Great vacation house

We absolutely loved this property. Great setup for a large family. Good size, very clean, close to the beach. This house is adorable and has everything you need. Owners did a great job outfitting and decorating the home. We absolutely appreciated the beach gear, towels, extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage, and the kids bedroom was phenomenal. The bunk beds are spacious and the toys and spaces are great. Added bonus … great owner who is extremely conscientious, polite and responsive. I would definitely recommend this property.

The Host was welcoming, responsive, and kind. Our group included 3 generations of 11 adults and 5 kids ranging from 4 months to 67 years old. We loved the house! It was beautiful, just the right size, and was very well stocked with everything we needed. The only thing that wasn’t ideal for us was the distance from the beach. While it was only a short walk, parking was available, and the host provided many items to make the trek as easy as possible, we enjoy being a little closer. We would definitely consider booking this home for future trips to HHI.

This was the best place we have stayed at for any vacation. The house was very comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen has anything you could want or need and the pool area is amazing. The beach is just a short walk away. Would definitely recommend staying here for your family vacation!

The process was simple and the house provided everything we needed. Josh was readily available in case there were any issues. Of course there weren’t any! Would rent this again.

This house is gorgeous, clean, beautifully decorated, and the owners are so kind and responsive. Our kids loved movie night in the pool! The smart TVs in each room was awesome! This house was perfect for a large group!

Decorating of this house is the best I've ever seen. It was really clean and didn't feel like an overused rental property. Pool area was perfect too. Elevator was a little tricky to figure out how to use but incredibly helpful for our older family members who can't easily do stairs. Owners of the property were incredibly responsive, accommodating and friendly. We had originally booked this trip for June of 2020 and had to reschedule because of the pandemic and they were very flexible with us. Everyone said it was a fabulous vacation!

What a wonderful home! It was beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, and offered everything our large family needed for a great beach week! Josh & Julia, along with their team, were readily available to ensure that we were taken care of and to answer any questions we had! ( I greatly appreciate Josh working with me to reschedule our trip to a later date due to COVID-19.)

We spent a week with our kids & grandchildren and couldn't be happier with the property. Everything was clean & well equipped. The pool was great, and the beach was a nice walk. The property manager was excellent. Absolutely loved it!

The house was fabulous. It met our needs perfectly. Everyone said that it was the best place we’ve stayed at over the last 6 years. The only negative was the construction around. We had early wake up calls. That wasn’t fun. Otherwise awesome!!

Just wanted to comment on our stay at the beach house this past week. It was amazing!! We had 9 older adults and 8 young adults (ranging in age from 19-25 years old). The kids occupied the 3rd floor, so we were able to have our space and the kids had theirs. Plenty of sleeping options. The pool was very refreshing. Lots of seating around pool so we all could enjoy pool together. Excellent view of pond (loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and drinking our coffee). . House and pool decor was very up to date and well coordinated. The kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed for cooking and baking. I could go on and on about this beach house. We loved it!! Will definitely stay here again!! Thanks Josh and Julia for making our vacation so enjoyable!

This house was amazing and perfect for our family vacation, which included 10 adults, 4 kids and 4 babies! The owners were fantastic even before the property was book, and were so accommodating, including giving us four highchairs and four pack-n-plays for our stay. House was pristine and very clean. The walk to the beach was only 10 minutes and made it so we didn't have to pack up cars and pay for parking! They had so much included in the property for us to use, including an extra refrigerator and freezer in the garage, plenty of pool toys for the kids and wagons/umbrellas/toys for the beach! The bedrooms were perfect for our separate families, and the kids' room was fantastic for the four older kids! This house has everything and more that you would need or want in a vacation site for the beach!

The owners, Josh and Julia, could not have been more hospitable. The home and kitchen were extremely well equipped. The house is less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the private pool, the balconies, and hanging out on the very comfy couch :) Nice sized bedrooms and all necessary linens were provided. We will definitely be back to this home when we come to Hilton Head next time!

Our stay at this rental was absolutely wonderful! The house was very clean and just as described in the listing. There were plenty of beach chairs, beach/pool toys, coolers, and umbrellas for our large family to use. The covered pool provided a nice break from the sun, and the kids enjoyed watching movies on the outside TV while swimming. The owners are such a delight to work with! They were very prompt replying to any questions we had and checked on us during our stay to make sure there wasn't anything we needed. We would highly recommend staying here!

We were a group of 9 adults and 9 kids and this house was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and the bunk bed room was absolutely loved by the kids. The pool area had plenty of seating and the pool being covered gave us some much needed break from the sun rays. The garage was excellently stocked with beach gear which we took advantage of. Josh answered all our questions quickly! We will definitely be back!

I cannot say enough nice things about this VRBO experience. We just returned from a family friends reunion week in Hilton Head. 8 adults and 7 children, though we had plenty of extra room. The house is new, beautiful, and exactly as described in the listing. Actually even better than described with the Instant Pot (huge hit with our group), multiple high chairs, portable cribs, beach carts, chairs, canopy, pool and beach toys, etc. that our group made full use of. The owners Josh and Julia were so accommodating with our countless questions and requests before and during the stay. To the point where they made purchases just to accommodate our group and since they thought future guests would also benefit as this is a new place. I looked hard at other houses in this neighborhood based on the homes being new, high end, open floor plans, and walkable to the beach. I'm SO glad we chose Josh and Julia's place instead of working through a management company. They really thought of everything to make our stay so pleasant and welcoming. We will absolutely return in the future and stay here again. Highly recommend!

The house was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house was very clean. The AC kept the house nice and cold. Big screen TVs in every room. To top it off the owners left a gift basket for us on arrival. This place was worth the money. We will stay here again.

Clean and beautifully decorated home with plenty of space for all. The kids had a great time in the large heated pool and loved the top floor bunk/play room. Elevator came in handy for groceries and luggage. We will most definitely be back!
