GREAT STAY

We traveled to VB for a family baptism with eight family members ranging in age from 2-1/2 to 70. The house was perfect! We were able to enjoy the close proximity to walk on the Boardwalk and play Mini golf in between family events. We had a wonderful dinner at the 21st street seafood restaurant, just a block away. A wonderful trip!

a group of 6 adults came in to town to run the shamrock half and full marathons. it was great and convenient location to see the full marathon runners as they came in to finish the race once the half marathon runners were finished. the road noise from 22nd street can be loud but the place was great for our group.

My husband, Scottish terrier, and I chose this condo because we were hosting Christmas dinner for 9 people ( 6 adults, 3 children). VRBO reviews were positive; people liked the modern, large kitchen and dining room that sat 8 people comfortably. That sold us. We stayed five nights and had mostly positive feelings: Pros: very clean; comfortable bedding, great shower and bathroom storage, roomy walk-in closet, modern kitchen with plenty of dishes, utensils, and adequate cookware ( I brought my own roasting pan). Everything was in working order. It was Five easy blocks to the boardwalk & restaurants. We couldn’t hear anything from the occupied condo next door. The owner did a very good job of explaining parking and entry instructions. She was up front and answered questions when she needed to change our condo location. It had the same amenities. Con: a big negative was location for sleeping. All the bedrooms face 22nd Street, a major thoroughfare that feeds into the 264 Expressway. We awakened every night, intermittently, to loud mufflers and cars charging out when the street lights changed. A white noise machine is needed.

We are a local military family that had family come to town to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Everything was perfect. The house was so clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Would definitely highly recommend this rental. Thanks for a great stay.

Convienent location to the Beach. House was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Nice kitchen, living room combo for socializing. 3rd floor water pressure and temp was terrific. Many restaurants close to house. Very nice place to stay. Had a nice time at the Neptune Festival.

Our family of 6 adults had a great stay for the Air Show. We had more than enough space and had everything we needed. The front bedrooms facing 22nd can be noisy at night due to the traffic, but sound machines are provided which were welcomed. That would not deter us from staying here again. The house was clean and very comfortable. Great water pressure in the showers too. The parking pad comfortably fits a Suburban and a small car in tandum. The tenants next to us had a Tahoe and we had space to fit the Suburban and Tahoe next to one another too.

Beautiful townhouse at the perfect location! Could walk just about anywhere we wanted to go and plenty of space for 3 couples to be comfortable spending time together.

Condo was nice and clean. Condo had all the essentials. Shopping and beach within walking distance. Nice place to stay. Will recommend

The property was great and very clean. Check-in was very easy. We had no problems at all. The only issue was the high volume and traffic noise in the front of the house where our bedroom was located. I should have realized that anything fronting on 264 would be noisy. Everything else was great!

We came into town for the wedding of my nephew and stayed on for a family beach vacation over the 4th of July. The property was perfect for my husband and I, our three adult children and my daughter's fiancé.

Loved that the place! And we loved that it was close by everything we wanted to visit. There was a slight difference to the dining room table however, as it didn't really hold a coastal theme as depicted in the photo. Nor did the living room where it didn't have the coastal theme either as depicted in the photo. But overall it was very comfortable and relaxing to be in!

The pictures of the rental on VRBO misrepresented the property. The pictures show a property with a light, bright beach vibe. When we arrived the property was a drab green, gray - nothing like the pictures. The furnishing were different as well. When I complained, the property manager told me the pictures were taken In 2014 and was “as advertised”. It wasn’t. The pictures and descriptions that are represented on VRBO are the sole data points for renters to make decisions on how and where to spend their money. We have to trust that what’s represented is accurate. Misrepresenting those data points should be prohibited (no different than if a renter misrepresents their data and is subject to losing their reservation). If the property changes, update your data. Not doing so indicates that you have something to hide. Inexcusable.

Perfect location- walking distance to beach. Host was very receptive to my many questions. Highly recommend.

Great stay, love the townhouse accommodations

We enjoyed the whole week. The house was just perfect.

We were in town for the Something in the Water festival, but the residence was so peaceful that I found myself enjoying balcony living more than anything else. This location is a few blocks from the oceanfront but was a quick walk. Having included parking was helpful during such a busy weekend. The home and decor were comfortable, modern, and well-maintained and we were able to cook without any issues. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Virginia Beach!

Everything great, only negative was 1st morning wasn’t enough hot water to run all 3showers

Two blocks from the boardwalk. The house was perfect for eight adults, a toddler, and a corgi.

Very clean unit and close walking distance to restaurants. We enjoyed the outside area. Loved how the unit was decorated and it fit our needs perfectly. We would stay here again when in town.

Clean, comfortable, and safe property. Easy walk to the beach without being right in the middle of the boardwalk.

The property is in a wonderful location and very spacious. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook our thanksgiving dinner (I did brig my own roasting pan). We had our dinner at the spacious dining room. Plenty of space for a group of 6 adults. Towels are nice and bedding was clean and attractive. Bed and pillows were soft, but that is a matter of perference. The home was clean and comfortable. We will be back! Thank you so much!

This property is not only beautifully updated, it is close to the beach and perfect for a get-a-way. There is ample room and the kitchen is perfect for food prep. I definitely recommend and will stay again. My only advise is do not park on the front curb. You will get a parking ticket.

Our family (group of 6) was in town for a wedding. This property was convenient to the wedding sites.

It was a few minute walk to the beach and restaurants. We felt safe inside and outside our unit, since it’s a tourist area, there were police cars driving around the vicinity day and night. Check in was a breeze. The house was clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with things we needed. Bathrooms had the standard towels, and toiletries. Our unit had three levels with a powder room on the first floor, and bathrooms on each level upstairs. All the bedrooms were upstairs. Closets were huge. Washer and dryer worked great.

Wonderful stay! The only thing we would suggest is more chairs for the balconies and porch.

Great property within walking distance from the beach. Rare find to include or allow pets. Newly built, Spacious and included new appliances! Our family had a great relaxing time in Virginia Beach!
