This was perfect for the 6 of us. We had fun with the built in chess/checkers/backgammon board table, the ping pong table and foosball table in the garage and put a couple of puzzles together while watching the river bustle with birds. We considered a float in the river with the kayak but after spending time at the beach, just a couple minute drive down the road, and shopping/playing around downtown, also only a few minutes down the road, none of us had energy to do so. Maybe next time. Because there will be a next time. Thanks.

It was very clean. The beds were super comfortable and it had everything you would expect plus a few extras (like some sugar for our tea in the morning)! Communication with Mary had a good response time. The location is so nice, you can be on the beach after a 10 minute walk, and the little river in the back has lots of bird traffic. The only thing that stressed me out a little was needing to start the laundry before leaving; I wasn’t sure how much I needed to have done so tried to start it all. Maybe it is not completely geared toward very tiny kids as the backyard is not fully enclosed so allows for a quick escape to the cul-de-sac. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Very clean! We were very happy with how roomy the home was including all the bedrooms. We loved the backyard fire pit and view of the river. We couldn’t believe how many games they had in the garage/game area. The bikes were a hit and so was the pink pong table. Nice big kitchen. Great location and the teens walked to the nearby park.

Really nice and comfortable house. Having coffee in the morning by the river was great. Having fire with marshmallows in the evening was even better! Bikes were a nice option for getting around.

Our stay was as great as we hoped it to be. Everything was clean and organized. We loved that we could totally relax or have fun with one of the many amenities that were available to us.

We took a Spontaneous trip to the coast and decided to book a place the day of arrival. After looking to see what was available we came across this home and I am so glad we did! Booking last minute was easy and we love the home! It was so clean and welcoming, the kids loved the game room and us adults enjoyed a bike ride. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you so much!

A great clean place. Definitely a great time and property.

Though we only stayed one night, our stay was perfect. The home is lovely and accommodated our group nicely.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. The fire pit was nice, though having to bring your own wood, and pay for your own propane for the barbecue seemed a bit over the top. That being said, we enjoyed our time there.

Best equipped kitchen we’ve experienced at VRBO’s. Only suggestion would be to have light blocking window treatments for the sliders on the east facing bedroom.

What a beautiful home! Very clean and well maintained with a wonderful game room attached. We had a delightful family reunion there and recommend it highly.

Everything is good

This was a wonderful house in a great location. It rained during our entire stay, but with the ping pong table, foosball table, chess set, and games, we were set. The loft was a great place for our tweens to have some privacy. If it was drier, we would have spent some time in the backyard at the fire pit. The kitchen had all our necessities with a very nice selection of pots and pans, etc.

We had a great stay here with 2 toddlers and loved the proximity to the beach and the the garage-turned-game-room! Thanks again!

Exellent visit. Due to stormy weather were only able to get out crabbibg one day but had cozy relaxing stay rest of the week. One of the cleanest houses we have ever rented. Thank you for the attention to detail.

We were really happy with the home and it's cleanliness and fun options in the garage (bikes, scooter, ping pong, cornhole, etc). The home was a couple blocks from a playground which was great for little kids and then a short walk to the beach.

I would highly recommend this home if you are looking to stay in Seaside or want to be close to Astoria and Cannon Beach. It was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in plus it is renovated so very modern. Believe me, the pictures do not do it justice! All 3 bedrooms are on the first floor so very easy for any age plus the beds are super comfortable with very modern clean comforters. The towels were plush and we had plenty of them for our stay. The kitchen is so well stocked that you only need to bring the groceries and spices you need for cooking. The windows open up so you can get a nice breeze and it is in a very safe neighborhood a few blocks from the beach. The game room in the garage is amazing and very fun! You can open the garage door to have fresh air while you are in there plus there are bikes to ride to the beach. We loved the backyard with the fire pit and used it from dusk until bedtime each day. The river behind it has all kinds of birds for you to see and we saw some paddle boarding too a few days. Honestly, we hated to leave such a nice place as it was so relaxing and fun to be there. If we ever go to the Oregon coast I would see if it is available again to stay! The owners were super to work with and very responsive to all my questions. They were the best and made it easy for us to use the house. Great stay in every way!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It is very clean, well-located, and peaceful. A perfect place to enjoy for all ages from young children to older adults. It is a few-minute walk to the ocean, and a few-minute drive to the downtown area. The backyard is an amazing space to have great fun right next to the river. Amenities provided are plenty and the hosts are very thoughtful and responsive. We highly recommend this place!

My wife and our kids stayed here. Really clean, great location that is safe and close to restaurants and the beach. We’ll definitely stay here again, glad it was available. Reached out to owner for entry instructions and she responded quickly. Didn’t have any issues other than we had to buy some shampoo as we had assumed the house would have it. Had a great vacation. Note that the house doesn’t have air conditioning like many places don’t in Oregon, so stay somewhere else if the temperatures are really high - it is otherwise a great place and nice management.

The house was perfect and a perfect place to celebrate my 50th birthday. I wanted a BBQ and fire on the beach and I got it! Thanks so much for the lovely’ accommodations while we were in town!
