Super accommodating

Overall, the condo was in the perfect location, and on the 1st floor, can't beat that! A few things in the condo need attention, but clean and orderly. If you plan on sitting on the deck, you have to take all the inside cushions out, to be able to sit comfortably, otherwise you sit on the metal bars and that sucked! The owners do not provide you with the amenity of beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach, and the beach chairs in the condo were broken and all rusted out. So that was another added expense. But in the long run, I would definitely book here again!!!

Reviewer Comments: This unit looks beautiful from a distance but has some issues that really need addressing. First and foremost, it needs some deep cleaning. For example, the balcony is FILTHY(walk outside barefoot for 2 minutes and your feet are BLACK!), the entry door is dirty, the pantry door is dirty, the vent door on the utility closet was COATED in dust. The balcony furniture is terrible, the cushions and pillows are dirty and very cheaply made. The light bulb is broken off in the socket under the microwave—so that doesn’t work and there were 2 bulbs out in the kitchen when we arrived (we literally went to Walmart and bought bulbs). There is an electric outlet in the living room that has no electrical box in the wall—you can see the wires just floating around inside the wall and the sockets just move all around if you try to plug something in. I will say the location is great, you never have to wait on an elevator. The master bed and bath are spacious and VERY NICE. The beds slept well. There are zero pillow cases for the extra pillows and none of the extra blankets for the sofa bed smelled like they had been laundered. The dishwasher was very finicky, but we finally got it to work. I feel like for the price, things should’ve definitely been cleaner and in better working condition. (I have pictures of the cleaning issues if management wants to see them)

The only problem we had during our stay was that someone parked in our reserved parking space, it was after hour's and we could not get ahold of the office manager or Security. We had to leave a message, we never received a return call back. There are signs all over the parking lot stating that cars will be towed if parked in a reserved parking spot that didnt belong to then. However the tow company cannot tow the car until they here from the office manager or from Security. Which apparently after hours do not answer their phone. The rest of our stay was awesome. The condo was beautiful and clean.

We had a great experience at this condo. The elevator was so fast and so much more convenient than many other places.

Property was nice, pool very small and cold( in shade all the time), easy access to beach. Parking for one car, overflow was full most of the time, had to go to public parking at 12.00 a day, no one policing the parking, saw several cars with no tags, no one on site to complain to. Overall a nice place, the lady cleaning the lobby wax super nice and helpful

Enjoyed our stay, it was convenient to everything and the room was beautiful along with the view.

We loved our stay!! We had a fairly large group go and it fit us all comfortably! Kitchen was completely stocked for anything you need for your stay. The condo was cleaned very well upon arrival, yes a little sand but that’s expected with a condo right on the beach. The amount of work done in the condo definitely didn’t go unnoticed. It’s a very beautiful property. We never had a single issue while being there. The parking is a little tight and a little confusing if you have to take more than 1 car but instructions were left in the condo and made understanding it a lot easier!!! Oh and the mattress was the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on in a long time!!! I highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

Everything was extremely clean and well organized

The view is way better than in the posting. The condo was nice with lots of room. Plenty of pots and pans and dishes in the kitchen. The pantry had some storage containers and disposable storage stuff. There was only salt pepper and coffee. That was it for the stock part of the kitchen. There were a lot of codes to remember but other than that it was great. I would definitely recommend this place.

Your cleaning crew is not doing a good job. Out granddaughter’s knees were filthy from crawling the first evening while we sete unpacking. Furnishings were nice but could use chest of drawers to put clothes away. Overall we had a great trip once we cleaned

We first got there and were already disappointed. Whoever cleans for the company doesn’t clean at all. There was a pile of hair on the rug, sand and crumbs everywhere. I have a toddler and a newborn so we went to Walmart to buy a vacuum since there wasn’t one in the condo because I CANNOT let my kid walk around in that. We had to wash all the bedsheets before actually sleepin in the beds because there was crumbs all over it as well. They also said it’s a fully stocked kitchen for up to 10 people. Yeah that wasn’t stocked for more than 2 people. We also called the company that is renting out the place about these issues (yes we waiting til the last day because we went even going to complain but I couldn’t take it anymore), they said they’d contact us back within 24-48 hrs. They never did. I called after about 2 weeks because I was so busy once getting home and they just told me to email them. I sent them an email and it’s been 24hrs and no response. The condo “looked” nice but it wasn’t what you would expect unfortunately.

Great location for easy beach access. The cleaning company needs to be reevaluated. The floors were not clean and the showers/toilets slightly dirty. Not enough wash clothes for the number of guest the unit holds. Had to go out and purchase wash clothes. Kitchen set up was ok. No oven mitts/pot holders and can opener in the kitchen, which made cooking slightly difficult. We donated a can opener! It would have been nice if there was another chair or two in the den for family seating. Overall, the condo was very nice and we made it our home for the week. We highly enjoyed the unit! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect size for us and plenty of room on the balcony. We could have used a few more towels. And washcloths but it’s ok because I just kept washing them so we had enough. We had an issue with a leak in the closet where the air and hot water tank was but I called and they came and checked it that same day! Overall it was a great stay!

Great property. Cleaning crew was late causing a late check-in. The room needs more towels and the kitchen supplies need to be replenished. The property itself was excellent and very easy to get in and out.

The unit was big enough for our party of 10. The location was great. There we’re a lot of positives to the stay. We never waited on the elevator, the beach wasn’t crowded and management was easy to reach. However, the room was lacking in cleanliness when we arrived. The floor was covered in sand, shower was clogged, blankets were full with popcorn and chocolate.

Hair left in shower and peanut butter and jelly smeared all over dining room table. This was obviously on their chosen cleaning crew. The guest shower over flowed our first night and we called the emergency number provided at 11:30 pm. Left messages and sent messages through app. Had to call them again next day. Our biggest complaint was that pillow cases were not put on pillows in two of the bedrooms(total of probably 12 pillows, we asked for three days for them to bring some, they never showed up, we just went and bought some ourselves.

I did not want to leave the shower!! We never had to wait on the elevator and we really enjoyed the reserved parking. We never had to worry if we would be able to find a spot when arriving back on property. The beach in front of Marisol was not crowded at all and the atmosphere was very family friendly. The only negative to the stay was the pool- the pool is completely shaded and gets very little to no sunlight throughout the whole day. The water stayed freezing and the shade just made it colder. All in all, we had a great time and would absolutely reserve this condo again in the future!

We had to wash dishes and do laundry as soon as we arrived. Grime dripping from walls and doors. Our feet were black from the floors. Our toddler found a pill on a bedroom floor. Someone’s clothes in the drawers. And the sink and shower in the main bath were completely clogged and overflowing. Could not use them. Took 3 days, 4 phone calls, an email, and speaking to building manager to even get someone out to look. Issue was not resolved. Not impressed, and don’t plan to rent from this company in the future. Not fun to share a single master bathroom with 10 sandy people. Just very disappointed with the lack of communication. The one person we talked to actually said “well I think you should be smart enough to turn the water off”. Very condescending, and water was leaking from pipes underneath all over our stuff, so not something shutting off the water will fix.

The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The showers were great. I didn’t see the fireplace in the photos, but it was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed it on many of the chilly January evenings and on rainy days. Small touches such as the games, puzzles and newer books on the bookshelf and blankets in the basket by the fireplace were appreciated. We have stayed at several different condos in Panama City Beach over the last few years, and this oc ranks right at the top! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us.
