Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Phoenix Gulf Shores 1501 was an absolutely beautiful condo. The furnishings were very nice and the view and location were awesome. There were 2 issues, however that kept me from being able to rate it 5 stars. First, the owner needs to invest in some new mattresses. The king bedroom mattress as well as those in the queen rooms were very much in need of replacement. The second issue is that this was the most poorly stocked condo I have ever stayed in. There weren’t enough bath towels for the number of guests and there was only one kitchen towel in the place. The kitchen was also poorly stocked with necessities for those wanting to cook, compared to my other experiences. With these improvements, this would definitely have been a 5-star experience.

Very nice

We stayed at this property for a friends and their families for our spring break vacation. The location was great. The view was excellent. The condo was able to sleep the 14 of us comfortably. The condo was clean. Some staining on the furniture. A suggestion that I will give is make sure you bring paper towels, toilet paper and seasonings for cooking for your stay. There was no salt/pepper and only one roll paper towel and a roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The ice machines did not work property. We had a service man come to clean the ice maker and after that, the ice machine did not make the ice as needed. We did bring ice cubes trays and made our own ice.

The property was beautiful and was in a great location. It was walkable to restaurants. It was very easy to check in and the owner was very helpful. We had a few issues with some maintenance but he immediately got it taken care of. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again!

Spacious condo with plenty of room and beautiful views of the Gulf. Very nice amenities in the building. Building is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Great location.

This property was amazing. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The condo was spacious for a family of 11. The elevators were speedy and the property is well maintained. We had one small issue in the condo and it was addressed immediately. Our whole family had a great time.

Had a great time!

Beds were comfortable but the sheets wouldn't stay on them. Remade them daily. Floors were dirty. 10 minutes after arrival, my feet were black. No sheet or pizza pans. Food stuck when using pots or pans. Muffin tin had black ash all over it. Half of the lamps wouldn't work as well as tv's. One TV was totally unplugged from electrical outlet and the tv. A little TLC in livingroom to remove stains from sofa would have been nice. Still sat on it and still comfortable too. However, On a positive note....rooms sizes with number of beds were perfect for the girl cousins trip. Loved the pool and slide. View was spectacular from the 15 floor. Saw a couple of sharks! First time of seeing that in 13 years of vacations in Gulf Shores. We enjoyed ourselves regardless of the poor quality of furnishings

It had great space and plenty of bathrooms for the 17 of us. The balcony a pretty decent size with a great view. Seeing as we bought our groceries and snacks for the week we stayed, it had plenty of cabinet room. And a big thing for me was the elevator wait time was almost non existence. On a prior vacation elsewhere it was at least a 10 minute wait so I can't tell you how nice it was to be able to get to and from quickly.

Condo was very nice and roomy. Kitchen pretty stocked but pot and pans need updated. Patio door made loud whistle during high winds but we would definitely rent this condo again. Hopefully on our annual trip 2023.

The condo was very accommodating for our large family. 12 adults slept comfortably. Beautiful decor, the AC worked GREAT, awesome amenities in the complex. Beach was not too crowded. Need more kitchen essentials. (pots, baking sheet, cooking utensils, Tupperware) the ice machine near the wet bar only worked half of the week. One of the bunk beds in the guest room needs some hardware tightened. Overall, very enjoyable stay.

I came with my children and their children! Had a great time!! Great location! Michael was great! Just 1 thing to report- be sure you read the POOL’s rules- and be sure to have your bracelet on!! If not the pool patrol will get ya! Loved our stay!

Overall the place was misrepresented by the pictures. Our patio table was a high top table with low chairs so we couldn’t even sit outside on the deck & one of the reasons we got the condo was because of the view. We called the day we arrived & no one returned our call. the online description of the place didn’t match it in person. the appliances dont work well. Stove doesn’t get hot, dishwasher doesn’t clean the dishes well. The broom was broken & didn’t even have a full handle. Jack & Jill bathroom lights where the shower & toilet are were out/ flickering. SEVERAL electrical issues. Sheets had stains on them in the master bed room & the comforters in one of the rooms with two queen beds were also stained. for the money we paid we are disappointed. WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN! Don’t spend the money on this place.

This was a wonderful visit for our family! The place was very clean! It had some very nice features like an ice machine, air pump for floats, & easy access to the beach. We hope to return to this unit next year!
