Pictures did not deceive. Was very clean and very convenient. I would recommend and will be staying again soon.

There was nothing to dislike

I BELIEVE THAT THE LOCATION IS GREAT, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE GOING TO HANG ON BOUBON ST AND FRENCH QUARTER. NICE AND COZY APARTMENT NEAR ALL ENTERTAINMENT.

I WOULD HAVE LIKE TO KNOW THAT I HAD TO WALK UP 90 MILLION STEPS IN THE DIRTY BACKYARD TO GET TO THE APARTMENT.

The affordability of the place was amazing. Loved the full size fridge to keep water/snacks cold. The neighborhood, while not high-end, was friendly and I never felt unsafe. About a mile walk to downtown. If you have mobility issues, you may have complications due to uneven/ missing sections of sidewalk, or even sections completely closed down, but this is a common problem throughout New Orleans.

Picked the location due to proximity to trolley stations. Found out after arrival that the nearby stations had been closed down. (Not the fault of the owner, obviously) Also, there were holes in the walls, fireplace chimney and bathroom door. You could see the outside ground through cracks in the floor. There was debris in the fireplace. Couldn't get the water hotter than lukewarm.

It was clean. Did not see any bugs at all. Bathroom looked brand new.

location was kinda not so good.

- able to walk to most tourist locations from here - bed was comfortable

- Access to the apartment down a path down the side of the house that is unpaved, muddy and uneven - Up rusted (also mouldy?) metal stairs to the apartment (note slippery when it had rained) - Fireplace inside apartment is full of dust and broken bricks - shower had no curtain- water goes everywhere - backyard is unkept grass full of debris/ bricks - in a private message, owner stated that there was a clothes washer for use at the property but this was untrue - curtains are pieces of paper and do not provide adequate shade- you will wake up early to the light - cheap, unfinished renovations with exposed grout in the bathroom and the bathroom sink is not fixed to the wall and feels as though it may topple off if knocked

The place is big and nice. It is really well located from French quarter and you can perfectly visit NOLA just walking.

Some dark courtains would be great because in the morning there is pleeenty of light.

I like the location and that there's a safe parking spot

The sofa was broken. The second night the bed and the sofa was fully with bugs . We couldn’t sleep nowhere. The bathtub was old and rusty .

The location was great. The privacy and size of apt and amenities were good. The cost of the unit was excellent for the location.

The appearance of the location needs to be upgraded for a more safe and clean curb appeal. The door was unsecure and felt weak and unsafe. I had to put a chair to the door. Did not like or feel safe with the adjoining door from the other apt. The look and feel of the condo was warm, however some up keep of the chimney would def raise the level of the appearance of the unit. Also the Tv location was not good and a small increase in size could fix that problem as well as covering the exposed wiring. Additionally the sitting area in the front room could use a small Tv as you could have somewhere to sit other than the bed. The kitchen area and sitting area and ammenities were perfect. The water pressure in the kitchen as well as the bath was very low. However the water temp was great for taking a shower. The use of a iron would have been great as well as a blow dryer. Addition pillows and blankets needed to be available as the unit was chilly at night and there was no way to adjust the heat.

Room size, comfort, accessibility to French quarter.

No tea spoons or any spoons for coffeee, tea etc. no tea towel. I set off the fire alarm when cooking toast in oven, I would prefer a toaster! But I enjoyed our stay.

Location - walking distance from main areas, bars, french market,... Private, safe, kitchen with all you need

A bit of refurbishment may be needed, especially in the bathroom. No washing machine

Limited number of pans and pots that were not in good condition.

I liked tht is was close to the hood but not in the hood

The Tv sound didn’t work , no dish washer , no laundry in house unit, the tub cuz be replace with something more suitable, the bed at the front door, not enough utensils for us to cook or bearly eat with! The towels need a upgrade also no dish towels , tv small... only had a used roll of towel paper for wipe our behinds, sofa hard
