The property was convenient to most anything you would want to do in the area. Drew was very good to work with and provided suggestions for restaurants and things to do.

This is our second time at this location and it just can't be beat! Everything you could possibly need is here in this residence including plenty of bath towels, beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, kitchen equipment, games. You get the picture. Drew is the best host I've ever worked with. He had great suggestions for restaurants in the area and was quick to answer any questions we had. We can't wait to come back!

(1) The storm door on front door is broken/does not close tightly. For this community, it was a safety/security issue. (2) The downstairs bathroom smells rancid, and the sounds coming from the tank after the toilet is flushes are horrible. (3) There is duct tape on the bottom step which has obviously been there for a while. (4) The first actual stair step leading upstairs is not level and is a fall hazard. (5) There is a styrofoam cup on the top shelf of the refrigerator which says “Please leave in center-back. Catching drip until get fixed.” (6) There is rust on the shelves in the freezer, sludge under the drawers in the refrigerator from aforementioned drip, and the refrigerator was not cleaned prior to our arrival. (7) In the upstairs bathroom, the bathroom door is coming apart at the bottom, and there is a rubber door stopper to keep the door from closing on its own. (8) There were long black/brunette hairs everywhere, including in the upstairs bathroom as well as all over the floor of the bedroom with the king sized bed, which we cleaned up. (9) There are broken horizontal blinds in both bedrooms and in the living room. (10) The patio furniture is so rusted, a few of the chairs are too dangerous to sit in. The assumption is obviously that renters are going to tear the place up, so no repairs/ maintenance/cleaning have been done. I’ve paid less for actual ocean view condos and have had amazing experiences. The complete opposite was the case here. Very disappointing.

We have vacationed in St. Augustine as a family for the past 5 years. We tried this property for the first time, and we plan to keep returning. The location is perfect, the community is nice and secure, and the beach is SO close. Highly recommend this unit and beach condo community.

Everything was wonderful

This home was exactly as described. Place was clean and had most of the comforts of home. Very close to beach, kids esp loved the pool! Very close to anything you may need. Owner was VERY responsive and helpful. Great trip!

Close to the beach!

This is an excellent property, well located in the area. The owners are very much in touch with you and easily accessible. The listing does not show access to 2 cruiser type bikes which makes getting around even easier. Excellent cable/TV access, AC, pool and of course the beach!

The property was in great location with easy access to all St Augustine Beach businesses & restaurants. Quick & easy walk to beach access on the property. 2 pools but didn’t use either. The townhome has a garage which is a plus! Lots of beach towels & equipment. Kitchen had everything you needed. The owner Drew was helpful and responded quickly to any questions. We hope to stay again!

We stayed for 6 weeks, the location was great, the community was quiet, safe and friendly. Drew was easy to work with and quick with suggestions of events to attend and restaurants to visit. The proximity of the pool, easy walk to the beach (Gopher Tortoises to see in the dunes) and several walkable restaurants made our 1st visit to St. Augustine most enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful beach and close to downtown. This is our fourth visit to this beach area.

Everything you would need was available and on hand. The location was AMAZING. Communication was EXCELLENT. Looking to book again for this summer!!!! Would definitely recommend it!!!

Great place! The beach is a few steps away and close to everything else! The pool is a plus, right outside your door. The place is well kept and had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and the check in was very easy. Overall had a great experience!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation! I was surprised at how much beach equipment was available for us to use! The beach itself was a breeze to access, even with 3 small children. Highly recommend this townhouse for anyone!

This was the perfect condo for a visit to St. Augustine. We loved its proximity to the pristine beach (2-3 minute walk) as well as all the beach equipment you could ask for including towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, sand toys, bocce ball, and wake boards (and probably more that I'm forgetting). The condo itself was comfortable, spacious, and well stocked. The pool (although we did not use it) was right outside the back door. Drew was an attentive and gracious host. We would definitely stay again!

Our event was held at the Guy Harvey Resort - this townhome was very convenient to the resort, clean and quiet. Short walk to the beach and the pools were right out the back door and clean.

We were very pleased with this condo. It was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for a week stay. Our vehicle was secure in a full carport with garage door. Washer, dryer, any and all beach equipment you could ever dream of in closets on carport. Literally steps away from one of the pools on the property. We were close to downtown and enjoyed the beach every day. It was quiet and cozy. We can't brag on this place enough!! We will recommend to all of our friends and family!

We had great experience at the property! Condo was very clean. It was also a well equipped and had all needed necessities to make our vacation perfect. The owner Drew is responded very quickly to all our inquiries. Garage is a big plus where you can store all the gear. Last and not least is the beach that made this vacation property very desirable. Location is perfect for access to beach and several places to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Olson's were great hosts and the condo had all the comforts of home to enjoy ourselves. Highly recommend Ponce Landing for a family beach vacation getaway!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The property is well appointed and comfortable. Drew is a gracious host and is very accommodating and accessible. The beach walk is steps away from back door and listening to the sound of the ocean from the patio was very relaxing. Thank you Drew for all you did to make our stay so enjoyable!

The only complaint I can possibly have is that the pools weren’t available. The heated pool was something we were looking forward to. Drew, however, made it right, and don’t hold that against him.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us. We were able to walk everywhere with ease. Not a long drive to historical district. Close to food options and Publix. Downside for us is both pools were not open the entire week we were there. We picked this property for the pool because our son has sensory issues and does not like the beach like the rest of the family. It was our way of letting him enjoy his vacation and ours too. So, I hope the pool will work for others wanting to stay here. Overall, we would stay here again.

Cute little condo with all you could need. Directly on beach close to beach restaurants and short drive to old town with all it has to offer. The property has two pools and the unit has bikes too. Great Rental!
