We had a great reunion as we only get together twice a year. Your house is spacious and beautifully decorated for Christmas. We enjoyed catching up with each other, eating, drinking and watching lots of football. The house was perfect for us. The weather was a bit nippy. Everyone commented it would be great to come back when we could enjoy the lake. It was a wonderful few days. Thank you.

Beautiful home and location! We where in town for a family wedding and this location was perfect. We only gave it 4 stars due to the lack of cleanliness. I have however reached out to the manager and he was quick to respond and said he will look into to it for future renters

We enjoyed this lovely home for a vacation with our 3 daughters, their husbands, and our six grandchildren. John, the owner, was fantastic to work with. He is very available at all times, and he answered texts within minutes! The house was perfect for our family. All bedrooms were clean and beautiful, especially the master bedroom. Every amenity needed was provided; all we had to do was go to the very nearby grocery store and get our provisions for the week! We also took advantage of having the pontoon boat available to rent, and we contracted to have it on two days of stay. For our grandchildren, this was the absolute most fun they had the entire vacation. We were so happy to have provided them with the happy memories! The pier and the covered sitting area at the end of it were also a big hit. The water there is nice and shallow, so the little ones could wade and swim in the warm lake water which they loved, and the adults were able to easily oversee them from above. Unfortunately, a family emergency necessitated my husband and I leaving after just two nights, but our kids and grandkids stayed and had a wonderful time! Thank you, John, for being such a gracious and understanding and helpful host. We hope to return for a full week next time!

Our favorite part of the stay was hanging out on the covered dock every evening watching the sunsets. The house is in a lovely location.

We had a great time at this property. It was a beautiful house with a great location. There were 10 of us and the house accommodated us perfectly. The teenagers that were with us loved having their own spot in the basement. Convenient location to grocery store and other necessities. John was an amazing host!

This house has everything you need. We stayed at this house with few other families including 8 kids. There are plenty of spaces to spread out, sleep and play. John, the owner, was always quick to respond and would answer phone calls and texts right away. We rented their pontoon boat which was so much fun. Would definitely stay again!

We had a WONDERFUL stay in John's lovely home. It was just what the doctor ordered. We had everything that we needed for a fun and relaxing time with family. It was so easy to communicate with John about anything that we had questions about. Having the boat there at the home to rent was an added bonus. We are already looking at a date to rent again next year! :) I highly recommend this home as a GREAT home to rent.

Nicely furnished large home with gorgeous view and dock. Conveniently located with Publix, Dunkin’ and urgent care within minutes. Loved the vast views of the lake and lighted boat dock. Kitchen has everything you need. This may be an an annual family vacay spot.

We enjoyed our stay!

Our group of 4 families from all over the southeast had a blast staying here for the long weekend! The weather wasn’t ideal but we were still able to relax on the dock, enjoy a fire pit, and it’s locTion was close enough that we spent a rainy Saturday in Charlotte. Thanks John!

The natural lighting was amazing! The home was clean and cozy! Great location, close to everything. John was a great communicator. We had an awesome time! Would definitely recommend.

We had a blast. Everything in the house worked. The house accommodated 15 extremely easy. 3 levels allowed for plenty of room. Lower level with ping-pong table, separate refrigerator, TV, seating for many and exit to lawn is awesome. We hung out down there quite a bit. John, our host communicated well. Beautiful house. No traffic made the house environment safe and peaceful for our little ones. We will come back again!

This house accommodates a large family and has wonderful lake access. Even just swimming around the dock is delightful. The owner is the nicest man and very responsive to any issues or questions

We had such a perfect week. Varying ages of our family and guests but the layout of the property and house made it easy for everyone to enjoy themselves. The pontoon rental was the icing on the cake for the week. Lifelong memories were made and we hope to be back someday.
