.

Loved our stay! Only thing I could suggest is a television upstairs as the house is terrific, you don't want to watch the news in bed with your morning coffee.

If you love trails, or love being close to the beach, you'll really enjoy this house. It's just a few steps from the beach, and a 15-minute walk from some of the best trails in the country. Really appreciated the dog-friendly aspect as well.

This house has an excellent location and stunning views of the beach from its deck. The house is artsy and a little quirky but spacious and perfect for a large family. Weird parking easement is a little inconvenient.

Awesome house right on the beach. Very clean, great kitchen to cook in and everything you need to relax. Looking forward to coming again soon!

The location is right on the ocean with an awesome deck on the dunes. The house is very comfortable and suitable for all ages. The children loved playing on the beach and at night watching movies in the media room. We enjoyed the sunsets from the balconies. In town we ate at the Siren Cafe and Parkside Cafe both are terrific.

We’ve stayed in this house multiple times over the last seven years. It’s a dream! You simply cannot ask for a better location at Stinson!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! The ocean view from the upstairs deck is amazing. We fell asleep every night to the sounds of crashing waves, and had the beach at our fingertips during the day. The house had all the amenities we needed – you don’t ever have to leave! There’s also several bedrooms/beds so we invited a few friends up to stay and enjoyed playing games by the fire pit. It was beyond anything we could have asked for. Thank you for creating such a relaxing stay and sharing your dreamy home with our family!

This was, I think, our fourth stay at this Stinson beach house and we loved it as usual! We enjoyed the upgraded outdoor seating and found all of the accommodations to be as good as ever. We will be back again!

Could not ask for a better location than this. Great backyard for our dog, direct beach access. House itself was wonderful, great views lots of space. Stinson is a quaint little town and short drive to Bolinas and other towns in Marin.

We spent a wonderful & relaxing week in this great vacation beach home. The accommodations were perfect, fully stocked and the location is magical. So enjoyed easy access to beach & having coffee on the dune deck. A huge plus was the enclosed yard for our dogs. Couldn’t have asked for more, will definitely return another time.

We've stayed in quite a few houses at Stinson and yours is one of the best. Very cool place and I'm sure we'll be back.

I almost don't want to tell anyone about how great this place, because I'm worried it won't be available again when we want it. We had a great time, lots of room for our whole family. Easy beach access was great! Wonderful place. We highly recommend.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home. Plenty of room for everyone and the private entrance to the beach was ideal. We would definitely return for another vacation.

Terrific week spent at this lovely home. We all enjoyed the proximity to the beach. Listening to the waves and easy flow of the home. I am grateful my dogs were able to join in on the fun. That makes this home even more special. I look forward to returning for another visit. Great time had by all!

My family had the best week in Stinson. The home is lovely, the beach is amazing, it was a perfect week for us! We plan to come back!

My family stays at this house typically once a year and we always enjoy our time immensely. Independent of the weather, we always have lots of fun things to do -- puzzles in the house, s'mores in the yard, beach play, day trips to Point Reyes or Bolinas, hiking, cycling, and it goes on and on. We love that we can have our dog with us too. The hosts are fabulous and the house is well equipped.

Had a wonderful family gathering at this Stinson beach house. We love cooking/eating together & the well appointed, large kitchen was perfect for that. The great room is truly great in size - with lots of cozy spots - super comfortable couches, chairs. The view from that room (which includes dining table) is spectacular. One of our favorite things to do: sit on the private dune deck, watching the sunset after a long walk on the beach. As is often the case, a few issues came up during our stay, but in spite of it being the holiday, and the owners themselves traveling, they were immediately responsive. We hope to return!

Well designed house. A bit funky but Views and fire pit outside a plus. Lots of room for our family. We would come again and hope they organize the kitchen utensils and pots with more care.. loved that we could check in early and leave late. A big plus !
