First time staying at this property and it was excellent. The owner was terrific to work with and made sure our stay was perfect. It is a beautiful home and provided us with plenty of space to where all of us (5 adults) had our own private area while still enjoying time together. The entire home was well stocked with plenty of extras. We spent countless hours in the pool which was a perfect size and heated to our preference by the owner. The location was great in that it is centrally located on the island. Perfect place to stay on vacation! Much appreciation to the owner for an excellent stay!

8 adults, 7 kids, had a wonderful time at beach, pool and fishing in the lake directly behind the yard. House has an easy, smooth flow and a spacious working kitchen which is the heart of the home. It was unanimous, everyone wants to return to this house next year!

My husband conquered cancer but has serious health issues We wanted a great house for a great gathering of the whole family. All expectations were generously met. Great spaces for the whole family to socialize . The pool was wonderful and made the whole week so fun. Loads of extras from so many bikes to beach equipment to a kitchen stocked with loads of equipment dishes and silverware. The 4 year old declared we were rich! The free shuttle came with an easy phone call to our door. Beaches were wonderful!. It is a lovely family neighborhood with lots of people walking dogs and biking in a gorgeous tree lined setting. It was a wonderful week that was a blessing to our family.

This house is located in a very nice neighborhood of Palmento Dunes. Unfortunately there were a few issues. Such as the property wasn’t as clean as expected, the trash had not been emptied and was overflowing when we arrived, there was an electrical issue in the upstairs master suite, and the garage door broke on our last day. The bikes,the pool and beach accessories were a great addition. The property manager/owner was notified of all these issues and promptly took care of them.

It was comfortable and private, with 3 boys around 20 the kitchen held its own. Our two young girls loved the pool. A very nice stay .

Have been coming to Hilton Head Island for 35 years and this was our first time on Palmetto Dunes. Absolutely beautiful!
The house was perfect for our family of 9 and we loved the beautiful backyard and pool. Hauling the beach stuff was a bit of a struggle but we figured it out. The weather was the most perfect for June ever!
Thanks for the multiple bikes! We all enjoyed the bike paths to doughnuts and mini golf.

This was our family’s third time staying at this lovely vacation home. There is room for each family to have their own “quarters”, a fully equipped kitchen including crockpots & an air fryer, bikes for all ages, & an awesome heated pool. The owner is easy to communicate with & has quickly responded to & addressed any minor issues that have come up. We plan to return AGAIN!!

A beautiful home in the middle of Palmetto Dunes. House has everything you could need for a week of relaxation. Pool was wonderful. Our kids spent hours swimming even when the weather wasn't always ideal. The bikes were a great addition, too.

This house is beautiful with rooms for a big family. We spent a lot of time in the pool area. My father and brother caught some bass out of the lake in the back yard. I would recommend this house to anyone.

This was year two of staying in this beautiful home. It is so comfortable and feels like our second home. Our son and his family stayed here last fall and just loved it. Our daughter and her family are staying here in late April. So as you can see our family thinks an awful lot of this home. Wade is a pleasure to deal with!!

What a great house to share with family! And, owner Wade Anderson could not have been more accommodating. He got back to us quickly when we had any question, and he even left the pool heated for our stay. What a terrific thing for him to do, as the kids loved their pool
time.
The setting is so lovely. Views of the water from many of the rooms. Got to see hawks and herons.

Definitely a great property. The pool was a major hit and the lagoon provided ample opportunity for catching fish. The grandkids thought fishing was one of the highlights of the trip. Overall, we’d highly recommend this beautiful, spacious and clean house!!!

We absolutely loved everything about this house. The floor plan was perfect for our family of 12. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need & we enjoyed the bikes & beach toys in the garage. When we weren’t at the beach, we were swimming in the beautiful pool or hunting for gators, turtles & frogs in the pond (don’t feed the gators) 😳
It was also relaxing sitting in the living room each morning & watching the deer in the front yard. I think we saw them every morning. 😍

What a beautiful house and property to vacation at! Wade, the host was very accommodating to the requests that we had. All pictures and descriptions of amenities were exactly as described on the website. Our grandchildren enjoyed the heated pool from sunrise to sunset! A short walk to the beach was also very nice. The free shuttle was available to take us out for dinner. We would like to thank you for allowing us to spend our family vacation at your beautiful house! We made many memories to cherish for years to come! We will definitely be back!!

Ten of us (three generations) stayed at this beautiful home. The pool was a huge hit; kitchen is well stocked for family meals. we were fortunate with pretty perfect weather (mid sixties to mid seventies) The ocean is just a short walk away

Had fun playing games, foosball, shuffleboard, ice fishing, sledding, and wildlife viewing ( turkeys abd deer). We had a wonderful time and wish we would have booked more days. This home was by far the best home we have rented in our 20+ years coming to HHI! The home's layout afforded all 12 of us the ability of space, comfort, and yet connectedness as a family. Everything was organized in the home and we appreciated the tips for maintaining the home. Gorgeous furnishings yet comfortable. The short walk to the beach was through a lovely neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our week in the Anderson's home.

What a wonderful place to stay!!! Our family of five stayed here with my sister’s family of five and it was perfect! Plenty of room, so clean and perfect location. We grew up going to shipyard, which was always great, but we never had our own pool. That was such a win for us especially since my kids don’t love the beach everyday. Plenty of kitchen amenities and all of the bedrooms were more than big enough. I would come back here every year if I could!

This home and location was perfect for our family of ten. Plenty of room, well equipped kitchen and beautiful backyard and pool. I was a little worried about the pond in the back but the landscaping is a good detterent for little kids. Easy walk or drive to the two closest beaches and enjoyed the short drive to the general store for an early morning coffee.
Wade was easy to work with and readily available if needed. We will be back!

Our second year here did not disappoint. Great location and plenty of things to do. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of room for all 9 of us taking turns cooking. The weather was perfect for plenty of beach time, and we always enjoyed the pool after our bike rides.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Wade was great to work with. We had an air-conditioning issue mid week. We reached out to Wade, and the HVAC company arrived within an hour and resolved the problem. The house was beautiful, and the pool area was exceptional. The bedroom layout of the house worked wonderfully for our family in that everyone had their own family privacy. We would definitely recommend this property.

Our trip was great. Wade was always quick to respond to any questions. Beautiful house with plenty of room for our large group of 15. We never felt like we were on top of each other. This house is in the back of the resort so there is minimal traffic which was awesome with the kids. Would recommend.

We enjoyed a week in Hilton Head Island, staying at this beautiful home! There were 12 of us, 2 children (age 3 and 6) and 10 adults, and there was plenty of room and space for all. We especially enjoyed the pool, which had a wonderful shallow area for the little ones and a nice deep area for the adults. We would definitely come to this home again in the future!!
