Our family had an amazing time staying at this beautiful property. We happened to stay during the weekend of a winter storm so there was one day where half of us had to be "snowed in" as we didn't have both our vehicles with 4 wheel drive to handle to unplowed neighborhood roads in the morning to go to all go to snowbowl. It was such a heavy storm that the plows didn't make it to the neighborhood until the day we needed to leave. Only suggestion is that it would be helpful if there was salt or another shovel to make the driveway and stairs a little safer on the icy ground.

Excellent property, location and amenities. Saw several deer and a couple of javelina. Only recommendation would be to have salt available to put down on icy steps and driveway.

We have stayed at this house twice and have enjoyed it both times. It is clean and comfortable, close to stores, gas stations and snow! We had a great time with family and used the fire pit and BBQ provided. Lots of room and places to see nearby. I highly recommend this rental if you are wanting to stay in the Flagstaff area.

The home is lovely overall. It was very well kept and clean and in a very nice neighborhood. Furniture was comfortable and in excellent condition. Bedding was clean, good quality, and comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with good quality cookware and all the utensils/gadgets that we needed. Location is close to stores. Backyard was beautiful. We saw a family of deer in the backyard one morning - what a treat! The neighborhood feels safe and is nice for walking (if you can handle the hills). There were a few concerns that we should share: 1) There is cleaning fee of $200. We were then required to empty all the trashcans, take the trash/recycle bins to and from the curb, and wash/dry/put away all dishes before leaving. The owner's instructions state that this is "just like in a hotel" and similar to other rentals. However, I have never had to put away all the dishes before leaving or take the trash to the curb. Usually, loading and running the dishwasher and putting the trash in the outside bin is all that is required. 2) If you have older family members or ones with any joint problems, then the stairs and toilets are challenging to use. The exterior and interior stairs are steep. The handrails are such that you could only place a hand for balance, not grip it to provide more support. The toilets are low and difficult to get up from without a nearby counter or support. Showers are upstairs only. 3) Several things did not seem to be kept up as we would have liked. We had to replace the batteries in the thermostat to control the fireplace (no extra batteries were available, we had to remove them from a remote control). Only 1 roll of paper towels was provided for a family of 6 over 4 days/3 nights; however, there was plenty of toilet paper. The main floor bathroom did not have any extra hand towels, even though it is the bathroom for the bedroom across the hall and the main living space (we ended up using kitchen towels for this purpose). The propane tank on the fire pit was empty - the instructions say that the user needs to fill it and then request reimbursement - this is very inconvenient when you want to go out to use it and find it empty. There are loose bricks on the backyard steps which are very dangerous, especially in the evening when lighting is dark. It appears that the cable modem needs to be replaced, as internet kept going out of service while watching TV and using WiFi. 4) Early check-in - after runaround, only 1 hr early.

Our group of 10, including a toddler and three other young children as well as six adults appreciated the comfortable accommodations at this location. It is conveniently located for sightseeing, but homey enough to relax on site.

Felt like staying at a friend’s house. This home is comfy, clean, and convenient. Location is great, fenced yard, pet friendly, beds very comfortable, kitchen has everything you need. Will definitely stay again….
