The hospitality was impeccable

I arrived one night later As my fight was cancelled, and I informed the hotel, Hamsa and yassin made sure we were not charged. We only needed to stay one more night. We also arrived with a very sick child within one hour. Hamsa had gone to find a doctor, and immediately we started with antibiotics . This was very impressive as it was after 16.45. 2 days later .my child was a bit better and smiling again.

Yassin and Hamsa made us feel safe and taken care of just like family should be. The hotel is super clean, nice, and classic. We checked out, and a few hrs I got a message from them to come back as they found my son's headphones. Next to the bed At that point, we didn't even know that we were. Missing them. Thank Hamza and Yassim

The riad was beautiful and the room was lovely. Hamza was great and very welcoming! The breakfast spread was delicious and the location was perfect! Definitely would stay again!

Where do I begin, we are a family of 4 this is most likely our favourite stay we have ever had in an establishment. From start to finish the service was AMAZING. We have to give a special mention to HAMZA he was OUTSTANDING. Nothing was ever too much for him and he was always so kind and friend. Hamza made our trip extra special in Marrakech, so thank you. The RIAD is very clean and the rooms are wonderful. We have a family room with kids of space. The breakfast is so tasty and plentiful. The RIAD is very central and only a nice 5-10 min walk to the Medina with lots of wonderful rooftop restaurants on the way (Highly recommend Kabana Rooftop & Safran by Koya). Once again thank you RIAD Dreams and Hazma for the most remarkable stay. We will be back again ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Everything! The location was great, close to everything. It was very clean and the rooms very comfortable! The breakfast was amazing and we had different options every day. Hussein was the best giving us tips and having very nice conversation with him! Totally recommended!

Location: great location, conveniently situated right next to the Kutubiyya Mosque. It offers easy access to many attractions, with the media just a short 5-minute walk away and the city's railway/bus station reachable within a quick 10-minute taxi ride. The staff at the hotel were outstandingly friendly and welcoming. Hussain and Hassan, the hosts, were particularly helpful in providing directions and recommending excellent restaurants in the area. The rooms were spacious and adequately sized, ensuring a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the stay here. Even though the Riad felt basic, For the given price and the exceptional service, it was a great deal.

The WiFi could be improved, and we didn't find shower curtains in the rooms, which seems to be common in Moroccan Riads. The rooms felt dim even with the lights on. However, since we spent most of our time outside, the lack of adequate lighting was not a significant concern. Bathroom needs some maintenance.

We’re 4 friends from Frankfurt and London visiting Marrakech the first time. The experience at Riad Dreams is unbeatable, managed by Hussain and his A-team Hamza and Azizah. The Riad is rather boutique with only 5 rooms in total (we had 2 rooms), so very peaceful and felt like home. We stayed 6 nights and Hussain helped to arrange day excursions to Essouira and Ourika with a private chauffeur, both tours highly recommended. We received great restaurant recommendations every night and the Riad is just a few minutes walk round the corner from the local markets and top attractions. Everything’s very convenient and our hosts make every effort to make our stay unforgettable. Special thanks to Azizah for preparing the delicious breakfasts every morning! We’ll certainly visit again!

the property is very dark and depressing. The rooms are showing age, and not representative for what I have come to expect from highly rated lodging on Booking.com. The breakfast was very mediocre compared to breakfasts we received at other Riads in Morocco for similar pricing and rating.

Staying at Riad Dreams felt like having a home in Marrakesh, a very friendly warm welcome here. Chef Azizah prepared a wonderful custom ordered local specialty breakfast on our departure morning, it was amazing, we and our 2 friends enjoyed a lot. Hussein and Hamza took such great care of us organising local transport and daytrips with a private chauffeur. Riad Dreams is perfectly located a 3 min walk outside the Medina walls. We are looking forward to coming back soon. Thanks again Hussain, Hamza, Azizah and Fatima for the lovely hospitality!

Value for money and good location just outside the Medina. Hamza was super nice and made us feel welcomed. The hotel helped us arranged transportation as well and Hamza was responsive throughout our communication. Room was clean and breakfast was great — very happy to have stayed here.

The riad is perfectly located in the city center. It is only a few meters to the souks. Super nice staff, breakfast was perfect. Price / performance: very good!

Breakfast was delicious a fun spread of breads jams and olives, coffee and oj. The staff were so friendly and helpful, Hamza was wonderful!! He helped us with whatever we needed and went out of his way to make our stay better, like watching out bags while we spent time in city after checkout.

The shower head holder on the wall was not secure so the shower head would fall down, pool was a bit smaller than it seemed in pictures.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they were all absolutely lovely! Nothing was too much trouble! the rooftop is amazing, great space to chill out! And the location is fab, walking distance to everything! The beds are also so comfy!

Our only issue was the shower/bath not having a shower curtain, water went everywhere! Other than that, it was amazing!

Location was great. Breakfast was good. Great staff.

Location was great. Hussain couldn't do enough for us. Treated us like friends. Made us amazing mint tea and biscuits on arrival. Recommended places to visit gave us a map. Got out a small guitar and small drums for my son to try, arranged a car when it was time to leave. We were so well looked after I would definitely stay here again an recommend to anyone.
