Loved the location. Space was suitable to our needs. (Couch bed mattress could use replacing, not for comfort, but for cleanliness.)

Very nice accommodations, only wish the interior of room was updated.

The checkin, grounds, and location were perfect. The room was dated and a smell of “smokers”, but that’s out of the property managers control.

We stayed here while visiting Colonial Williamsburg with out teenage grandson. It was close in proximity and for our two night stay these accommodations worked well. Property was clean and had a well equipped kitchenette. It is a resort property and they offer a promotional tour but there was no pressure tp attemd. We would stay here again.

When I booked this weekend stay for hubby and I, I was not aware we were going to be targeted to purchase the Wyndham points resort plan. Had I known I would have NEVER booked this space. Our keys were held hostage until we heard the initial hard sell. The young lady was pleasant and professional, but it was muvh!

The property was beautiful with many amenities. The units were clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were very friendly, efficient and customer-focused.

In short it was really great. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Okay let’s start off by saying the place was amazing it was clean and had everything we needed. The only time we have to call room service was for a blanket and they came in less that 15 minutes. The lighting wasn’t that’s bad but with all the light on it lit the place up. The community was amazing lovely people the pool area was close and everything we need was no more that 10 minutes way. I 100% recommend! We really love it

The property was conveniently located to the sites we wanted to see and amenities. The condo itself was very nice and comfortable.

First time booking through VRBO in a long time. We always use air b B and B. No communication with the owner after reaching out . Patriots place was excellent just not happy with our property . I like to know exactly what the property will look like, so next time I will book directly with patriots place and not through VRBO

Good location, nice room. Walls and ceiling very thin. Noise of people moving around above us made it hard to sleep first night

It was good, check in time was a little lengthy. But overall the stay was nice.

This lovely property was close to the college, colonial village, and access roads. It was truly perfect for us.

I read many reviews before booking this property and almost every one mentioned the thin walls. They were not exaggerating! You can hear everything from next door! We had good neighbors so it really did not impact our stay but you should be forewarned! We booked the standard room and, while everything was just as advertised, the kitchen area was TINY! There was NO countertop space and all the dishes, pots and pans were in overhead cabinets that were way over my head (I'm 5' 1"). With all that being said, we had a good time in Williamsburg and the place was adequate. We did opt to sit through the sales pitch in order to receive $90 in dining certificates. Since it was raining that morning, we did not waste any of our time. Bed was comfortable and bath was nice. TV was a nice flat screen with cable that had all the channels that we usually watch. We love VRBO!

The moment we arrived the registration staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and out was a breeze. The property that we stayed in was beautiful. It had everything that we needed to prepare meals and relax comfortably. We were amazed at the beauty of the surroundings as we drove up to our property. The location is great and we look forward to a future stay.

Pluses: The quality of the room was great. The location was great. It is close to everything. The staff was responsive and professional. Drawbacks: Could hear the tv in adjoining room (it was on very low but we are light sleepers). Watch out for the pressure to attend timeshare meeting by Wyndham resort sales people.

Our stay at this property was everything we were hoping for! The condo was well kept, close to Historic Williamsburg, beautifully decorated, and in every way--perfect!

The condo was nice/modern and near restaurant row!. The staff was helpful. The only real issue we experienced was with the refrigerator. Because it sat really low and did not have molding underneath so I cut my toe open opening the door.
