Everything was the way it was described in the listing. Overall, a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Side note, the interaction at the pool was too noisy for my 63 year old mom but my 4 year old enjoyed it. So if there is a significant age gap between individuals in your group, you may want to consider this aspect. However, this didn't take away from the comfort of our stay. Everyone in my group greatly enjoyed being close to the beach as well as being on the 2nd floor. Thanks!

All had a good vacation

The condo was very clean and on the quiet end of Panama City Beach. Being on the 2nd floor, we were able to use the stairs most of the time, but when we needed an elevator, there was no waiting as there are elevators for floors 2 -6 only. BIG advantage. Wanda, the owner was very nice and helpful when we needed help getting TVs working, Highly recommend staying here. Only negative thing I can say about this unit is the noise of the pool. We like to sit out on the balcony at night and it could get noisy. We looked forward to 10pm when they would clear the pool, but we knew this going in and you cannot hear any noise from inside the unit.

Wonderful experience! The property was exactly as described. Essentially, this has double masters, which was perfect for 2 families. Kids stayed in the back bedroom that also had its own bath. Beds were really soft and comfortable. Wanda was such a responsive host. We had a couple small things come up and she took care of them instantly. One of which was a broken blender. I mentioned it to her as an fyi for the next guests, but she had a new one there within a couple hours!! We were impressed! We really loved the 2nd floor so we could bypass the elevators and quickly run back to the room if needed. The outdoor parking was plentiful and worked out perfectly for our oversized transit van. Overall, we loved our stay!

Perfect place to stay for the whole family. Lots of extra activities available to keep busy. Great heated pool and the hot tub was nice to use in the evening’s. The views you get from the unit are beautiful. Quiet and family friendly for all ages. Definitely would stay here again.

The condo was fine but the weather wasn’t very cooperative.We just enjoyed being with family.

This is the 2nd time we have vacationed in this condo. It is absolutely perfect. Location, amenities, everything was wonderful.

It is a nice condo. The only negative was the quite fuzzy air filter that needed changing. With the heat of August and Septmber, the A/C was on continuous and louder than usual. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.

The rental process was very simple.

This is our second year staying at Watercrest and we love it. It is a great location with kids. It is a lot less crowded than other condos in Panama City. We loved this unit!! It was very clean and being on the second floor was great with kids. Wanda was very easy to get in touch with and super helpful. There was an issue with parking passes when we arrived and she was easily accessible and got passes for us immediately. We hope to stay in this unit again next year.

Everything about this trip was great! Plenty of beach space so not crowded. Condo was great, very clean. The condo is very accommodating and has wonderful access to steps, elevator, beach, pool, shops and great food with less traffic than anywhere in PCB. Everything the owner stated was exactly what we got and more! Would definitely recommend this place and rent again in the future.

The condo was excellent and exactly what we needed. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable, check in a breeze and great views for a lower level. If we ever return to PCB, this condo will be on the top of the list.

Terrific week in this condo. The unit was perfectly clean and was well stocked with linens and supplies. The owner provided everything that was listed and clearly communicated with us. Great location at the beach. Beautiful view from the huge porch. Reasonable beach rentals with jet skis and boat rides close by. Pool area was clean and the friendly staff kept guests under control. Enough parking and enough carts for loading and unloading. We recommend this unit and we will book again if we return to the Panama City area.

Loved it! Owners very accommodating! Great communication. Had small problem with kitchen sink but they fixed it right away. Great views very clean! Plenty of room!

Our condo was everything we expected and more ! Very nice , fit our family of 9 very comfortably. The 2nd floor was so convenient with the kids. Wanda was great and easy to communicate with ! Can’t wait to stay here again !!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The property had excellent views of the sunset and we were also fortunate enough to see dolphins! The area was quiet and relaxing. We would love to visit again next Christmas.

Great location. Awesome view. Loved the 3 bedroom 3 bath. Could have been cleaner. Needed to wash sheets and dishes and floor. Good communication with Wendy. I would recommend it and revisit.

The condo was every thing they said it was, roomy ,well equipped and a beautiful view of the beach and pool. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Will definitely pick this one again. The whole condo area is clean and family oriented. People went out of the way to be nice.

I would highly recommend this condo if coming to PCB. We were looking for a condo on the east end, away from the crowds due to Covid Our communication with the condo manager was very good and we received our parking passes in the mail before our stay so that we had them when we got there. The condo is on the second floor so we only had to walk up one flight of steps and not wait for elevators like you do for other units which was awesome. The unit was clean and spacious and decorated very nicely. The balcony was huge and you felt like you were over the top of the pool and stepping out onto the beach. And this unit came with so many amenities that I hardly had to use anything that I normally bring to a condo, such as hairdryers, hand soap and dishwasher soap. We will definitely book this condo again when coming to East PCB.

We had a very good vacation. Even liked the outer bands of the hurricane. Will definitely stay there again.

The condo location was perfect in the building as well as overall in PCB. Didn’t have to use an elevator and the sunsets were spectacular. The only bad thing was the kitchen isn’t stocked for kids but everything else was wonderful. Will Hopefully be booking this condo again in future. Thanks Wanda for sharing with us.

Our family enjoyed our week. Very family oriented and quite. Close to everything you would need.
